Amazing property! Clean, modern and lots of room. The customer service was excellent and always answered within minutes. Having the lockers for our luggage was a life saver and we locked them ourselves with our own codes.. The area around the place is great, with many restaurants and close to subways and busses. We felt very safe especially with code only entry. A must stay if you're in Madrid.

Easy check in however everything is virtual so on day 2 we had to wait above an hour for an iron since none was available on our room. This apartment is a little far from the town center, walkable train station close by made it easier once we were familiar with the area. There was a bar beneath us that was quite noisy on the weekend until about 4am but only one affected was my sister because she is a light sleeper.

Un hotel perfecto. El check In y Check Out súper práctico y rápido. La aplicación es de mucha ayuda y súper intuitiva y amigable. Está muy bien ubicado y los obsequios súper lindos además de que te permiten guardar tu equipaje antes de tu entrada y después de tu salida lo que te ayuda muchísimo. Quedamos encantados.

This is a well organized, dependable and responsive property. We were able to store our luggage in easy to access and secure lockers. The electronic access and keys on phone app made us feel very secure. We ran out of bathroom tissue and we received a delivery within 10 minutes of texting the on-line reception. Recommend the area - tons of legite Spanish food and drinks in area - best in Madrid. Close to two metro lines giving lots of easy access to the city

Loved the location , the room, it had everything we needed. To be more transparent with your guests you should state somewhere in the initial room details, that there is no room cleaning service for reservation under 7 days. This came as a surprise to us, as no one came in for daily cleaning, garbage pickup. Until we asked and found out our 5 night stay didn’t qualify. We asked or a broom, extra garbage bags, and toilet paper, and it was delivered promptly to our room. Again, very nice location, room design and room amenities.

Everything was great, except for in the morning one of the bedrooms smelled pretty bad, like fish or something. We were leaving, so it wasn't a huge problem, but i could see it being an issue for others if that persists. Otherwise a fantastic stay. Everything was clean and updated.

Do not stay during weekends or holidays because there is a club in the basement and whole building is vibrating and you can hear loud music. I was staying on 6th floor and couldn’t sleep for 3 nights, I can only imagine how bad it must be on lower floors.

The room was extremely and immaculately clean. Not a stain or hair. I was very impressed. The two issues I did have are that the electronic check-in was last minute and cumbersome. I had my whole family exhausted with after travel, and I was in the lobby trying to figure out how to check in. Also, ther is a very bright green emergency light mounted above the bedroom door. It lit up the room all night and I did not sleep well because it was so bright.

Horrible Management. Greedy service. New in business. Unprofessional. Booked a big room as shown on Expedia for 8 nights they gave me a tiny small room the bed didn’t fit me and my son and the AC wasn’t working, loud and noisy night club across the street. Second night they locked me out of my room without taking my permission or informing me, moved me to another smaller room supposedly claiming the AC was working the room was freezing cold and the AC doesn’t turn off. Contacted them, till after midnight for someone to come and turn the main electrical switch off. Third night I come back to my room to find it smelly sewage with water all over the floor and on top of my luggage and inside my luggage, the ceiling dripping the AC dripping all over. They ruined my medication and a lot of my clothes. A maintenance guy came and saw everything and took pictures. I immediately left the hotel. I slept somewhere else. Guess what?! They didn’t care. They didn’t refund me my money!!! Customer service doesn’t exist. DO NOT BOOK AT IT!

This place is unbearably hot and inhabitable for humans. My children cried all night, because they could not sleep and it was difficult to breath. Reached out to customer service via whatsapp chat and the only solution they offered was to provide some fans, which would circulate heat and refund money or move to another hotel - at 1 a.m. - we went there just to spend a night and rest prior to our long flight to the US. No one from management contacted us or apologized. This property is inhabitable for humans and whoever lists it anywhere should be held accountable for criminal negligence and recklessness! They claimed that the AC was not properly working because of the power outage in the area, which was a nonsense. They control the AC from somewhere and there is no way for guests to control it from apartment. Reached out to local electrical company and was advised that there was no outage... Do not go to this place unless you would like to experience what I had experienced with my family. Btw, no one refunded any money. Expedia and all other pertinent sources where this property is listed must remove it from their sources in order not to expose their liability insurance for knowingly listing this property as habitable, whereas it is inhabitable for humans...

The location was too far away from all the attractions, not their fault mine. Their communication is all about how they can make money, give the bare minimum and treat you like a back packer. The welcome gift was a joke as 99% of places supply the 2 coffee pods, water, ear plugs? Small bag of chips.They have forgotten there is a customer involved.It was sad because it could be great. I would never ever stay at their chain ever.
