Hotel limpio y en muy buena posición. Una de las luces de la cama no trabajaba, el wc dejaba fluir agua. Debimos solicitar zapatillas de cortesía porque no estaban, así como solicitar papel higiénico y klinex que se habían acabados. No me gustó para nada que el jueves fuera imposible ,para los cliente , acceder a la piscina y poder atender desde una posición privilegiada a la ceremonia del Cristo de Mena. Es evidente que se preferí alquilar la terraza de la piscina ad alguien…. ( los 250 € por noche no parecieron suficientes para offrir esta oportunidad a los pobres clientes ) demasiado specular comporta perder clientes….

Excellent location right across bridge to main tourist area and close walking distance to train to airport and beyond. Hotel very efficient and clean. Great breakfast buffet at good value. Upstairs pool deck nice, but need more chairs and water temp over warm. Overall though hotel is very good value.

Lovely hotel with super clean rooms, all be it a bit small. Lovely bathroom. Rooftop pool closed at 6pm - very disappointing with hot weather. Other hotels we stayed at opened till 8pm. No mention of timings at reception. Asked if we could have breakfast Sunday morning at 7am due to earlier flight. This was a categoric no (it was 7.30) and we were offered a breakfast pack instead. When we went down there at 7.15 there were lots of people eating breakfast! Poor communication between breakfast staff and reception. Our pack had stale bread and fruit that had gone off. Not what you would expect for an NH hotel. Wouldn’t stay again.

Netter Empfang, sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Die Lage ist Klasse 5 Minuten von der Altstadt und den Museen und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Frühstück top, der Pool auf dem Dach ist sehr klein,nur 1.3 m tief und 10m lang. Hat jedoch einen kleinen Fitnessraum. Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr gross, dafür hat es einen kleinen Balkon

We like the NH brand and have stayed at others. This hotel is essentially 2 buildings connected by an enclosed walkway at ground level. We were in building 2 and whilst I don't fully know what the construction method is/was - if you're sitting up in bed and somebody down the hall way slams their room door, you will feel your headboard shake. Plentiful breakfast to suit most tastes but felt they could do more to keep the food warm - even warming the plates would help (maybe I'm being picky).. Only takes about 15 minutes to walk into the main shopping and restaurant areas and the Guadelmedina metro station and Malaga Centro train station are both nearby providing an easy connection with the airport and other destinations so it's ideally located for getting around. Swimming pool is a bit too small to actually "swim" in and although we didn't use it this time, it probably provides a welcome break from the summer heat in peak season. All the staff that we came into contact with were friendly and helpful. Somebody actually comes to the room with fresh water and turns your bed sheets down in the early evening. Very good- overall, we like Malaga and would stay at this NH again.

Building 1 ( apparently, building two is different) had no heating. The noise coming from the street was incredibly loud all night! They said as a justification that building one is older and does not have soundproof windows, and they have to turn on the heating system. Well, I still paid the total price of a 4-star hotel. Totally disappointed.

Hotel is in a great location close to the historic centre and around 20 minutes walking from Malagueta beach. The hotel is modern and has great amenities like the pool and gym. The staff are very helpful and polite. The only two things I can say are that the air conditioning was not the strongest so even on the coldest setting, the room wasn’t as cold as I expected it to be. I think that comes down to preference but having the option to have it colder would be best, especially if it is 35 degrees outside. The other minor thing was the WiFi signal. For some reason it would not work properly in certain parts of the room, especially from the bed which was just unfortunate. I believe it has something to do with the location of my room though as it was on the very corner of the hallway. It probably works fine on other rooms. It was an overall pleasant experience and I would recommend this hotel. There are also many shop options around like a shopping centre 10 minutes away and a Lidl 5 minutes away.

Fint hotel, men lidt uformel service. Ligger centralt og smart med en pool (den er meget lille). Lide kedelig morgenmads buffet, men fin nok. Værelset var lidt halv nusset med hår/støv på gulvet. Meget formel indcheckning uden et smil eller et godt tips. Spurgte ind til en sejltur og det anede de virkelig ikke noget om i receptionen. Var der kun et døgn.

NH Málaga offers all the quality and amenities one could come to expect from a high quality hotel. They make you feel like family. At the front desk ask for Juan Carlos for the best customer service experience you can ever have. At the breakfast dinner ask for Paqui and Luis. They will make you feel like you’re eating at your mom’s kitchen. For the best sangría in town recommendations, Antonio is your man.

The hotel is perfectly located and the rooms are very nice. My biggest disappointment was the front desk staff, not very friendly and almost afraid to ask a question. The pool is very very small but it works. It was ok.

Super Hotel in Málaga. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Bahn Station zum Flughafen 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Tolles Frühstück für alle was dabei. Super freundliches Personal. Zimmer ausreichend groß, es gibt immer mal wieder kleine Nettigkeiten wie Wasser, Säfte usw.

Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Zimmer hatte einen Balkon. Leider hatten sich unten auf dem Platz ein paar Obdachlose niedergelassen. Das hat den eigentlich sehr guten Eindruck etwas geschmälert. Als wir abreisten, war wohl gerade die Polizei dabei, das „Camp“ zu räumen. Groß gestört hat uns die Sache aber nicht.

Great location. Head one way for all the delights of Malaga and head the other way to the bus and train stations to travel further afield. Great hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooftop pool albeit a little on the small side. Room was well appointed and serviced regularly. Breakfast was magnificent - so much choice of quality items and had to resist temptation to overeat.

Schöne Hotelanlage in guter zentraler ruhiger Lage. Frühstück kann optional dazugebucht werden. Gute Auswahl an frischen Obst und Smoothies, jedoch jeden Tag dasselbe keine Abwechslung. Keine Kennzeichnung von vegetarischen/ veganen Produkten. Wir hätten uns mehr Aufmerksamkeit vom Personal gewünscht besonders beim ein und auschecken. Großer Nachteil es gibt einen Poolbereich der jedoch nur zu bestimmten Uhrzeiten genutzt werden kann. Ebenso die Terasse dort.

Staff at front desk was excellent. I had room service that was below standard. I was told15 to 20 min. I called 30 min later and was told it would be another 20 min. I told them to cancel it but 10 min later they brought my order. Uncooked hamburger was not good.
