Great hotel with a cool rooftop bar and pool, lots of space, modern design and excellent friendly staff. Long walk to the centre of town but 2 metro stops locally. Return park down the road was glorious as was the rest of Madrid in the sunshine. Lovely time, hope to come back here.

Parking is under the hotel. The staff and hotel is family friendly. They gave my kids colors and little coloring books. The breakfast buffet here is a MUST!! The hotel pool is in the rooftop and they have a lifeguard on duty. Towels are provided. We really enjoyed the hotel!

We had a wonderful experience at Novotel. Breakfast buffet has many selections from a smoothie bar to churros, to charcuterie options, fruits, cheese, vegetables,.. all so delicious. They cleaned the rooms very quickly every day. Staff were very kind. The hotel is in a posh neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. One comment on the cleanliness is that there was dust on some surfaces and in the bathroom vents but other than that everything looked clean.

The common areas, bar and dining area were nice with pleasant staff and good options. And the availability of taxis for transportation to the airport etc was great. However I found it overpriced as the rooms and hallways were not very clean and quite rundown as well as being small rooms.

Novotel är en välkänd hotellkedja, och Novotel Madrid Centrum har ett mycket bra läge – nära stadens centrum, med smidig kommunikation till centralstationen och en lugn omgivning. Tyvärr levde rumsbekvämligheten inte upp till förväntningarna. Det saknades grundläggande bekvämligheter som tofflor, duschmössa, skohorn och servetter. Jag bodde i rum 4137, där sängen var sliten och lutade utåt, vilket gjorde det obekvämt att sova och ledde till huvud- och ryggvärk. Jag hoppas att hotellet ser över dessa brister, eftersom läget och den annars trevliga atmosfären har stor potential att ge gästerna en betydligt bättre upplevelse.

Stort rörigt och ljudligt hotell, som låg off från sevärdheter som vi sökte som turister. I vårt rum kunde fönstret inte stängas korrekt vilket gjorde att ljud kom in från gatan. Frukosten var ett virrvarr med folk och hög ljussättning, inget att klaga på utbudet. Som turist skulle jag nästa gång välja ett trevligare hotell mer centralt. Prisnivån var hög så för det priset går det att hitta bättre.

I was very much looking forward to staying at the Novotel Madrid Center but due to the Air Canada union strikes which began on my check-in day, I was unable to fly to Madrid. The hotel management showed no compassion and didn’t issue me a refund, not even a partial refund or credit.

Novotel Madrid city center is located in a very nice neighborhood Goya in Salamanca district. Great shopping and restaurants. We felt lucky to book at this hotel. Given the fact that it was Easter week and weekend, the place was busy. But the staff made it easy to check-in and check-out. They kept the place clean and well organized. We had our final dinner at the hotel. It was delicious. we bought the breakfast option for everyday. Well worth it. I highly recommend this property. Also special thanks to Yuri with his advices on transportation and where to eat and being very friendly. Much appreciated it.

The property is very modern. It has great access to nearby "Retiro Park". The property is not close to the main historic sites. Yet, only about a 15min taxi ride away from Gran Via, Plaza Mayor, and Prado.

I liked the hotel, have to say that for me it was far from all the main attractions. Parque del Retiro is fairly closed , other than that is not convenient located . One thing I have to say is that food was amazing! From the staff at the bar/restaurant to the taste it was very good. We loved the food at the restaurant. That was our highlight of the hotel , other than that super busy all the time. Lots of people coming in and out .
