De kamers zijn erg klein. De foto's vertekenen. Ontbijt is uitstekend. Ligging tav openbaarvervoer richting stad uitstekend met bus 53. Metro is 5 min lopen. Directe omgeving geen restaurants. Zwembad is niet verwarmd, dus in het voorjaar ijskoud.

Restaurant staff rude and slow, food was raw (chicken) we booked this hotel to use the pool in the afternnons after sightseeing etc only to be told initallay that the pool was closed due to the bad weather (bright sunny days) then to be told that the pool closed on the 12th September as it does every year - we were not made aware of this when we booked some months ago.

Very nice modern hotel with excellent spacious rooms. Swimming pool was a major plus but very popular. Easy bus and Metro links into Central Madrid. Would absolutely recommend this hotel. We stayed on a long weekend break.

Stayed for a few days to explore Madrid. Outside the main areas hence the cheap price but the metro stop is a short 10 mins walk away that had us in the middle of Madrid in no time. There is a supermarket about 5 mins away and a couple of great restaurants/takeaway within walking distance. Pool was great for a break from the heat however it does get busy. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others

Exceptional breakfast. Bus 53 takes you to the historic center in 25 minutes. Unfortunately, there's no parking in the area to leave your car for more than 4 hours. Unfortunately, the pool closes at 8:00 PM, not 10:00 PM. We stayed on the 6th floor, and the two elevators weren't enough to accommodate all the guests. The curtains in the room were not very dark.

The hotel is within walking distance of a couple of Madrid Metro stations. However the pool is much smaller than expected and was crowded. Additionally the surrounding area is very quiet with a lack of bars and restaurants

This hotel was not located near anything other than apartment buildings and some office building so the location is poor. The carpet in our room was not vacuumed, even though I asked them to and they were dust piles in corners. The walls in the bathroom had stains on them that could’ve been removed With a wet tissue, but we’re not. Staff was friendly and energetic. Check-in was quick.

On ne va pas dire que le séjour fut bon Odeur horrible dans la salle de bain. Cette dernière était tellement forte que même les serviettes de bain en étaient imprégnées. Absence de savon dans les distributeurs. Quant à la qualité de la literie nous n’allons pas en parler, le matelas penche vers la tête de lit étant donné qu’il y a un trou sous les oreillers. Bref à fuir !!!

The rooms were of good size, the pool was wonderful for the kids. The biggest issue was that the room started to develop a sewage odor about two days into our stay which was very bothersome. Despite bringing this up to the staff it was not remedied and no solution was offered. A 4 star rated property should not have smelly rooms, especially at this price. Had the staff made an effort to resolve this issue it would have any a big difference. It is a nice hotel but I can't give a high rating due to the extreme smell in the room.

Me gustaron las habitaciones y el hotel, el área de piscina es pequeña pero agradable; la atención en el ingreso y salida fueron ágiles y agradables. No me gustó la atención del personal de restaurante, la atención para acercar al huésped a una meso se tardo cerca de 30 minutos estando el restaurante casi vacío, los platos solicitados se demoraron otro tiempo similar, la actitud de una señora como encargada muy negativa por su forma de responder. En el desayuno buffet no hay atención al huésped, hay poco servicio y se preocupan solo por recoger loza y no por los requerimientos o necesidades. La preparación de huevos al gusto debería ser más intensa en verano en lugar de eliminarse como lo indicó la persona que atendía. Creo que no regresaría a esta cadena de hoteles. Gracias.

Escogimos el Novotel porque nos gusta la variedad y generosidad del desayuno, y efectivamente lo encontramos. Es un hotel familiar, y se comprueba por la cantidad de familias y niños que había. Sin embargo, éramos muchas personas al mismo tiempo y la experiencia no fue buena. A la hora del desayuno, la multitud era tal, que los platos y cubiertos no estaban bien lavados y tocaba buscar hasta encontrar uno limpio. Otra cosa que nos gustó, fue la poca capacidad y lentitud de los ascensores, había que hacer fila para abordar. El edificio está compartido entre el Ibis (pisos inferiores) y el Novotel (pisos superiores), y no sé si eso hacía que el hotel estuviera más lleno con dos perfiles de turistas diferentes. La ubicación es en una zona más residencial por lo que no se encuentran muchas cosas de interés caminando. Si busca un hotel más exclusivo, recomendaría el Novotel Madrid Center, si quiere algo más económico con el mismo desayuno elija el de las Ventas.

Modern and very clean hotel. The breakfast was amazing. At the front is an easy pickup point for taxis. The worst thing that happened was the passkeys for the room didn’t work anymore.
