The staff is excellent. They attended every request, my only complain is that they did not explain how to get advantage of the free drinks offered when skipping room cleaning. I skip it because of covid and should have been entitled to a few drinks that i didn’t get. Also the pool is not inviting, I chose this hotel bc of the pool since there is a heat wave in Madrid, but it is too small and with zero amenities.

La parada del autobús para ir al centro está al lado. Mencionar la atención y diligencia del personal de recepción, Manuel, Ida y Daniel.

Very nice hotel - however while much of it was very clean, in Room 425, there were long black hairs in the bathroom (I am bald, so not from me). I was also surprised about the tub. The bathroom door stop is screwed to the floor, right where you need to step over the side of the tub to enter and exit the combined shower/bathtub - and while there is one grab bar next to the tub, there is nothing to hold onto while entering or exiting the tub.

Hotel extremamente limpo, quarto bem organizado e confortável, café da manhã perfeito, muito variado, com produtos frescos e de primeira qualidade. A localização é em uma região tranquila, ótima para dormir bem à noite, e os funcionários são cordiais e atenciosos. Como ponto negativo, a acústica entre os quartos não é muito boa e, dependendo do barulho dos vizinhos, pode incomodar um pouco. No geral, recomendo.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Room clean. However, the noise from the street outside was terrible. Windows were closed, curtains drawn - no difference. Every passing vehicle or group of pedestrians made an awful noise, even at 3am.I chose this district of Madrid as a quiet and pleasant location, which in general it was. But the sound proofing of the hotel was not up to the limited traffic noise. I could not sleep through it. I will not stay here again

The hotel was nice. Breakfast was decent. However, there was an issue with noise. The walls were so thin that I could hear people from the hallways. I also could hear people talking from the next room even after 10pm. It wasn’t that they were loud. The walls were just thin. The bathtub also didn’t work. The water stopper was loose, so the tub could not hold water. Overall, the neighborhood was quiet.

Hotel is 7 metro stops from the mayor attractions. Walk to the metro 10 min. Location is in a lower grade neighborhood, with the bus stop in front of the hotel. Noisy day and night from the buses, cannot sleep with open window. We ordered a superior room, but because of the noise were transferred on a higher floor to the standard one. Bedding was clean, but very firm mattress and bad quality pillows. Breakfast was good, excellent staff in the cafeteria. Don’t think we coming back.

Hotel was clean and staff friendly. However the area is full of American fast food chains instead of local dining options, the streets smell of urine, beggars are bold, and there is a huge homeless problem in the area. As a female solo traveler I did not feel safe outside of the hotel.

Hotel was clean and staff friendly. However the area is full of American fast food chains instead of local dining options, the streets smell of urine, beggars are bold, and there is a huge homeless problem in the area. As a female solo traveler I did not feel safe outside of the hotel.

Tutto secondo le mie aspettative. Hotel in posizione strategica, non al centro, ma collegato benissimo con metro e bus che sono puntualissimi. Camera pulitissima, riscaldamento impeccabile, dimensioni adeguate, personale molto cortese e accogliente. Ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Hotel is 7 metro stops from the mayor attractions. Walk to the metro 10 min. Location is in a lower grade neighborhood, with the bus stop in front of the hotel. Noisy day and night from the buses, cannot sleep with open window. We ordered a superior room, but because of the noise were transferred on a higher floor to the standard one. Bedding was clean, but very firm mattress and bad quality pillows. Breakfast was good, excellent staff in the cafeteria. Don’t think we coming back.

We had a rental car. At the end of our stay they put water in a bag on the car thanking us for staying. The breakfast is worth it! If you’re on the fence, do it. I am celiac and they had so many options including gluten free.

A localização é em uma região tranquila, ótima para dormir bem à noite, e os funcionários são cordiais e atenciosos. Como ponto negativo, a acústica entre os quartos não é muito boa e, dependendo do barulho dos vizinhos, pode incomodar um pouco. No geral, recomendo.

Not a true description. We booked a double and twin rooms. The double had tea and coffee facilities but the twin didn’t. We would have to pay extra for tea and coffee in the twin room. In a quiet area of Madrid. Very conveniently located to 2 metro stations, making it very easy to get around. Nice room but AC turned off and our room got very warm from the sun coming in through the window.. AC could not keep up.
