El personal del hotel fue muy atento, agradezco a Luis quien fue el que nos recibió, que nos hizo el favor de resguardar nuestro equipaje para irnos a pasear en lo que nos daban la habitación. Me encantó que a una cuadra esté el metro, lo cual hace que te puedas mover sin problema por la ciudad. Las habitaciones son de buen tamaño :)

Este hotel se ha convertido en nuestro punto de partida y cierre preferido para viajar por Europa, y ya con toda confianza puedo decir que es nuestra opción favorita. Como siempre, organizo mi reseña en tres aspectos clave: A. Ubicación: A solo 15 minutos del aeropuerto de Madrid en Uber (unos €20), este hotel ofrece también excelentes conexiones en transporte público. La estación de metro El Carmen está a pasos, y Ventas queda a 5 minutos caminando. Desde ahí se llega fácilmente a cualquier punto turístico. Ideal si viajás con poco equipaje o querés ahorrar. B. Servicio: Aquí se siente la diferencia. El trato es siempre amable, sin importar el turno. Nos encontramos con Silvia, una colaboradora excepcional, que nos orientó con calidez al inicio y final de nuestro viaje. Su atención fue tan especial que hasta otro empleado la reconoció solo con nuestra descripción: “Debe ser Silvia, ella es un amor”. Ese tipo de personas te hacen sentir como en casa. C. Relación precio/calidad: Habitaciones amplias, silenciosas, con camas cómodas y todos los detalles que uno agradece: gym pequeño pero funcional, servicio de guarda de maletas (€3/día), restaurante/bar, buena ubicación y muchas cafeterías alrededor. Har overnattet for 1 natt. Bildene i realiteten stemmer ikke - møblene og interiør er ganske gamle. Likevel var det rent på rommet. Du betaler vedlig mye for parkering også. I tillegg så var det mye støy fra gata. Isolasjon er ganske dårlig - man kan høre andre i naborom

Hemos estado muy bien. Pudimos dejar el coche en el párking del hotel incluso hasta mucho después de haber hecho el check-out. El hotel está alejado del centro pero era algo que ya sabíamos cuando lo contratamos. Buena relación calidad-precio.

Con la que estaba cayendo fuera (ola de calor), sólo abrir la puerta y entrar en una habitación fresca, amplia, preciosa, además de súper limpia, fue como entrar en el paraíso. El baño, igualmente impecable. La cama (incluida la almohada) muy cómoda. Incluso el gel/champú me ha fascinado, por su exquisita fragancia. El personal también muy amable y profesional. Gracias!

The front desk staff is very helpful, including to those with limited Spanish. We had a very early morning arrival (around 6am) so I booked a room for the evening prior and emailed our arrival details. The room was ready when we arrived so we were able to catch a nap before exploring Madrid. The room was very clean and the location is excellent - there is a mini-mart across the street, the #5 Metro line is a block away, and there are a variety of eating options nearby. The buffet is a great value and everyone is incredibly friendly. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Madrid!!

The room was ready when we arrived so we were able to catch a nap before exploring Madrid. Das Hotel war sehr zentral zu Bahn- und Bushaltestellen gelegen. Die Räumlichkeiten waren modern und das Bett sehr gemütlich. Das Zimmer war zudem sehr sauber und wir hatten und seitlich zur Hauptstraße gelegen. Daher war es nachts auch nicht laut und man hatte einen erholsamen Schlaf nach den vielen Schritten am Tag. Für einen Städtetrip kann ich das Hotel definitiv empfehlen.

Nice hotel. Over the winter though, you can not ventilate the room other than opening the window. Since the street is very trafficked amd busy, this can make for a noisy environment to sleep or a stuffy one (if you sleep with no ventilation). The lifts would benefit from an upgrade also. Other than that, comfy beds and cute and spacious rooms.

great hotel! It’s in the outsides of the city but it’s right next to El Carmen metro station and it’ll take 5-6 stops to get to the center (20 min max). It’s super clean and modern; I’d definitely stay here again.

The staff at reception were very welcoming, friendly, helpful, patient, efficient, professional and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and clean and had a lot of space. The facilities in the bathroom were excellent. The breakfast was extremely good and the staff at breakfast very professional, helpful and efficient. The hotel was in an excellent location with great transport links.

La propiedad me pareció estar en el lugar perfecto, no muy lejos del aeropuerto ni lejos de los lugares turísticos. A una cuadra del hotel hay una estación de metro, la cual te permite moverte por toda la ciudad.

El hotel es tal como se ve en las fotos. Habitaciones limpias y buen trato del personal. Bebidas de cortesía. Para comer hay opciones alrededor del hotel, en especial una cafetería de nombre Belsot, saliendo del hotel a la derecha, frente a la estación de Metro El Carmen, buena atención y buenos precios. Importante, el Metro esta en la esquina del hotel, y en pocos minutos se puede visitar cualquier sitio de interés en Madrid. Repetiría sin dudarlo en este hotel.

The front desk staff is very helpful, including to those with limited Spanish. We had a very early morning arrival (around 6am) so I booked a room for the evening prior and emailed our arrival details. The room was ready when we arrived so we were able to catch a nap before exploring Madrid. The room was very clean and the location is excellent - there is a mini-mart across the street, the #5 Metro line is a block away, and there are a variety of eating options nearby. The buffet is a great value and everyone is incredibly friendly. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Madrid!!

Great location with good restaurants & bars nearby. The hotel has parking for guests , €24 per day. It’s underground & feels safe. Bedroom was spacious with a super king bed . The bathroom was very modern with a walk-in shower & big white towels. Would definitely stay there again.
