I chose this hotel to catch an early morning train. Directly facing Chamartin entrance and less than 5 minute walk. Very modern and friendly welcome from staff. Room and shower were amazing, super comfy bed and brilliant shower. I used the rooftop bar and nice place to relax, though building work taking place at my visit.

An excellent, modern hotel (though the hipster 'music' theme was a bit overblown). Excellent location close to the Madrid Chamartin station. Nice swimming pool and exercise room. Reliable WiFi. (Unfortunately, like other hotels in Spain, they don't have real coffee in the room ('instant coffee' is not real coffee).)

We have stayed here 3 times now, love the rooms and comfort, so convenient to Charmartin rail station. Bartenders in pool and lower terrace are the slowest in the world!.

Close to metro stop which made it easy and inexpensive to get into the center/historical sites. A few good restaurants and grocery store within walk-in distance. The hotel and staff were amazing, clean and friendly. The only complaint we had is we didn’t need room service everyday, so we kept a do not disturb sign out, and they would come in anyway. We had breakfast one morning and it’s basically fruit /pastry’s. I would stay here again and recommend others to do so.

Probably one of the nicest rooms I've been in (premium room)! Spacious, with pleanty of power plugs, lights switches, TV, tablespace, two closets with drawers, couch and chair and a nice big bed. Bathroom was an experience, split in three parts for toilet, sink and shower area making it very good for more than two people. It had blue tooth speaker (for your own music), and 3 buttons for shower, bathtub and tub-shower - very cool - but too much water from shower (half would be plenty). Hotel had nice, fresh, warm atmosphere with paintings and records on the walls. The restaurant had great fresh tasting food made extremely fast (I didn't have breakfast). Pool area was really cozy with a poolbar and lounge area and tables for eating. A long pool with several sunbeds around - and sunlight until 6pm despite between buildings! Gym had several cardio and "strength" machines and weights, but a little difficult to find. Didn't check the area outside, but definitely worth another visit.

A modern hotel. Rooms are large and comfortable with a comfortable bed and powerful walk in shower. The location is convenient to Chamartin station. The only downside was, that in our room on the even number side of floor seven, you could hear the trains rumbling in and out of the station which impacted on sleep quality.

I really liked this hotel! Very convient for a night from/to airport. The restaurant was very good and very affordable. The pool is nice but unfortunately mostly in the shade at the end of afternoon. Bathroom was really nice and modern. Bed was super comfortable Room was however a bit noisy - noise from the street and hallway. But overall very satisfied with my quick stay

Great hotel, clean, located right besides Chamartin train station so transportation was easy and convenient. Close also to the airport. The room was modern, spacious and clean. The bathroom was really modern with lots of space. Great for a family as mine. Highly recommended and definitely a place to come back.

It was wonderful. Pedro snd Enrique welcomed us at reception. They were great. Our room was ready. We couldn’t have an upgrade as there were no rooms available. We did have a lovely spacious room though and great shower room. We also booked a premium room for our daughter and family which was fab and close by. We spent most of the day at the pool. Sunbeds and towels provided and lifeguard all day. It was really fabulous trip

The lady from the front desk didn’t explain breakfast price properly and she said it would be $19 per person for all the stay. At the time of checkout we had to pay 300 as it was per day, however we asked her couple of times and she confirmed it would be for all days. Staff needs to have clarity when speaking to the customer and explain everything correctly, everything else was good but I was not happy, actually very disappointed I had to pay so much for not so good breakfast

Unfortunately, the front desk staff (especially the older man) were not welcoming and seemed to lack basic customer service skills—there was no greeting upon arrival and no acknowledgment when spoken to. While I’m not making unfounded accusations, the lack of warmth and professionalism left me questioning. The ladies at the restaurant, the gentleman at the lounge, the housekeepers were fantastic.

A bit far from city center but we grabbed a metro card and used public transportation or a taxi to get around the city. Hotel is modern, staff is excellent and property was extremely clean and well taken care of. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Had a very nice stay in this music themed hotel. The rooms were lovely and our son loved the cool vibe and the different themed floors. The outdoor pool area was very relaxing and a great facility to have in the centre of the city. Staff were generally friendly and helpful, but we found it quite difficult to order a drink or food at certain times of the day. The 20 minute wait for a gin and tonic in the sky bar (roof terrace) left us heading back to the downstairs bar where the atmosphere was actually much nicer. A lovely hotel, but more staff needed in some hospitality areas.

Estuve hospedada en tres ocasiones diferentes en el hotel, todo estuvo muy bien es cómodo, limpio y muy conveniente para ir por tren ya que está muy cerca de la estación Chamartín, el desayuno es muy bueno, Pero la cena es terrible, la hamburguesa que pedí parecía carne vieja y mi marido pidió un guiso de puerco que lo enfermo del estómago, realmente estaba muy mala la comida.
