Dear General Manager: In this day and age where criticism and complaints abound, it is refreshing to hear compliments. In that vain, I am writing to you about your entire staff making our stay ( we are return guests ) very memorable. You have truly 5 star service with your employees.....This is especially true for a front desk lady named Silvia. Going into detail would take a lot of time and space, but she is a noteworthy employee, going over and above board for us during our stay. We were in room 110 during our stay and I must mention that our room housekeeping lady did a very thorough job of cleaning our room and bathroom. I am retired, but was an operations supervisor for a multi unit hotel chain in the United States. I wish I had the talent and help you are fortunate enough to have. Thank you
