O hotel é bem confortável, limpo, excelente atendimento da recepção tem um cafe/ Bar e restaurante no térreo, perto da estação de trem Atocha, e localização fica 20 min caminhada a pé da porta do sol, onde é o ponto de encontro de td.

Hotel in posizione strategica, con bagno abbastanza grande, tutto rinnovato da poco, camera silenziosa e confortevole. Servizio al top, colazione da rivedere per il rapporto qualità prezzo (non la consiglio, meglio andare fuori se non siete troppo pigri, c'è un posto nella stessa piazza dove poterla fare).

Ho soggiornato dal 22/05 al 25/05, albergo molto bello, vicinissimo sia alle fermate bus che alla metro. Situato in una zona molto tranquilla ma i luoghi storici si raggiungono in breve tempo con i mezzi pubblici. Camera non grandissima ma molto bella e ben curata nei dettagli, doccia grande, naturalmente non c'è il bidet. La sala colazioni è bellissima e con una grande varietà di scelta, io non ne ho usufruito ma l'ho visitata. Ho preferito fare colazione al bar dell'hotel che fa offerte molto vantaggiose 4,00 caffè e una pasta a scelta, molto meno della maggior parte delle caffetterie di Madrid. Consigliatissimo.

Wat een onverwacht fijne plek voor een paar dagen Madrid! Net en ongedwongen hotel met mooie en ruime kamers. Met 2 personen ruimte genoeg. Koelkast en gratis koffie/thee zijn op de kamer aanwezig en daarnaast is er ook een goede bar waar je tevens een hapje kunt eten. Ontbijtbuffet was gewoonweg goed! Hotel ligt op een mooie en centrale plek dicht bij metro en bus. Naar oude stad, de rivier of andere wijken is daarmee eenvoudig te doen. Genoten!

En general la habitación cómoda, limpia y bien atendida, el desayuno bufete bueno, lo único que recomendaría a los administradores del hotel es mantener limpio el frente del hotel, en las afueras, ya que está sucio con basura y hojas además que expide mal olor.

Honestly, nothing bad to say. The room was clean and the staff really friendly and helpful. The hotel is right outside the restricted traffic area of Madrid so no worry about getting a ticket. It is also really close to the central area (15-20 mins walking from Plaza Mayor). In the La Latina area (5-7 mins waling) there are a lot of bars and restaurants to chose from.

La estancia casi perfecta. Recepción y servicio de limpieza muy bueno, habitación y baño limpios, comodos y amplios. La ubicación buena y el hotel en general tiene bien merecidas las tres estrellas. Un sitio ideal para visitar Madrid.

Excelente hotel, muy limpio, agradable, con buenas sábanas y almohadas. Personal muy agradable, el café en el lobby es súper. El desayuno muy bueno, pero recomiendo que no sirvan huevina sino huevos reales.

The hotel is in a good location for a short walk to all the sites in Madrid. Comfortable room, very friendly staff. Only negative was the AC was off as winter. Room had a sound proof window but as its was very warm in the room we had to open it and then it was noisy. We did ask at reception for the AC to be turned on but not possible in the winter? Apart from that small issue we had an excellent stay.

Firstly the manager of this hotel need to learn hospitality. This is the first time in all hotel stays that I'm told you are not allowed to bring any personal bag to the breakfast room. If you have checked out and in a rush to go home, where do you leave your bag? for the record, this is not a check in bag, but this is a laptop bag with your laptop, passport, money and all. They expect to keep this in reception. What security do we have in this exercise ? I'm not sure I will stay in this hotel again.

O Hotel é bom e bem localizado. Ficamos por 6 noites e alguns episodios marcaram a estadia. Numa das noites jovens faziam muito barulho durante a madrugada em um dos quartos e perturbaram nosso descanso e mesmo tendo reclamado na recepção pouco foi feito. Numa outra noite o alarme de incendio foi disparado por 3 vezes durante a madrugada e na ultima manhã o hotel não tinha agua quente pra tomar banho. Fora isso a estadia foi tranquila e o hotel é bom, limpo e bem localizado.

Cama do quarto não era king, mesmo tendo pedido. Televisão não funcionava direito. Após 4 pedidos consecutivos da reclamação, trocaram a Tv. Lâmpadas do corredor e abajur queimadas. Após mais uma reclamação trocaram. Produtos do tocador não foram repostos durante a estadia. Enfim , não foi aquilo que esperava deste Hotel.

Great stay in this perfectly located hotel in Puerta de Toledo. It’s literally a 15 minute walk to the Palacio Real and most major spots to sightsee in the old town. Metro station is across the street, and bus stops as well. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Room was spacious and comfy, hotel staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to the Spanish Capital

アトーチャ駅から地下鉄では来づらいですが、バスやタクシーで移動するにはとても便利です。ホテルの前にタクシーが止まっています。ホテルから観光地へ行くには地下鉄やバス停がとても近いので、すごく便利でした。治安も良さそうですよ。

La chambre au 7ème et dernier étage était propre et agréable. Le problème était que nous ne pouvions ouvrir la fenêtre et que l'air y était étouffant si nous arrêtions la climatisation, chose que nous faisions la nuit. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner était très bien fourni, même pour les personnes qui ont des allergies. Il suffit de demander au personnel. Très bien accueuillis à l'accueil.

Ho soggiornato dal 22/05 al 25/05, albergo molto bello, vicinissimo sia alle fermate bus che alla metro. Situato in una zona molto tranquilla ma i luoghi storici si raggiungono in breve tempo con i mezzi pubblici. Camera non grandissima ma molto bella e ben curata nei dettagli, doccia grande, naturalmente non c'è il bidet. La sala colazioni è bellissima e con una grande varietà di scelta, io non ne ho usufruito ma l'ho visitata. Ho preferito fare colazione al bar dell'hotel che fa offerte molto vantaggiose 4,00 caffè e una pasta a scelta, molto meno della maggior parte delle caffetterie di Madrid. Consigliatissimo.

Excelente hotel, muy limpio, agradable, con buenas sábanas y almohadas. Personal muy agradable, el café en el lobby es súper. El desayuno muy bueno, pero recomiendo que no sirvan huevina sino huevos reales.
