Wonderful! Hotel was in a great location, close to metro stops. Staff was very accommodating. Free parking was clutch The downside is the room safe and refrigerator didn’t work. I’d rate it an 9/10

This was overall a good experience. The location is very convenient and accessible, and the staff are very helpful and kind. The hotel itself is clean and nice, the rooms are spacious and have all your usual amenities. There is a parking garage available with discounted rate for hotel costumers. My one complaint is that noise insulation or soundproofing in the rooms, at least the one I was in, is not there. I could hear normal conversations through the walls, tv, etc very clearly and loudly. This was ok during normal hours, but my neighbors were up and dynamic from 1:00 am to 3:30 am, which kept me up as well. Although, I did not call the hotel reception, I do believe that if I had they would have helped with the situation, based on how helpful they were at other times.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Elba. The hotel was very clean and very comfortable. The staff were lovely and allowed us to leave our bags while we went to explore the city of Madrid. The location was perfect. Close enough to the metro to get in and out of the centre easily. Although we did not eat close to the hotel we noticed that there were many places to choose from. I would definitely stay here again and I would feel confident in referring a friend to stay here. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Hotel was clean, comfortable, staff attentive, and the complementary breakfast great. Our gripe was with the air conditioning, which was set at an uncomfortable 26.5 C (80 F). Front desk said you could manually lower the temperature with +/- switch but it didn’t work. Attendant came up and tried unsuccessfully. Because no technician was on call on Saturday night, he gave us another room, where the temperature setting was 25 C. He lowered the temperature and told us it would go down gradually to the desired level. It never did, but it was late and we were exhausted after a day’s travel so we didn’t call again. We had reserved for just one night so don’t know if the issue was fixed. It seemed to us that a master temperature override was set for energy conservation for the summer, where temperatures can exceed 30 C most days. Anyone booking this hotel should perhaps inquire about this beforehand. We don’t know if any other guest had the same issue.

A fantastic hotel, with great location… 5 min to metro. Breakfast was excellent. Problem with A/C as wasn’t getting cooler. Mentioned to reception and upgraded to another room. Fantastic internet speed. Many shops cafes , small shopping centre nearby. 25 min by metro to Gran Via.. equivalent to our Leicester Square. Then majority of main tourist locations nearby. All the staff are fantastic , helpful and courteous. Just brilliant

The hotel was great as we wanted to be away from the center of the city. The prilice fir 3 was reasonable. The room was clean, large bathroom, small refrigerator, good breakfast options, and close to Metro station. I highly recommend this hotel unless you want close to the city center. 20min Uber drive.

Hotel facility and cleanness is very good. Excellent sound proof if you’re not facing street however the location is quite inconvenient for fo to town although it’s near by metro station. It takes nearly 1hour to reach by public transportation. Hotel is very nice and staffs are also very friendly.

HOTEL MARAVILHOSO. Otimo quarto,café da manhã completo com tudo que se possa querer. Fica bem longe do centro, mas com muitas opções de restaurantes por perto ( KFC, Burguer King, bar de Tapas, Italiano...).A estação de Metro mais próxima é a Ciudad Lineal linha verde que te leva a Gran Via e a estação Callao bem no centro da cidade. Atendimento na recepção muito cordial.

Madrid ist einen wirklich schöne Stadt, die es immer wirder lohnt besucht zu werden. Dieses Hotel würde ich dafür immer wieder buchen. Es liegt zentral an der Metrolinie 5 zwischen der Stadion Suanzes und Ciudad Lineal. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und ich würde es immer wieder buchen.

Es war nicht mein erster Aufenthalt im Hotel! Das Hotel liegt in der nähe von 2 Metro-Stationen und ist gut erreichbar. Alles ist Sauber und schön, Personal sehr nett und freundlich lediglich die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig und bei den 15€ für das Frühstück sollte wenigstens der Kaffee ein Bohnenkafee sein und kein Instant!

The hotel is in a good location, close to the subway (5 min) in a safe and quiet area. For a tourist visiting Madrid it is perfect. Staff is very professional and friendly. Breakfast is good, but not excellent (by European standards). Coffee is bad (by Spanish standards).
