Très bien situé près de la Gran Via. L’hôtel n’a pas de petit déjeuner, mais offre gratuitement the, café, et autres boissons ainsi que des biscuits et des fruits toute la journée. Joli terrasse avec vue sur les toits de Madrid. La chambre donne sur l’intérieur sans vue. Quand Les fenêtres sont ouvertes, on entend facilement le bruit fait par les hôtes bruyants Mais l’isolation est bonne. Le personnel est charmant. J’y retournerai la prochaine fois que je suis à Madrid. Merci.

This is a no frills property located in a great area. The room was large and clean (as was the king bed)!!! The building was quiet and efficient. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the B&B chain is big on sustainability. There is a 5th floor lounge with free coffee, tea, juice, cookies, ice and space to chat with new friends.

Rummet var helt nytt och fräscht med den skön säng och utsikt mot fönstret som hade en fransk balkong, Läget var utmärkt och lätt att ta sig till och lätt att hitta från flygplatsen. Personalen trevlig och hjälpsam. Det fanns ett kök högst upp med gratis kaffe, te och frukt och en kasse med en liten croissant och vatten hängde på dörren varje morgon, Städningen bra. We stayed in Pamplona, Salou, and Madrid and this was by far the best place. Even though it was on a busy street it was super quiet. WiFi worked well and everything was very well kept. Nice bonus was the 5th floor coffee bar 24/7 with no charge.

O quarto é super aceitável para passar uma noite. Os funcionarios sao super atenciosos e solicitos. A localização é excelente! O único porem é que as toalhas estavam muito sujas e as vezes o barulho da rua pode incomodar, mas para uma noite nao foi nennhum problema.

Disappointing Return Stay This was our second time staying at this hotel, and while the location is still a major plus—central and convenient at an affordable price—unfortunately, the quality has noticeably declined since our last visit. Our room was not very clean; there was a thick layer of dust, especially on the glass nightstands, which clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The lobby also had a strange, putrid smell that was quite off-putting. The room itself was dark with insufficient lighting, and there was an issue with the AC. It’s controlled remotely from the lobby, so we couldn’t adjust it ourselves. The room became very stuffy, and because the street outside is so noisy, opening the windows for air wasn’t a real option if you want to get any sleep. Sadly, the lack of cleanliness and comfort made this stay a disappointing one, and we wouldn’t return.

Hotel wasn’t up to our expectations. It was just a step above a hostel. Bathroom had dirt and mold around shower, found dirty sock in room. However staff were very friendly and helpful, and courteous in agreeing to refund our remaining two nights.

Hotel was nice location with elevatorand staff were excellent, but my small interior room with two twin beds had one small window to a light well which introduced a lot of noise and light at late hours. The room lacked good air circulation and was stuffy.The pictures on the website show rooms with ample windows to the street. Misleading. Ask for a room on an upper floor with larger windows facing the street.

This hotel is quite centrally located, about 5 minutes' walt to metro station Tribunal, which takes you to the Airport with one change. The room and amenities are very basic but adequate. It is good that there is a small desk even though there is no electric outlet there and not a lamp. In fact, the room can be quite dark due to the lack of lighting. The young man at the reception was particularly friendly and helpful.

On the fifth floor there were complementary fresh fruit and snacks. Each morning a bag of pastries and water was hung on the door knob. Check in was easy. I didn’t like that the AC couldn’t be controlled to a lower temperature. It was too warm for us. Other than that, it was good.

The staff at the B&B Hotel were very kind and helpful. We arrived EXTREMELY early after a red eye flight and they luckily already had our room ready and let us have an early check-in. We also enjoyed the complimentary coffee and pastries each day. The location itself is so convenient being so close to the Gran Via and plenty of other walkable locations. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and the staff was excellent. They took care of our delayed luggages when it was delivered by the airline days before we arrived. I like the common area at the 5th floor. The only con I have was the 2nd room we stayed needs some repair. The glass panel that serves as an end table were coming off the rack. The window can noy be shut completely.But I will stay at this hotel.as it has great location too.

Excelente servicio en recepción , muy amables todo el personal, sobretodo Jaime fue muy amable y atento con nosotros. Nos encantó que todos los días nos dejaban una bolsa de regalo colgada en nuestra puerta con botellas de agua y panecitos. Me encantó la ubicación, fue muy práctico caminar a los sitios turísticos y estar cerca de la Gran Vía. El personal fue muy atento y nos permitió ingresar más temprano ya que la habitación estaba disponible, además nos recomendaron un lugar de cañas y tapas donde nos obsequiaron una bebida de cortesía. El hotel es bonito y cómodo. Además nos dejaron en la puerta pan y agua por la mañana. Nos mencionaron que había una barra con algunas cortesías de cerveza, agua y algunos alimentos disponible las 24 horas pero nuestra estancia fue solo por una noche así es que no pudimos conocerla.

Small but efficient room, location is AMAZING. Water and mini croissants on your door each morning was a nice touch. No closet, but shelves so we packed in cubes and a few hangers. Wish there were knobs on the wall outside the bathroom by the sink for hand towels, robe etc since shelving/storage is minimal. As far as seeing other reviews about the noise, you can hear those in the hallway but it was minimally disruptive. Overall not a deterrent for booking.

I had a very positive experience at B&B Hotel Madrid Centro F52. The hotel was very conveniently located near shopping stores and restaurants in the Centro area of Madrid. The train station was also very close distance. The room was clean and neat and had a nice balcony view on the street. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid.

Very central hotel by Gran Via. Lots of shopping and food options. Plaza Mayor is 15-minutes away by foot. Friendly staff and great service. And room is functional and comfortable, with an in-room safe and small fridge. Highly recommended.

This is an economy basic hotel, but it has all the bases covered. Very personable and helpful staff, free juices and snacks on the fifth floor. Convenient to the Gran Via and central Madrid. Even found a free continental breakfast (bottle of water and a croissant) hung in a sack on my door when I left. I would definitely stay there again.

I liked the fact that it is located in a pedestrian shopping area with lots of people and restaurants around, so I felt completely safe walking around by myself. It's nice that they have tea and coffee and cookies available on the top floor. In the morning, there was a bag on my doorknob containing water and croissants. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Everything but steep price, made this stay remarkable. For what you can get elsewhere for same price, you are paying a premium without getting premium stay. Overall experience was great, staff was great, the advertised bed and breakfast is false as there is no food, and what there is is not much aside from coffee and cookies. I’d recommend staying out of heart of Madrid and just staying on outskirts, where you can get a premium stay for less and use the Metro to travel easily across city.
