Huge breakfast buffet with everything - a little chaotic due to many people. Staying with husband who was at a conference. Only issue I had was that sadly the pool area was closed with no sunbeds. I appreciate it was May but the temperatures still went as high as 27c and it would have been nice to use/ relax by the pool/ be near the pool inbetween sightseeing rather than sit with the various conference delegates.

Great experience at the hotel. Beds were comfortable, room with two suites gave us privacy ad we were also connected. The staff were very attentive, polite and professional. Close to great restaurants and metro. I woulf definitely come back. We were able to use the pool and enjoy the air conditioning during the hotest summer in the history of Spain.

Very nice hotel and high standard. Business area was so nice and useful during the hot evening hours. Breakfast super and rooms no flaws - best bed ever! Absolutely no noise in rooms from neither hallway nor street. Despite being very big, one didn't feel over-crowed and the pool and business area was rather empty. Gym was small, so don't come for workout. Several restaurants close by. Wouldn't mind coming back.

Amazing! We had the best time. The staff were so friendly and helpful and genuinely made our stay a joy. I wish I traveled to Madrid more often just so I could stay here every time. Another great stay at the Meliá for Christmas. The staff were as friendly and welcoming as ever especially Jose on reception, who made checking in with multiple reservations a breeze and our upgrade to a level room feasible. Miguel who was always ready to take our kitchen order at breakfast, Elviro who always welcomed us with a smile and asked us how we were when taking our drinks orders and breakfast and in the level and the wonderful lady from Bulgaria who worked in the level during our stay who was always so friendly and attentive. A hug shout out to the room Service team for making our room so welcoming everyday once we returned to the hotel. Thanks to all the staff and feliz navidad!!

Loved that the Level was always available for my family to grab snacks throughout the day. The front desk is amazing and always say ‘yes’ if you need something. Spirit of hospitality is strong at the hotel!!! I was in Madrid for a large conference and worked with 20 hotels as I managed the room block. By far, the team at Melia was the easiest to work with and rolled with the changes throughout the event. Highly recommend if you want a stay where you feel like a VIP 24-7. Thank you Melia team!!!!!
