Pobre Wifi, no tiene alberca, solo restaurante para desayunar, tampoco tiene bar. Las habitaciones hay ruido y se escucha lo que pasa en las otras habitaciones. El piso suena, el aire lo bajan en la madrugada. En lo bueno el personal limpia las habitaciones todos los días a cualquier hora y cambian las toallas cada 2 días sin tener que solicitar.

I understand this is a Spanish City, however i felt the staff was not very engaging or helpful. Nice clean room however was small with s very boring window view of the back of other apartments. No bar or restaurant you could just go and sit in, unless umyou ordered breakfast

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt auf jeden Fall. Das Hotel ist jedoch sehr hellhörig und man wird auch nachts aus dem Schlaf gerissen. Die Zimmer sind etwas älter aber sehr sauber. Die Betten sind bequem. Die Bar war nicht geöffnet. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Das Hotel liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, aber sowas weiß man vorher. Personal durchweg freundlich.

The location is very convenient and most of the city monuments are located within a 2 km distance. “The area was decent with good transportation options, but my stay was ruined by the fact that I found bugs in my bed. When I reported it, staff dismissed it by saying the bugs came from a tree — which is on the opposite side of the gas station, nowhere near my window. I felt completely unheard, and no real solution was offered. This is unacceptable. A clean room is the bare minimum, and brushing it off like that made it worse.”

Stayed 3 nights for my birthday weekend. The lobby and location were great, and the first front desk agent was kind and offered me an upgrade. However, when I returned, the shift changed and my upgraded room was given away. I was put in a handicap room, then had to switch again. The room was clean and spacious, but the bathroom had black mold and the bed slid around due to wheels. Worst of all, I got stuck in the elevator alone for 15–20 minutes—terrifying. No apology or concern from the staff afterward, which was incredibly disappointing. Daily cleaning was good, and the hotel is walkable to great spots, but I wouldn’t recommend staying more than a night or two—and only if you're on a tight budget.

Pleasant stay here for 2 nights with my son. The rooms and hotel were modern enough, although a little basic/tired in places, but fair for a 3* hotel in the city centre. Location was convenient for walking or using the Metro. The twin beds were on wheels, so they moved around a lot, but otherwise fine.

Large hotel in a great location. The metro was close by and it is walkable to the city center attractions. Good restaurants close by. The room and bathroom were spacious. The room had the basics and had a safe. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean. Would like to have had a luggage rack in the room. The beds are very firm and the pillows thick, not comfortable for us. The hotel was very busy and we could hear noise from our neighbors and above us. Gratefully, The room access door handle was changed out when we were there to a lever from a ball handle. It was difficult to grip the ball handles to turn them. They offered a full hot and cold breakfast. Very good.

Excelente hotel lo único que el Sr que nos atendió a nuestra llegada fue un poco rudo con la bienvenida, llegamos súper temprano y al pedirle ayuda con un early check in por lo menos en una de las 2 habitaciones que teníamos reservadas se negó de manera rotunda y con tono de molestia hacia nosotros, parece que le estábamos quitando su tiempo a pesar de que éramos los únicos en el lobby a esa hora, pero apartando el comentario el hotel bien vale la pena por todo menos por el señor rudo que al parecer no sabe mucho a cerca del trato de huéspedes 👍

This was our second time staying in the Leonardo. We chose it for the convenience of walking to Metro stations and easy walk to Malasaña. Hotel staff is great. Very attentive and helpful. Property is next to a high traffic route but it's quiet and comfortable inside.

Very nice , clean hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful . Excellent location - only 5 minutes from nearest Metro station ( San Bernardo). Fairly central to most attractions. Ten minute walk to Gran Via and all the restaurants and shopping. At 15 Euros per person ( children are only under 12) I would say the breakfast is pricey and probably not good value for money. There are plenty of bakeries etc close by which is a cheaper alternative. Overall - very nice hotel though.

Great location in a nice area of Madrid. We stayed at this location due to its proximity to where our daughter was living for her study abroad experience. Location was perfect! Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Easy to get to by metro, bus, walking, taxi. Easy walk to Plaza Mayor and sol.

Ideaal hotel als uitvalsbasis voor een citytrip. Op 200m van metro met 2 lijnen waarvan 1 rechtstreeks naar centrum. Gemakkelijk bereikbaar vanaf luchthaven. Centrum ook te voet gemakkelijk bereikbaar vanuit hotel. Vriendelijk personeel. Kamers in orde en net. Ontbijt elke dag met enkele andere gerechten. Aanrader.

The location and hotel accomidation is excellent. The buffet breakfast was very routine and same items every day, I wish there is a change in some breakfast items each day it would have been lot more enjoyable. Overall it is good hotel choice for our trip to Madrid.
