Me gusto la situación, y que era un barrio tranquilo, bien para ir con niños como fue mi caso. Me pareció caro el desayuno por lo cual fuimos fuera del establecimiento ha desayunar, cerca hay varios sitios. También el aparcamiento es caro y mal garaje para maniobrar.

Nicely located hotel, clean and convenient like all in this hotel chain. My only complaint was that the elevators were noisy and my room was next to them so you could always listen to the operation of the elevators. I imagine this only applies to rooms next to the elevators bur is no excuse.

Me gusto la ubicación, pero para la categoría que obstante esté NH deja mucho que desear. Descuidos en limpieza y unos servicios como el Parking que no son para cobrar esas tarifas. Como mínimo se pide que tengan buen acceso y que quepa el vehículo en la plaza, ni lo uno ni lo otro. Si al menos no cumples con unos mínimos no lo cobres, es mi opinión. En contrapartida el trato del personal inmejorable.

Buen hotel, tranquilo y limpio. Con plaza de garaje. No cogimos desayuno, demasiado caro, se puede desayunar por los alrededores a menos de la mitad de precio. I will comment what I didnt like: 1) No access ramp for heavy suitcases in the first block of the hotel. Think about to solve this asap! 2) The quantity of the wine glass served in SAONA´s restaurant is ridiculous. I would expect a minumum of 1/4 of a bottle (187ml), less than this is a rip off! Be fair with your customers.

El cuarto estaba amplio, pero ya un poco viejo…lo que no nos gustó es que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, entonces la temperatura del cuarto no estuvo tan buena. también uno de los elevadores tenía un problema Y hacía mucho ruido , Para mala suerte, estábamos muy cerca del elevador y por ende escuchamos el ruido de la falla constante. Era un ruido muy fuerte que no nos dejó dormir.

Three female adults traveling - we spent 2 nights here. We booked for 3 adults and were given a family room which was two separate suites, each w a bathroom. It was nice to give us some privacy. The rooms themselves were OK, not huge. The beds were the biggest we got the whole trip in Spain - a queen and a King which was great. Beds comfortable and plenty of pillows. The view was nice. Having adjoined rooms was nice. Bathrooms were good. Towels decent and big enough. Had a mini fridge (with stuff for purchase) but we just moved that aside and used to keep water cold. Clean. Minuses are no luggage racks so used the desk and the floor. AC was weak. And breakfast was too expensive for what we needed ($19) so we just went out. Also the tiniest elevator we have ever seen! Could fit 3 adults only w/o luggage. We had to split up to use it - lol - but seriously not really a problem. Another negative is that it was too far to walk to many areas I wanted to see. Taxi was much faster than subway so that’s what we used. We found some nice places for eating walking distance tho. Had a nice time in Madrid.

The smell in the room and bathroom was horrible and always returned after closing the windows. The windows could not be locked from the inside. The safe did not work. Breakfast and personal were good. Two metro stations are near and many things can be explored by foot.

I went to the reception desk and they called it and arrived 20 min after the original arranged time. Also they limit how cold the air conditioning gets. The room never got cold, just barely comfortable and Madrid is around 100 F in summer.

The Hotel had no working A/C and only Heat or nothing. This made the room extremely warm and uncomfortable resulting in poor sleep. They suggested opening the window & I had to have the pleasure of listening to people talking from 1:00-2:30 a.m.

Excelente opción en zona muy bien úbicada. Necesitabamos un servicio de taxi especial al aeropuerto para 5 personas con mucho equipaje y Juan se encargó de conseguirlo. Los desayunos muy bien, necesitabamos habitraciones triples y también las tenían disponibles.

The vent in my bathroom did not work. The air conditioning did not work, but I was advised that the hotel did not turn it on until the summer months. I asked the hotel staff if they could change my room since the vent didn't work and the entire room and bathroom would get extremely hot after a shower or using the bathroom. They said all rooms are booked and full, but when I looked online, I saw there was rooms available for the nights that I needed..BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Other than that, the hotel is in a very convenient location. Train station is a block and a half away. There's lots of great restaurants in the neighborhood.

It’s was lovely I was there for a concert and needed a room for one person. The single occupancy room is a great size. Staff were lovely and I was able to have late checkout for an hour. All in all Great location super close to the metro and the stadium was only two stops away.

Great place; the hotel is in an affluent and quiet part of Madrid. I arrived a few hours early and was able to check in. There was a good variety of foods for breakfast. I was also able to easily borrow a charger for my phone.
