Useful, free airport shuttle. Comfy bed and good shower. Food was passable for dinner and reasonable. Only downside was pool was closed as was off season, even though it was nearly 30 degrees!

Für mich ideal in der Nähe vom Flughafen. Die Metro ist in der Nähe - ich fand es gut mit der Metro vieles erreichen zu können. Ein schöner Pool, das war auch entspannend vor der Stadtbesichtigung. Ich freue mich auf den nächsten Besuch. Vielleicht könnte man im TV noch einen deutschen ergänzen- aber es geht auch mal ohne für ein paar Tage.

It was a very clean hotel and the room was very comfortable. We used the bar in the evening and the service was very good. We also used room service and this was very good as well. My only little issue was with breakfast. The cooked breakfast was not very nice. Cold and looked like it had been there since started serving. The rest of it was pretty good. Would definitely stay here again

The hotel was ideal , a few minutes from the airport with transfer provided. Away from the hustle bustle of the very busy city centre this was situated in a quiet residential suburb which had everything we needed, including cafes, bars and most anything you could think of. It also gave you an idea of the Spanish way of life. The hotel pool was very much appreciated with the recent warm weather.

Close to the airport with a shuttle bus and a pleasant enough 10 minute walk to the no.5 Metro, was the reason we picked it. It fulfilled that job. The family room is small though, all the bathroom is a nice size. Our room AC was loud and turned itself on an off constantly. There was a neck pillow someone had left under our bed that stayed there the 4 days we were there, so not much under bed cleaning, but the rest of the room was clean and very well serviced every day. Responsive staff at breakfast time and at reception. Gym was more like a home gym than a hotel gym. So fine for 1 night.

Essentially ticks all the airport boxes, nearby and clean. However, prepare for a wait at the bar, I gave up as I had an early flight and watch for the uncontained rear of the shower tray which if the shower is pointed in the wrong direction theres a spillage. Reception staff helpful in my experience the night (4:15am) guy. Oh and theres a friendly cat sits outside.

Room showed good bit of wear and tear. Scuff marks and shabby pain in few places. Two complimentary toothbrushes in paper packets provided - but one was open and empty - which suggests the toilet amenities were not changed from the previous guest. Also some loose dirt and hair on bed sheets. The smart tv isn’t smart. The pool is a nice facility to have, the staff were friendly and the shuttle to the airport was great.

My stay was just 1 night with breakfast included. Front desk people were so responsive and nice, breakfast was great, property is a little bit outdated carpets looked old and dirty lobby furniture as well, room size perfect and they provided all toiletries needed including toothpaste toothbrush and more, bed super comfortable, however sheets had some yellow and blood stains.

Friendly welcome on arrival and convenient airport shuttle service. The room was functional but needed some repair (plug missing in bathroom sink an example). I was very surprised that there was no kettle and cups to make a hot drink in the room, and no iron available either. Bed and pillows comfortable. Quiet surroundings but noise from adjacent rooms was noticeable when people arrived and left.

This is a great place location wise for anyone who is transferring through the airport or has a very tight turnaround with flights however the hotel has the issue of very thin walls. Fellow guests who were on my floor down the hallway or even next door had flights earlier than mine and left at 2am and another at around 4 or 5am. On both occasions, I could hear them leaving, chatting and closing the door. The echo and walls just don’t have any noise control and the people weren’t extremely loud, they were talking normally. One of the controls in the room which may have been the aircon was also a dash loud and then food wise, there isn’t much on offer in the area. There wasn’t anything to see scenery wise out my room window which was facing the road. This road though is quiet which was good so it’s not too bad traffic wise in the evening & night.

The showers in this hotel don’t have a door or curtain enclosing them. When taking a shower water goes all over the floor making it quite slippery and dangerous. There’s a short rubber gasket that’s supposed to hold the water from flowing out the shower, but this was not properly sealed in our room so more water would get on the bathroom floor. During the morning they offer breakfast but this it was communicated anywhere that you had to pay for the breakfast. Finally, we used the hotel shuttle to the airport. The driver was very unfriendly not helping to load or unload our luggage into the van.

The hotel is pretty close to the Airport—easy access by bus. The staff is very friendly. It wasn’t clear that the transfer service on arrival should be arranged by going to the airport information desk to call the hotel and book the service, reason I ended up going by bus. However, it was easy to book the transfer to go to the airport the other day.

The staff was friendly even at the late hour of our arrival, just an overnight for a connecting flight. Breakfast was delightful with great variety of food and beverage options. Airport shuttle was conveniently scheduled by front desk and easy to locate and driver was very professional and helpful. Overall would stay again and highly recommend.

The staff were super lovely, check in was great but I specifically booked the hotel because of the hotel airport shuttle. I am travelling with my bike for a race and they would not let me put my bike on the shuttle as there were other passengers and so I had to get a private taxi at my own expense. I understand the bike takes up a lot of space but we put it upright yesterday in the shuttle and was disappointed they didn’t even try to make it work on the return leg - with some stacking of other suitcases it could have worked. The desk staff Javi was very helpful in ordering me a taxi so I am grateful for that. I am just glad I gave myself a lot of time to get to airport. Luckily. It all worked out in the end.

Shuttle available. 5 minute walk to Metro station that takes you direct - one stop to Madrid Central €2 one way. The hotel was only a short walk from a Metro station, giving easy access to the city centre. As this was my first visit I asked for information re transport from the airport to the hotel but was not told about the shuttle bus. The room was let down by poor wardrobe facilities and lack of hot drink making utensils. That said, it was good value.

It is close to the airport and there is free shuttle. The room was clean and comfortable but the restaurant in the hotel was below average. Very expensive but not good quality food. We had dinner and breakfast there due to not having time and being tired but if you can eat somewhere else not at that restaurant.
