Definitely the best hotel we visited during our Eurotrip 2023. It's located very conveniently just a few feet away from Gran vía avenue (and station), and a couple of blocks away from all the relevant tourist spots you might want to visit on your first trip to Madrid. We toured the whole city on foot since it's so close to everything. And if you like shopping... you're in for a treat! Gran via's main attraction are the stores (from department stores with very cheap prices like Primark, to more exclusive brands that have either their own store or have their spot in El corte Ingles). If you want to go and eat some tapas, you're a block away from many bars and restaurants that'll serve you traditional spanish tapas and pintxos for you to enjoy. Now, enough about location, what about the hotel? It's very modern, hip and clean. It has a coffee shop in the lobby floor and the staff is really accesible, kind and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. We had breakfast included during our stay and it was great: full of options and tasty pastries (although the breakfast area/room is a bit small so it might get crowded on busy hours). Wish we stayed a few extra days here because it was an excellent experience! I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're visiting Madrid. Great city, great hotel.

This was a cute, older hotel that has been beautifully renovated. The front desk area is small and shares space with a coffee shop and seating working area, which was a bit confusing at first — we initially thought it was just a café, but it’s actually where you check in. The location is excellent, right in the heart of everything. A great stay overall!

We loved this hotel. It was in the heart of downtown Madrid. Walkable to all there is to see. Great breakfast. Spacious room. Wonderful balcony. Elevator. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. BUT...be aware there is NO PARKING (except for a public lot a 10-minute walk away); the floors creak a lot so if you're not on the 6th floor when people move above you, you will hear them; the sign for the hotel is small and you may go right past it (but it is right across from the side entrance to the casino); and we got a perfectly located room in the hotel so your experience may not be as good as ours.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. We had plenty of food options readily available. The staff was super friendly. While they did t have parking at the facility, they do have an agreement with a garage nearby where we got discounted rates.

Super convenient location, right in the heart of things. The only downside is that it's right off of Gran Via so it there can be some street noise and partyers late at night. I would suggest wearing ear plugs. But overall I think the location and staff were well worth it. The cafe counter located right in the lobby was super convenient too!

estivemos no quarto 403 na nossa estadia, duas noites, na primeira noite ocorreu vazamento no teto do banheiro, levantei de madrugada e avisei a recepção, no outro dia, disseram que tinham arrumado, pois na segunda noite o vazamento foi ainda maior, foi decepcionante, poderiam ter nos colocado em outro quarto, mas mantiveram nos no mesmo, não fava para utilizar o vaso sanitário durante a madrugada, pois jorrava agua do teto

I only stayed one night and had the breakfast. The room was quite small and the AC had difficulty cooling down the room. I was also unable to watch my Netflix on the TV since the screen mirroring was not working. The breakfast was extensive and had lots of healthy options. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was overall super clean.

A/C not working in the room. Upon complaint, were given a fan and no other options. During the night, temperature rose by 4 additional degrees to an already warm room, directly hit by the sun all day. Staff pointed out that we had not booked directly with them and ''would see'' if they could discount our rate for the inconvenience because they did not know how. Terrible experience; would not return. Imagine spending such a sleepless night before a long flight to follow!

Staff very accommodating. ( especially Patricia at check in on Sunday morning!)Just steps away from Gran Via but my room was very quiet. Updated, fresh and clean. Interior elevator beautifully restored, open and visible from all floors. Very nice youth-inspired touches, for example if you want your room cleaned, hand the tag that simply says YES. If not, hang the tag that says NO. No wasted lettering— eco-friendly. Check-in area is small cafe and internet workspace combined. Clever use of space and pillows surrounding you. I was solo but seems family-friendly. Bunk beds built in the walls if you need them.

Fantastiskt läge, verkligen mitt i smeten! Bra service och trevlig personal - vi hade problem med varmvattnet i handfatet och personalen var snabb med att komma och åtgärda felet. Fina, fräscha rum. Väldigt god frukost som var fint upplagd och med mycket att välja på.

Bueno primero , Pettit es un clásico , me gustó que está remodelado , súper céntrico , pero en esta ocasión se pasaron con un detalle . Tenía que salir al aeropuerto antes de iniciar el desayuno que ya tenía pago , al hacer el check out me entregaron una bolsa , un pícnic completo de comida y bebidas para que llevara y desayunara , no tiene precio .

Clean room, friendly checking in process! The managers at breakfast each day though were not needed. Yesterday one was faffing changes that didn’t need making, being a hindrance to the hard working girls there and today one was talking loudly on a teams call. No peaceful environment due to her talking loudly over the calming music.

Las instalaciones son buenas. Las habitaciones se ven remodelas, El desayuno buffet con Buenas opciones de comida aunque a veces no que habíamos para desayunar ya que el lugar está muy chico. Pero la ubicación es lo mejor se encuentra a pasos de la Gran Vía y caminando a menos de 20 minutos. Te queda el museo del Prado o el palacio, así como otros puntos de interés turístico. El lugar está rodeado de restaurantes, bares y tiendas con los cuales no tendrás ningún pretexto para quedarte en el hotel. Aunque el personal del hotel no esté muy presente cuando lo necesitas si te ayudan bastante. Sin duda va a ser un hotel que pueda recomendar y seguramente regresaré.
