Been here before,but not when the pool area had been open. It made a huge difference. That area is so cozy and relaxed and the service was excellent 👌. Pool is small but fine for relaxing in - not so much for swimming. Loved it. Breakfast is very nice and so was dinners. I'm only missing a gym, then they have it all 💪.

Over capacity pool and roof top also rooms are overlooking some type of housing complex with an empty ugly space. Pool bar was packed! An employee was testing me the pool water three times with an extremely concerned look on his face, which made me tell my family that we are going to leave the hotel immediately. I checked out 30 minutes after I checked in I do not recommend this place. Also, they refused to refund me any of my money. I paid for two nights and I did not stay one minute in the room.

Within 10mins to Madrid Football Stadium. Taxi into Gran Via. Shopping street one block over. Taxi rank outside hotel. Child friendly football table, games machine. Some nights a sweet cart out. Rooms clean, hotel really clean, staff friendly. Swimming pool small but very nice roof top area and dip pool. Disability friendly

Lovely hotel and rooftop bar, near to the underground station and easy to get to from the Airport. Staffing levels were poor in the bars, but if you are not in a rush the cocktails are lovely

Room was extremely small. We booked a room for 3 people. There was no place even to open a suitcase. Carpet was quite aged and dirty. Other than that it was an ok hotel.

Great location for Bernabeu, shops and restaurants. Skybar was lovely although hard to find any shade if you wanted it. Room was comfortable and breakfast brilliant. Only downside was the room was a bit dusty.

I stayed in NYX Madrid for 3 nights. I was aware that it was quite distant to the city center; but it was also very convenient to transfer via metro lines. The staff was kind and the breakfast was impressive. However; I have selected an economy room. There was a bed, alittle coffee table and a chair. It was it. There was no space, which means it was quite small. Another thing is the room was not vacuumed entirely, it might be better to have a better cleaned wall corner and the carpet under the bed.

Lille gåtur til metro. Mange butikker og restauranter i området. Man kan købe mad i baren, som er virkelig lækkert/smager godt. Ca. 15 min. i Uber/taxa fra lufthavn. Morgenmaden - lækkert. Meget varieret, så noget til alles smag. Personalet på hele hotellet er meget venlige og hjælpsomme. Lille køleskab på værelset. Hver dag er der i et tidsrum en vogn i forhallen med slik, som er gratis. Poolen har en ok størrelse, men trænger til at blive renset. Sengene er meget hårde. Eneste grund til at vi desværre ikke vender tilbage til dette hotel.

Place was great, love the inside front of the Hotel. Needs to get the smell of smoke of the carpet and in elevator. About a 12-15 min walk to the Bernabeu (loved it). The attention in the bar was great. Quick Suggestion, if you like to connect with the culture., visit the small businesses surrounding the area… it’s priceless

We visited with our two year old and loved how close the hotel was to Santiago Bernabeu and also El Cortez Ingles shopping centre. The hotel was clean and very cool decor-we didnt get to use the pool but we checked out the rooftop and loved it. Great stay

The reason I booked it is it is close to the football stadium. The room is clean and staff is good. But the room is way too small for our 3 people. It doesn’t even have a table for my laptop. The space is too small for our luggage.

El hotel en general me ha gustado. Defectos que le veo es que las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, eso que como gentileza del hotel nos dieron una más grande, no quiero saber cómo sería una normal, y el baño que no tiene mampara, tiene una cortina que al ducharte mojas mitad del suelo del baño.

I enjoyed my stay as I was in a quiet, clean comfortable room - my criteria for a good stay. My room was tiny but I knew that when I checked in. I was just so grateful to be able to check in at 10:30AM (well ahead of normal check in time) as I had just landed in Madrid with little to no sleep on my flight. I found the staff to be accommodating and helpful. The hotel is near the Nuevo Ministerios area but still is about a 10 minute walk from the nearest metro. I would stay here again but would insist on a larger room next time.

The room was clean enough and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located. However, the room was very small for what I paid. I paid 150 euros for one night and was given one of the smallest rooms in the hotel, you could barely walk in that room.

This is a nice hotel. We stayed in a family room however it was quite small and the pull out bed was not comfortable at all. It’s in a good location. One of the staff were extremely rude which was disappointing as the rest appeared very respectful.

Decent location (10 minute walk from the nearest subway station which could get you to the main sights in around 15/20 minutes). Plenty of bars and restaurants around the hotel so getting some food and drinks was never a problem. Our room was clean and comfortable. However, we were not given the room we booked and paid for. We booked a double and were given two single beds pushed together. When we (politely) raised this with the woman on reception, her response was very rude and unhelpful. We were simply told it was tough luck and the double we had booked had been given to someone else. Our experience generally with hotel staff was poor: the majority were disinterested and surly. Breakfast at the hotel was expensive, so we nipped out to to a local bakery/cafe for some pastries and coffee, which was perfectly adequate. I wouldn't return purely because of the unpleasant staff.

First time staying at NYX, I can only state that the location was quite convenient. With respect to the front desk staff, Jorge was amazing tried to accommodate the best he could. However, with respect to the rooms, very small and the cleaning staff was quite careless. I was moved to another room trying to be more comfortable, I had left by mistake my diabetes medication in the fridge and when I went back it was nowhere to be found. Not the best experience quite pricy paid a lot for this stay at this Hotel not worth it.

El hotel está bien, céntrico sin embargo Llegamos el sábado 4 sobre las 19:00 El personal de recepción, una chica joven nada amable parecía que le incomodaba la llegada de huéspedes. Después de viajar para llegar a Madrid es desagradable una recepción así, cero amabilidad en esa mujer. Felizmente solo reservamos una noche. El único amable del hotel el chico del bar.

Clean, quiet hotel, nice bar. 10min walk from Nuevos Ministerios metro stop, and another 5 min walk the other direction to Alvarado metro station, so you can pretty much get anywhere you need to. Excellent food available on C. de Bravo Murillo, Mercado de Maravillas was a highlight for me.

Hôtel très bien situé, à 5 minutes de la ligne 1 et 15 minutes à pied de la ligne 8 ( pour l’aéroport). Personnel très sympathique, notamment Jennifer a l’accueil. Chambre propre et spacieuse (même à 3 personnes). Petit déjeuner buffet tout à fait correct. Pas vraiment de restaurant, mais on peut manger des snacks (pizza, sandwich chauds et frites…) le soir (comme toute la journée).

Good location if you're going to Real Madrid Stadium otherwise choose elsewhere. Dark rooms, terrible carpets. Look worn and horrible to stand on and look at. Bath tub had stains. Wood work needs retouching. Bar was nice and glitzy. Breakfast was nice and full of options.
