This is an old hotel, but clean with friendly staff. But it's OLD..., it shows everywhere in the building and in the room (outdated design, tiles in the bathroom with nick and cracks, ceilings falling hallf apart, with an always overcrowded shuttle service to and from airport. We were forced to take a taxi twice because of this. The bed in our room was a supersized king medium hard with clean sheets, we slept really well🙏. The great thing is your not under de nonstop noise of jets landing and or taking off, it was real quite!

Place was spacious and clean. Hotel restaurant was on the expensive side, but there are enough bakeries, neighborhood bars, and restaurants within walking distance where that is not a problem. The hotel pool is really small, not ideal for kids to plunge. Free transportation from and to the airport are a big plus (let them know when checking in that you will need the free shuttle to the airport - spots are limited).

Room was spacious with bed already set up for our 2 year old son, he was so happy. Hotel is very clean and staff is very friendly. Breakfast and dinner were delicious with great options for everyone. Sadly, pool was closed (october) and the Expedia site says 15 pools? Not sure that's correct. Airport shuttle was prompt and easy to use. Sign up for your needed time slot upon check in, as certain times fill up fast. We had a great stay and the hotel is lovely with a nice bar and lounge with tvs to hang out in. Id stay here again.

Room was great. We got the premium room with a terrace. Everything in the room was in working order. The ac worked but was a little loud but other than that the stray was perfect! Would highly recommend staying here if you have a flight the next day. A bunch of restaurants within walking distance. Going into Madrid would take a bit though but there is a metro station about 10 min walk away. Staff was very friendly. No issues with the stay. Also airport shuttle was timely!

The main reason I booked this hotel was because of the free shuttle from and to the airport. Unfortunately, the shuttle was completely booked during the 3 hour window I would’ve used it and I had to use a taxi and an Uber. I don’t think it is a reasonable for them to advertise that they have free shuttle service when there’s not enough room for the people who want to use it.

The staff are kind and accommodating. We arrived at midnight, exhausted after a bad airline experience. The barman had already closed the bar, but was kind enough to sell us a couple of beers, and as there was nothing to eat, he gave us a couple of plates of potato chips, which just made us feel we were welcome. He also took care of my husband's delicate medication, placing it in their refrigerator and refroze our dry ice. The next morning some someone else was in charge, but already knew what we were talking about. All went smoothly. Those details are priceless! Thank you!

Very clean. Front desk staff was friendly as well as professional. Only downside was the shuttle driver. He was unhelpful. Refused to put bags in van both leaving hotel as well as at the airport. Didn’t ask which airline we were flying and as a result we were dropped off at furthest point from our airline. Hotel itself was great and would definitely stay again.

Very convenient hotel for an overnight stay before a morning flight. The hotel is in excellent shape with all amenities including a nice gym and a restaurant. There is a free shuttle to and from the airport which runs a regular 30 minute schedule. Breakfast was not free, it was 12-15 euro/person but it was worth. The buffet was quite nice and offfered many options. Highly recommended! The 3rd floor rooms were nice ; comfortable bed, nice shower. The hotel is very close to the airport but you do not hear any noise. The Argentinian restaurant recommended by the hotel, La Trina, was very good.

This is another hidden gem. They even have luggage lockers available. From the outside it doesn’t look like much but this is a case of not judging from the outside area. Food is delicious, staff dedicated and friendly, rooms large and clean. And it’s a few blocks from the airport. If you’re looking for convenience for an early flight or a long layover, this is the one to choose.
