Hotel bien situado. Buenas instalaciones. El parking genial, no en todos puedes aparcar un Mercedes clase R. El desayuno normal, sin excesiva variedad. El personal excelente. Metro a 10 minutos andando. Parada de taxis. La habitación para tres justa. Mucho ruido en la habitación, se oye todo de la habitación contigua y los bajantes de saneamiento un escándalo a partir de las 7:30 cada vez que usan el inodoro. Una anécdota una toalla rota. Nice hotel, but 15 minute walk to station or other facilties. No tea & coffee in room. we were meant to get sokme kind of award, but the staff at check in did not know anything about it. They used to have a computer at reception customers could use to check in for flighjts, but that has gone! Room and staff were fine.

Hotel is very good! Check in: all good Room: spacious, clean, a little fridge which helps a lot, amazing bath towels, comfortable beds, etc. Breakfast: very good, many options for a very good meal. Dinner: good food for a reasonable price Gym: very, very small. Used the thread mill one day Overall: excellent stay , excellent hotel.

Location is fantastic. Right next to Atocha train station. Remember, Madrid is a bustling hub and an ancient city… the hotel is showing its age and the fit and finish of room amenities and floor tiles on main stairs is evident. Elevators are small. 4 people and luggage tops. Staff are friendly and kind. If you like to walk, you can get to Plaza Mayor and Park de les Restito easily AND find gems along the way.

Clean and decent hotel, but a relatively long walk from Atocha train station. Even longer walk (15 mins+) from closest Metro stop (although some bus routes are closer). Walls are pretty thin as we could hear toilets flushing and loud discussions in next room at night. First hotel I've stayed in a long time with no coffee or tea station in-room. Quiet neighborhood at night though.

We had a lovely two-night stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was nice and clean. However, we felt it was originally a double room that had been converted to a ‘family’ room with an extra bed. The room was an okay size, but it could have been bigger for a family of three. The hotel is a relatively long walk from the Atocha (30 minutes), and other stations (20 minutes). There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, however there is a very small (the smallest I have seen) wall mounted fridge that is totally for guest use. A single basic shampoo is provided that needed us to ask reception to replace when finished. Otherwise a selection of emergency disposable toiletries are provided upon arrival (tootbrush, razor, comb, etc.). Overall a comfortable base, would not go again due to the long walk, we like to stay at hotels closer to transport.

Very nice hotel and was excellent value for money given the Tapapies festival was on. Some very odd little things though, for example no coffee/tea making facilities in the room (although coffee served in reception was excellent). Advertised minibar was not available and fridge was off. The TV wasn’t fully functional, was told that it wasn’t possible to connect the TV to the wifi even though I used my hotspot from my phone in the end as like some tv to get to sleep but no English channels available. Overall though, would definitely recommend.

We have stayed in a few hotels in this area when visiting family, but always seen to go back to this one. Rooms are comfortable and clean. However, we did found it very noisy. Probably a combination of lack of insulation, and some extremely inconsiderate guests.

No me gusto que no me dieron la amenidad por access vip y un día llegamos al desayuno que nos habian dicho que a las 11 terminaba y llegamos 10:30 y ya no nos lo dieron y fueron pesados y groseros, como llegue en fin de semana no especificaron que cambiaba el horario entre semana . Nefasto el trato al Cliente. No volveria a ese hotel.

Very nice hotel near the Atocha transportation hub (trains, buses and Metro) in the heart of Madrid. Great location for sightseeing – Prado and other museums are within walking distance. Lots of shops and restaurants within ½ mile walk. Clean, comfortable room with king bed, desk and chair, in-room safe, and large bathroom with tub/shower. Rate included a wonderful breakfast buffet with huge selection of hot and cold items. I also had a nice light dinner in the restaurant. Staff was very helpful – I was able to store my large suitcase there while I went to Malta for a few days. When I returned from Malta, I was given a free upgrade to a corner mini-suite. Very pleased with my stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Esse hotel está localizado numa região muito boa do centro de Madrid, do ladinho da estação Atocha (de metrô e trem). As ruas ao redor do hotel são ricas em restaurantes e mercados, facilitando muito o dia a dia do viajante. Fomos bem atendidos no check in e check out. O quarto estava super limpo e bem arrumado. O tamanho era adequado também, bem espaçoso e confortável. O banheiro era muito espaçoso também (o que acho importante). As roupas de banho e cama eram excelentes. Um ponto de melhoria pro quarto: incluir frigobar. Gostamos muito do buffet de café da manhã também, tinha bastante variedade de comes e bebes. Achei que a nossa estadia lá super valeu a pena e voltaria. Recomendo o hotel!
