Tienen uno de los ascensores en mantenimiento y es casi imposible subir y bajar por el único que queda disponible. Aparte por las noches no funcionaba el ascensor y nos tocó dos veces subir al 7º piso andando. No entiendo como en pleno puente de semana santa se ponen a cambiar los ascensores. O no deberían coger más reservas. Yo era un hotel que me he hospedado varias veces. Pero ya no vuelvo.

Nice big and clean room but for a 4 star hotel they should provide coffee in the room. The elevators were very slow so it took forever to just be able to go downstairs in the morning to get a coffee.

Overall pretty good except for a couple of minor setbacks. First, the property has 11 floors but only 1 working elevator. As you can imagine, queues and long wait times for the elevator were commonplace. Also, the wifi in the room did not work well unless your device is located right next to the door. Otherwise, my stay was great!

Good location, and rooms are clean and functional. The room was too warm, and the ac didn't seem to cool it. throughout our stay only 1 lift that holds 4-5 people with cases was working, which is not great for a 10 floor hotel.

This place was dirty from entrance, to front desk to elevators. The place feels antiquated and neglected in terms of maintenance. Customer service is rude and any ask that you have will be poorly handled. Bed sheet were not clean. You can hear every time other rooms use their toilet. The location is not that bad. In general: Regardless of how high the demand is, you should never pay more than $60 per night as that is the value will get.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the hotel is spotless and very well maintained. The bed are cozy, the atmosphere is quiet, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, and the communication with the hotel was smooth and easy. The location is perfect- surrounded by plenty of coffeee shops, a McDonal’s and most importantly metro station just around the corner. I would highly recommend Hotel Exe Plaza to anyone visiting Madrid. Thank you for making our time so pleasant.

Beautiful Suite, but No Heating in Cold Weather We booked a romantic room with champagne and chocolates and were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a suite — it was spacious, elegant, and very nice. Unfortunately, the stay was uncomfortable because the rooms had no heating, and we were told that, by hotel policy, the heat would not be turned on until next week. It was very cold at night, which really affected the experience. It’s a pity, because everything else — the staff, the room, and the atmosphere — was great. But without proper heating, it’s hard to recommend staying here during cold weather.

Good rooms which are spacious and clean. However furniture in the rooms need an update. The furniture was worn wood which is not a modern look for me. Also more glass and steel type furniture would make the rooms substantively more modern. However, overall good service from staff and good facilities.

Great location. Overall fine hotel. The only reasons for the average rating instead of good/great, is: there is only one elevator for a quite large hotel with around 15 floors. This means the wait time for the elevator is quite long, and often when it opens, it is already full (the elevator is not big), so you have to wait another few minutes. The second reason: the room felt a bit outdated, and smelled a bit "old". Lastly, it was around 30 degrees in my room (in winter!); I tried to get the temperature down by turning the AC on. The AC is an oldfashioned panel with only 1 knob to turn +5 degrees to -5 degrees. So, I turned it to -5 degrees and could hear air being blown into the room. The temperature did not go down, so I had 2 terrible nights. After asking about this at the reception, they told me the temperature can not be regulated per room, but is controlled centrally. So, me "turning on" the AC actually caused warm air to be blown into the room... Luckily the windows open all the way, so the cold outside air cooled my room down.

We arrived at the hotel about 10 am, exhausted from a flight from the United States. We were immediately given our room, no reminding us that check in is at 2:00 pm, as it admittedly is. We were ready to pay extra for early check in because we were so tired but it never got to that point. SO GRATEFUL! Also, I forgot to print our train tickets before we left home. I was able to print them at the hotel at no charge. Breakfast buffet was plentiful. Loved everything about this place. ❤️

Basic standard and the service is not good at all. Noisy outside at night. They forgot to arrange with taxi to the airport and we had to urge them several times to arrange with a driver to arrive. Aiming to be four star they fail massively.

Hotel Exe Plaza, overall was good, room very clean and the building itself it is in good condition, staff was very friendly and did make us feel welcome. The location it is excellent because sub station and bus station are very close to the hotel making it easy to commute and close to the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium. Highly recommended.

Convenient for me, as have family nearby, but probs if not would stay closer to centre. However, the metro is right outside hotel, which is very good we used a lot and there are few nice coffee shops very close, which are good for breakfast. Overall, I like the location, its vibrant and transport good from here.

unfortunately this hotel is in a location that was at least 30 minutes away (by car) from where we wanted to be. Not the fault of the hotel, it is what it is. There are a few food options that are walkable from the hotel. The room had no coffee or tea maker. The restaurant opens at 7am. The staff is very courteous and promptly took care of any requests we had. It's a fine hotel; just be sure the location is good for you. Thank you!

This is a very nice hotel just one metro stop from Chamartín train station. Metro station Plaza de Castilla is a few steps from the hotel, which is very convenient to get around Madrid. Breakfast was absolutely delicious.

The location of this hotel is fantastic! Not far away from the old part of Madrid, good restaurants and shopping places near by. Building is new and cleaning service is great. I removed a star for two reasons, first, the towels were a little bit old 😔…Second, I had been in many four star hotels, so I am used to see magnificent breakfast options that are perfect for lunch or dinner, but this hotel only serves a continental breakfast which it is not bad, but it is ok for a three stars hotel.

Ficamos duas noites em Madri, e escolhemos o hotel por causa da localização, apesar de não ficar no centro, fica em frente a uma estação de metrô, o que facilitou muito nosso translado com as bagagens. Embaixo do hotel tambem tem um MC café e um Taco Bell. O quarto que ficamos era super confortável, cama e travesseiros bons. E o café da manhã do hotel foi incrível! Equipe simpatica nos permitiu fazer o check-out tardio sem cobrar . Recomendo e voltaria a ficar!
