Fantastisk beliggenhed, tæt på metro og busser, masser af restauranter og butikker i nærheden. Venligt personale og hjælpsomme. Morgenmaden var okay, dog skulle man stå tidligt op hvis man ikke er til lyst brød, men noget med fibre i Det havde de kun først på morgenen. Et minus er at vi booked dette hotel fordi der var tagterrasse, men den var lukket af så ingen adgang selvom der var ca. 30 graders varme.

Superb location, great parking facility, however bathroom wasn’t the best. Every time I turned the tap on a puddle formed under the sink on the floor, and a hair bobble was left in the shower tray so wondered whether it was actually cleaned.

Sehr zentral Lage. Parken mit dem Auto sehr praktisch aber teuer. Viele Speise Auswahl. Einrichtung des Zimmers könnte besser sein. Die Kinder müssen leider im Hochbett schlafen weil es keine 4 Bett Zimmer gibt

The hotel was in a superb location, within walking distance of what we wanted to visit. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Irene who worked in the bar/restaurant. Although we didn't use the restaurant, the bar prices were very reasonable for a hotel. Disappointed that the roof terrace was not open. Bed was large and very comfortable, bathroom was clean and modern. On the whole a very good stay.

Staff was not helpfull with the parking. Made me use an interphone under the sun and wanted to receive payment before she opens the door to the parking. I requested a spot but she couldn't see it. Same thing happened the second night. The guy at the reception desk didn't have any proof that we pay 70€ for 2 nights parking and didn't want to let me in.

Beautiful hotel! Spacious lobby and they had a live pianist that was excellent. Nice spacious room with big bathroom, spotless. Very well located. Excellent breakfast (ni it included but it was worth the 16 euros). Has a bar. It was a perfect end to our stay in Spain.

The cleanliness, the attention given to the customers in a very professional way. The rooms were very nicely decorated and spacious with a safe in the room. You also had the control of the air conditioner unit in your room which makes it very confortable and convenient. The bathroom is modern and very nice! Beds are so comfortable! Great hotel experience!

Lovely hotel, great room and staff. Breakfast was superb every day. My only gripe was it can be quite noisy. We were at the front if the hotel, the windows cut out a lot, but could still hear traffic and people outside and busy times (it was a busy time ) and we could also hear people in the next room at times. Tea facilities in the room would have been nice also. Other than that, location is excellent.

Did ask for a room that wasn’t close to the elevator because of my sleeping situation. Unfortunately I was given a room next to the elevator instead. Offered to change room next night though. Doors are lacking of sound insulation and this is somewhat a bit annoying when late night activity is keeping you awake. Apparently all single rooms are in the beginning of the aisles on all floors so avoid these if you can. Unless this small issue, I would recommend the hotel because of its friendly staff, location and breakfast. The bed was also good.

Location was great, on the road behind gran via so walking distance to all the main shops and just a few min walk to the nearest trimaran station. Hotel was very clean and rooms were a good size. Bathroom good size and very clean. Only downside was the room was SO hot and if we opened the window then there was a loud consistent banging coming from somewhere in the hotel.

I really loved my time in Madrid! With that being said, I thought all the people in Madrid were all so friendly and nice, except for the men who were at the reception at this hotel. They were not warm or friendly and they even tried to charge me for three drinks from the mini bar on a specific date of my stay when I didn't take anything from the mini bar or even had any maid services so there was no way that they could have seen that I had taken anything from the mini bar. In the end, they said they'd believe me and not charge me but I thought it was quite strange that they had record of it on a day that there wasn't even any maid service. Also, the rooms are not as nice as photographed and quite small. The terrace for each room is actually quite nice.

Cuando llegué no se ofrecieron a llevar mi maleta a la habitación y cuando salí del hospedaje les llamé para pedir que me ayudaran con mi equipaje y sólo me respondieron “pues ahora mismo no tenemos maleteros”, lo que percibí cómo una falta de consideración por mi edad y las condiciones de salud de mis rodillas.

It was worst experience for me to be honest! When I arrived to the hotel to check in, the receptionist didn’t even look at me or called her colleague to assist us ! She was on the phone for more than 5 minutes and I was just standing there waiting anyone to talk to us at least! I’ve been travelling all over the world and have been stayed in hundreds of hotels but this first impression was the worst for me ! Then i when got into the room i was lacking in any kind of convenience to me as a resident! i couldn’t sleep well because if the noise of the vacuum cleaner! So over all I wouldn’t ever recommend it to anybody! And absolutely i would never visit this hotel again !
