Excellent location in the middle of the old town. We had a deluxe room and it was worth the money, it was spotlessly clean, spacious and well appointed. The roof terrace was lovely, fantastic views across the city which was perfect for the Christmas lights show. The hotel staff were excellent, very efficient, friendly and professional. We would definitely stay here again.

I chose a pay at property rate, but unfortunately payment was taken prior to us arriving which wasn't appreciated as I wanted to pay on a different credit card. The hotel location is fantastic, within walking distance to the marina and lovely views from the rooftop of the cathedral and marina. The lift is slow and non-residents are allowed on the rooftop for drinks, which can make the wait on the rooftop lengthy due to its small capacity and the lifts are slow!

Trato del Personal excelente, ubicación perfecta y se puede desayunar sin ser buffet, muy bien y buena relación calidad precio. Por poner pegas, la piscina es muy pequeña, cierra a las 19.00h y no se abre el bar hasta las 13.30h, que es cuando abren el acceso al público en general.

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. The downside for us was the broken air conditioning. We reported the problem and twice we were informed that it was fixed. However, we still had warm air being pumped out of the vents. We ended up having the windows open and because of its location, it was very noisy at night. Also, as the weather was hot, more people wanted to use the rooftop pool in the afternoon, but there weren’t enough sunbeds.

The property is beautiful, well maintained in the middle of everything Malaga has to offer. The only things are a minus are: the missing of a gym(which you aspect a 4* hotel to have) and the size of the pool which is way to small. Other than that, the hotel is fabulous and staff great!

Badezimmer sollen geputzt werden...und nicht nur die Handtücher ausgetauscht...schampoo zum duschen reichte nicht aus...und wurde auch nicht nachgefüllt. Tassen standen im Bad..,genauso wie früh am Morgen Pool ist zu klein

For a hotel in the center of Malaga it lacks sound proofing. Even the apartments that you can rent are better. I would not recommend more than a weekend stay at this hotel as the cleanliness is questionable. They don’t provide water to the guests for free and they don’t bother replacing dirty water glasses with clean ones either!

The hotel is located in a beautiful area right by the beach, offering stunning views of the Mediterranean and easy access to nearby restaurants. It has great infrastructure and a lot of potential, but unfortunately, the property feels quite outdated overall. Several areas were closed for renovation during our stay, and we also found ants in the room, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the staff were extremely friendly and courteous, and the breakfast served on the terrace by the pool was a highlight—delicious food paired with amazing views of the beach and sea. With its prime location and dedicated staff, the hotel has all the ingredients to be exceptional. We truly hope to see it in better shape when we return.

This hotel was excellent. In the perfect location only 5-10 minute walk from the city train station and in the middle of Malaga city centre so surrounded by shops, restaurants and bars. The marina area and beach are also within 10 minute walking distance. The hotel itself is modern, the reception area was very clean. Reception staff were excellent and very friendly on check in and check out. The room we had was very spacious, very clean and had everything needed including some lovely toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion plus more) and a hairdryer which was an excellent hairdryer for a hotel. The room was always cleaned brilliantly each day. The location is the star of this hotel however the hotel itself is also fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Malaga, would most definitely stay again.

The hotel was very clean, and renovated nicely. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good, but repetitive with no change The reason I cannot give a 5 star is that the room we were in was very small even though I paid for a “superior” room. As well our room safe failed to work and they could not fix it. (Room 417) also there was a sharp pointed wire coming out of the floor in front of the toilet that was, I suppose, where the door stopper used to be. It’s dangerous. Location was perfect.

The location is great! But…the staff are far from friendly or accommodating. The onsite breakfast had a good selection but was pricey and bland, and the “hot” items were lukewarm at best even when they were brought out to refill. No ice machines; they charge 5€ for a bucket of ice from the bar. Rooftop bar/restaurant/pool was nice and had a great view but again the staff weren’t attentive or friendly.

There is one thing having a nice Hotel in the Centre of Malaga, it is quite something else to have really lovely staff who go above and beyond to enable your stay to be extra special. The service from the front desk was impeccable! Every time we had a question or needed something, they were friendly, helpful, proactive and went above and beyond. 5 starts for the front desk! The rooms were small but nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. The location is excellent. Easy to find, next to the cathedral. Within walking distance to everything.

Staying at this beautiful hotel was a highlight of our recent trip! The modern property was centrally located but still featured historic touches, like the large windows that offered a birds-eye view of the bustling street below. The service was exceptional, especially at the front desk. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready to offer great recommendations for local spots to visit or directions around town. The hotel’s location couldn’t have been better. It was just a short walk to the waterfront, where we enjoyed leisurely strolls by the sea, and very close to all the major attractions, like the Picasso Museum and the Alcazaba...perfectly situated to explore the best of Malaga with ease. The amazing roof bar was a perfect place to relax at night . . . followed the next day by an amazing breakfast in the on-site restaurant. From freshly baked pastries to an array of fresh fruits and savory dishes, everything was delicious and beautifully presented. It was a great way to start the day before heading out to explore the city.

We stayed at Molina Lario during a 17-day vacation. It was our third hotel of six. At the end of the trip, we all voted that this one was our favorite place we slept. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The location was incredible with restaurants, shopping, and sights within steps of the front door. We plan to return to Malaga and will stay here again. It was a superb experience.

We enjoyed the location of the hotel. I would have given them a 5 rating except for two areas - 1. The Parking was crazy. You are much better off parking across the street at the Marina Parking garage than trying to drive through the pedestrian area at 10kmh or less. 2. Rooms ending 14-18 face an alleyway full of restaurants which are open until 1230am with live music. The windows aren't thick enough to block the sound so pack some earplugs if you need to get to bed early. Then at 730am city workers come through and collect bottles or empty sewers (the smell was pretty bad). Other than that everything under the hotel's control was excellent. The service was great including the bar and restaurant. The rooms were big and the shower was great.

Lovely rooms, great location, staff helpful enough. The hotel was let down slightly by the breakfast quality and service (no fruit salad for cereal/yoghurt, hot food wasn’t kept warm as the hot plates weren’t working, individual orders weren’t well executed). The roof bar and pool were deceptively small and get very busy but the views are worthwhile.

The hotel is clean, central and good. We booked it with the hope of using the rooftop pool and bar, but found these to be disappointingly small, and the photos are a bit deceptive. There is a small area for loungers (all occupied all day), and the pool isn’t much bigger than a plunge pool. The breakfast was OK, but there were very few options for those who can’t eat dairy or meat.

Location of this hotel is just perfect. You are in a heart of Malaga, literally outside the Cathedral. We found the best restaurants were in the little streets just by the hotel. The property itself is modern, in a good condition, but breakfast needs improvement- very limited choice and not worth the €20 pp in our opinion as you can find much better options at better prices in cafes nearby.
