The hotel is in a good location near lots of nice bars and restaurants. Plenty of shopping nearby too. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was adequate. There is no bar in the hotel but there are plenty on your doorstep.

The hotel enjoys a fantastic location, and the staff are exceptionally kind, attentive, and always willing to help. Javier, Artura, and the two other ladies were especially warm, friendly, and welcoming. Our room was spacious and comfortable for three people, with a pleasant street view. Although the furniture was somewhat dated, the beds were very comfortable. The room and bedding were spotlessly clean. The bathroom was large and well maintained, with a bathtub, which was a real plus.

The bed was dirty, had stains on mattress and mattress pad, no fitted sheet on mattress, a flat sheet is used, the room itself was dirty as well as bathroom, water drips out of shower onto floor, the room is very noisy, you could hear everything from other rooms as well as from outside, I would not recommend this hotel at all

Una joya de lugar, con una ubicación extraordinaria donde caminando a menos de 15 o 20 minutos puedes ir a todos los atractivos de Madrid. Estás al lado del JW Marriott y el Four Seasons pero a una fracción del precio de esos hoteles de lujo. Las habitaciones muy aceptables y espaciosas , y las instalaciones y el restaurant muy convenientes. Es la.mejor relación calidad - precio de Madrid con sobretodo la mejor ubicación a unos 100 metros de la Plaza del Sol. El único inconveniente es el ruido en la noche del sábado y domingo ya que Madrid está de fiesta hasta altas horas ,pero las ventanas de doble cristal aislan razonablemente el ruido y se puede dormir bien. un excelente lugar muy recomendable para familias, parejas o negocios .y las vistas son impresionantes desde las ventanas de la habitación .

Our stay couldn't have been better. The hotel was so central, so close to lots of things. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Every staff member went out of their way to make our holiday a memorable one. The room was like home away from home. Great value breakfast with excellent assortment of food.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel as advertised. Not worth the money we paid. Poor quality overall. Soap, shampoo and conditioner pump bottles work poorly. Poor breakfast. No kettle, tea or coffee in my room. We checked-in online before arrival and entered all personal data, however, at the reception they did not find this information. Would never stay there ever again.

Great location to walk everywhere, shopping, Flamenca shows, meeting point to our food tour and Toledo tour were also walking distance(for us at least within 1 mile) we never took a taxi besides to the airport. Very comfy beds, quiet and super clean rooms! Staff was very accommodating and pleasant…except for the gal serving breakfast…she was rude, didn’t like foreigners…but we got over that, hoping the manager will see this and give her an attitude check…especially since everyone else was so great! Would stay here again.

Zum 4.ten Mal in diesem Hotel und leider zum letzten Mal. Alle paar Jahre wieder in Madrid. Immer dieses Hotel. Zustand wie beim ersten Mal vor 15 Jahren. Keine neuen Möbel, Bad alt. TV auch ca. 15 Jahre alt ( kein deutschsprachiges Programm ). Einfach ABGEWOHNT. Bis auf den Herren am Check in ( er war in Ordnung und freundlich ), die Damen leider nicht. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten. Das Zimmer/Bad absolut schlecht. Das Einzige, aber wirklich das Einzige rettet das Hotel wegen seiner tolllen Lage. 4 Sterne viel zu viel. Ich würde max. 3 Sterne geben. Allerdings wird es schwierig in Madrid ein Hotel um den Preis zu finden. Es gibt aber keine 4 Sterne...

Emplacement exceptionnel en plein coeur de Madrid et les vieux quartiers. Chambre spacieuse, salle de bain fonctionnelle. Serviettes changées chaque jour. Petit déjeuner dans le calme et très bien achalandé. On recommande les yeux fermés.

Great location. Close to everything. Across street from 4 Seasons and Marriott. It costs $50 dollars to check in early. Breakfast is not worth it unless it comes with room. Lots of places to eat around hotel. We had a problem with remote that was solved quickly. Rooms were small but bathroom was a nice size.
