The hotel was very secure with security at the gates and x-ray for baggage at the entrance. The lobby is quite large, with a restaurant, gift shop and station to arrange transportation. The food was good. Our room was nice, but not quite as cool as we would like. The rug in our room was pretty dirty and had not been cleaned in a long time. Otherwise we had a great stay.

The Hotel was very clean. We did not feel uncomfortable with the cleanliness at any time. The rooms are dated, but still in very good condition and well-maintained. The pool is great and a big selling feature for this hotel. One of the concierges Wael consistently goes above and beyond, and should be commended for his efforts. By far the best staff member we encountered at this hotel. The location was good and the hotel felt safe. The moment we walked into the hotel, arriving from the airport, before even checking in, a man approached us with pamphlets speaking about the massage services offered at the hotel spa. We politely declined and took his pamphlet and went to check in. Within about an hour of arriving in our room, we get a phone call from this man on our hotel room phone, once again pressuring us to come to the spa for one of the massages. I found this was quite inappropriate to cold-call guests in their room. Over the span of the next four days of our stay, we were approached by this man approximately 10 more times when visiting the lobby and pool area. Every time, there seemed to be some gimmick or discount (but these seemed to change every day). Every time, we politely declined. I found this was very pushy and inappropriate to be taking place within the walls of an established hotel. The breakfast-essentially we were charged 250 each, to later find out the price was 180. Difference refunded but then found out it was actually 150. The restaurant is scamming guests

The hotel itself was ok, somewhat dated 1970's decor, but otherwise clean with good service and great location, in between Karnak and Luxor temples. There is a nice pool area which we took advantage of after sightseeing on hot days. Note that the wi-fi service is terrible -- slow but acceptable in the lobby but really bad in the room. Restaurant was just ok, some good and some bad choices on the menu, without many other dining options in the immediate vicinity.

Good value in a fading upscale property. Facility was clean but it beginning to show the impact of reduced maintenance and reduced reinvestment. Examples: One of the bathroom lights was missing a bulb, the internet has not been updated to cover all of the rooms, the telephone in the room had a broken handset cable, and so on. All of these are minor issues but indicate a bigger issue that will impact the hotel going forward if not corrected. As for the staff, they were VERY helpful and courteous. The security seemed better than many places we saw. Meals in the hotel restaurants were priced comperable to outside businessses. The location is great - right across the street from the riverside walk and very close to the Luxor Temple.

The rooms were not properly cleaned, and the beds were in poor condition. Most concerning, the sheets and bedding did not appear to be clean, which made the stay uncomfortable and unpleasant. Cleanliness should be a top priority for any hotel, and I was deeply disappointed by the lack of attention to this basic standard. I hope management takes steps to improve the hygiene and overall upkeep of the rooms for future guests.

良かった点は、ルクソールでは高級ホテルの分類に入るようで、セキュリティがしっかりしていたこと。部屋ではバスタブ付きでシャワーヘッドが可動式なのが良かった。 WIFIはフロント付近のロビーで一旦繋げることで部屋でも使えました。(部屋での電波は弱めでしたが) 朝食は品数がそこそこあり、味も及第点と言ったところ。オムレツまたは目玉焼きのライブキッチンがありました。エジプトの町中のレストランでは基本的にアルコールは飲めないのですが、ホテル内のレストランではビール含めアルコールが飲めるのも良かったです。タオルがやや変色していて真っ白では無かったのが気になりました。部屋内のコンセントはCタイプのみなので、日本の電化製品はアダプター必須です。

This is a hotel with a good location but average facilities. We booked 2 rooms of 30 square meters, but the size difference was obvious. There was no bathtub as marked. We suspected that the room was downgraded. We booked a view of the Nile River, but it was only a side view, which was very average. And the sunshine time was very short. At night, there was a lot of noise from motorcycles and cars around, and the windows were not soundproof at all.

The room was clean. The view from the balcony was amazing. We had a Nile view, saw hot air balloons and view of Valley of the Kings. Unfortunately, shortly after going into the room, the toilet was not refilling. The staff tried to fix but we had to move to another room down the hall. The wifi was terrible. On a positive note, the staff was amazing. Inside the lobby, they were always asking if we were fine or if we needed anything. We were in the lobby to ensure wifi was available for our next flight’s check-in. The outside security staff were friendly and always joking with us. The balcony door autolocks as soon as you close it. We got locked out and had to call front desk.

I love this property. We got rooms on the river. Beautiful view. A little noisy however. So if you are staying here, bring yourself some earplugs that should solve the problem. The rooms are clean, I'm in the beds and the bed linings are fantastic. The bathroom is large and has a great shower. A little bit on the big side to get in if you have nobility problems. Overall, I loved this place

Have been 3 times to Luxor and this hotel is the best. Amazing staff, lovely Nile view room, great swimming pool and perfect location for everything touristic. Room lovely with great bed, fridge, Nile balcony with chairs, good hot water and great TV. Even perfect for watching the balloons take off at sunrise from your room

Overall a large nice hotel. Friendly staff, great service and great location right across the Nile. Issues we had were with extremely weak shower pressure and beyond horrible wifi. Barely ever connected and required you to re-enter disposable codes relentlessly. It wasn't even a secure connection, so I really don't get it. Also the heat in our room didn't work, but they gave us an amazing portable heater that worked great.

We notified the desk that we were arriving early and asked if we could have an earlier checkin. The hotel did not seem the least bit busy. At 1pm, the desk said our room would be ready in 40 min. We checked against 2, at 3 we were finally shown to our room, which was still being cleaned. The flors has just been mopped and we’re still very wet. The entire place could use a refresh and serious cleaning.

I came late 3 days because some delete in Aswan , but the manger of the hotel understood my situation, and let me stay my booking 3 dayes without another charge , even they have the right to charge me for new booking . チェックイン後に部屋にタオルが備え付けられておらず、改めてタオルを依頼しても届くのに30分ほど掛かりました。また、ティースプーンも同様です。また、Wi-Fiはバウチャーコードが必要なのにそのことについて一切の説明もなく、コードを要求してもしても1つしか与えられなかったです。コードはひとつあたり１端末にしか使えないので、我々が2人で滞在していることに対するサービスとしては不適切です。また、ネットに上がっている写真と実際の様子は大きく異なっていました。立地は良いですが、値段に見合う価値は感じられないホテルでした。

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL - THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! I should have read the reviews in this thread, it has happened to different people already. They charge you 2 or 3 times in your cards by telling you that they do not get paid by the booking system so they ask for your card (or another card in my case) to pay (AGAIN!) for the stay. Suffice to day they have been playing dumb since I contacted them to explain the problem - they dont recognize the payments. I didn't think an established "hotel" would do that as well - we experienced a lot of scamming and robbery in Luxor; EVERY person in Luxor is trying to steal from you in one way or another - sadly this hotel does the same. I cannot even advice to stay somewhere else, as all of Luxor seemed to operate in scams and cheating. The only thing I can advise is "DO NOT GO THERE" - or if you must, go with a fully booked and paid Tour so you do not need to deal with this disgusting situation.

Great hotel. Facilities are good. Buffet breakfast is good. The staff work hard to make your stay pleasant. Four stars vs. five because they showed me as having cancelled my reservation due to some disconnect between them and Expedia. This took about 20 minutes to sort out.

Nice hotel. Room was clean, sheets clean, bathroom was clean unlike some reviews have noted. Excellent buffet breakfast that starts at 530am. Walking distance to museum and luxor temple. On the promenade. As mentioned by others, you can't walk out of the property without getting hassled but that is a problem in Luxor anywhere you go! You can't walk down the promenade in peace!

Net hotel met mooie kamers die uitzicht hebben op de Nijl. Elke morgen een goed ontbijt en het hotel beschikt ook over een mooi buitenzwembad waar je lekker in kan zwemmen. Verder kan je bij dit hotel tours boeken naar alle toeristische atracties in de buurt. Een voordeel is dat dit hotel op loopaftand ligt tussen diverse musea, Luxor tempel en Karnak.

Excellent location. It’s just across the road for the water taxis to the West Bank - for tombs and air balloon. Just around the corner is Luxor Temple. Hotel itself is clean and comfortable. I was really happy with my stay.

Location is fantastic. In between Luxor temple and Karnak Museum ( to see mummy ) facing river. Strong odour and room is narrow. Cannot open up a mid size luagage bag. Breakfast not bad but orange juice is not pure and coffee diluted. Good security scanning at entrance. Value for money.

The entire staff is friendly and accommodating, from the security area to the service personnel, etc. Unfortunately, the English skills are lacking in some cases. The breakfast is typical and good for Egyptian hotels. What was missing was more fresh fruit. The selection was quite limited. The hotel is older but well-maintained and clean! What I didn't like was that Expedia advertised multiple restaurants, but during our stay, only one was open. The hotel's Wi-Fi is an absolute disaster. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. The rooms are not soundproof. Even with closed rooms facing the Nile, you can hear the street traffic loudly and clearly. Our vacation was good, and the hotel is recommended. For people who are light sleepers, I recommend taking rooms at the back, even if the Nile is not visible then.

Good stay. Room had an amazing balcony with view of the Nile. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast boxes you can ask to be prepared in advance for early flights or tour times are incredible.
