O hotel é bem pequeno, o café da manhã é um quebra galho. Mas o quarto é bom, meus filhos adoraram o beliche. Achei a região muito movimentada mas ela é bem localizada. O ruim é ter que deixar o carro no parking longe porque na rua do hotel não entra carro… andamos um tempo com as malas. Nas proximidades do hotel tem muita opção do que fazer e onde ir.

This little hotel right in the center of the city was great. It was reasonably priced, clean, and modern. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The parking arrangement with the local parking agent isn’t the greatest but our car was safe for our stay.

Very nice stay in the heart of Sol. The staff was great. The breakfast was excellent. Our room was quiet and clean. I liked that the front door was locked and we had to use the room key to enter the lobby.

Es la segunda o tercera vez en este hotel. Solo esta vez me ha parecido una mala propiedad. Casi no logramos hacer check in ... la promesa era 2 pm y pudimos hacerla hacia las 4. La habitación del lado en obra ... ruido, mugre, polvo, todo el jueves y el viernes. Toallas en el piso llenas de polvo, puertas abiertas llenas de escombros. Pedimos cambio de habitación y nos dijeron que si pero a algo más pequeño, como si fuera nuestro problema 😣 El personal poker face! Creo ... que no vuelvo. Tengo fotos y videos de todo lo que pasó, que enviaré si es posible !

The hotel was an excellent choice in every way. The location is outstanding: in the heart of the city but also walkable to all the major sights, shopping and lots of restaurant options. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was delicious.

The front desk staff was superb; Some of the best service I’ve encountered. The hotel is in a great location, central to many things. The free breakfast was nice with a variety of offerings. The room was cramped for my family of 4, but we were only there for one night. The balcony on the room was nice and large with views of Plaza del Sol. The bathroom was a good size with a swinging door that couldn’t be latched in place when closed. I’d prefer a door that at least latches in place. As an American I like toilet privacy. We were in 605 (king bed with twin bunks and balcony). We came across 2 “earwig” bugs in our room, which may have entered from the balcony door. Not a huge deal and we didn’t encounter any other insects. We were only there to sleep and shower anyway as we were exploring Madrid the majority of the time. Overall, this was a good place to stay for a single night without breaking the bank.

Rooms are small and uncomfortable. We booked a room for 3 people. There were 3 single beds crammed in and very little space to walk in. Shelves and rails in the closet collapsed and we were unable to store clothing. Suitcases had to remain in the little floor space available. Highly overpriced.

Ok a nice hotel but when you have to have the window open 24/7 to try get it cooler . The heating was turned off but the room was like a sauna. I had some chocolate that was melting and of got very little sleep and now im sick because of it

The hotel is located right beside the central square of Madrid “Puerta del Sol”. It is a very busy area but our room was quiet and we could t hear anything from outside. Hallway noise could be heard easily inside the hotel however. The room was very clean with a spacious bathroom. The sleeping area was usual size for a European hotel (ie small by North American standards). The bed was comfortable enough but I found I had to switch sides frequently during the night to relieve some pressure spots. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of bread, cheese, eggs, cereal, juice, fruit and coffee. Would recommend getting the breakfast package with your stay because there aren’t many breakfast options in walking distance. The Sol metro station is about a 1 minute walk from the door of the hotel. East walking distance to everything in the centre of Madrid- Plaza Mayor, Gran Via, Real Palace

Me pareció todo Excelente solo es importante recalcar q el taxi no te deja en la puerta pero si a una cuadra. Nosotros traíamos muchas maletas y fue difícil en la llevada más en la salida muy buen porq salimos antes de las 10 que si está permitido accesar los carros. Todo lo demás super bien

It was a great place to stay great location and great staff. Blanca was by far the best very personable and lovely we had 2 different reservation within a week apart and she ensured we were taken care of both times. She checked us in on our first reservation and checked us out. We were so excited we got to say goodbye to her. She is amazing thank you for everything.

This property is located in close proximity to Sol plaza which is best plaza in my opinion even better than Royal Plaza for liveliness. The street where the hotel is located in only for walking and therefore you will have to walk atleast 1-2 minutes to reach there or acess taxi/public transport. But that was not an inconvenience in anyway. We had amazing stay with really sweet and helpful staff who made our stay really comfortable. Room was clean and balcony with view of Sol plaza. It is so well located that we walked around everywhere and didn't need to take any transport other than for train station/airport. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel was located in the center of Madrid. Everything was walkable and the area felt safe. Staff spoke English and Spanish and were very nice. The taxis all lined up a block away from the hotel every morning and were reasonably priced. It was exactly a mile from Retiro Park, a half mile from Plaza Mayor, about a mile from the royal palace in the opposite way, right next to the puerta del sol and right in front of lots of restaurants and souvenir shops. The mall corte ingles with a grocery store was also only 2 blocks away. The rooms were cleaned very well and the staff was attentive and helpful.
