I was no not informed that the lobby is under renovation and its very inconvenient.

現在ロビーやプールの改修工事中の為 待ち合わせたりするための施設が非常に狭い。 プールやサウナ等は使用できない。

改装中でプールとサウナが使えなかった

Hotel is under renovation, so the fitness center and the pool are currently closed. Everything else was great. Walking distance to the US embassy, beach, and Robinsons mall, that has lots of food options to choose from.

The hotel was strategically located--accessible to public transport, restaurants, and malls. Much of teh property is under renovation. Getting to and from the lobby from basement parking requires carrying your luggage up-down stairs (with no assistance from staff). We ordered room service which was supposed to be delivered in 25-30 minutes, but actually came after 58 minutes (no apologies from the hotel whatsoever). Food was average at best (the pork was tough). It was supposed to be a VIP access property, but nothing about the experience was VIP-- no room upgrade, no finer amenities, no nothing. The free self-parking ended up being a tedious process as well--the security failed to provide a parking ticket and we ended up having to wait an inordinate time to be "cleared" by secuirty and being given a complimentary parking ticket. Almost ran late for our appointment. We've also observed that many of their staff are trainees and are clueless about properly responding to the needs of guests. I strongly recommend steering clear of this property until they've finished their renovation and training their staff. Also, be wary of Ex pe dia's V I P access. It's not always worth it. And they never responded to my complaints about my experience.

27階のスーペリアに宿泊。部屋などはいつもとうり清潔感があり、足りないものがあれば、すぐに対応してくれる。現在,リノベーション中でプール、サウナは使用不可だかジムだけは営業中。3階のバー｢カメレオン｣は雰囲気もよくスキルがあるバーテンダーがいるので、このエリアでは珍しく、とても美味しいカクテルを提供してくれるので,とてもオススメです。

プールが工事中が残念

Nice hotel. Very comfortable. They have been refurbishing the pool area for 12 months and by the looks it will be several years before it’s finished.

NEW WORLDからNEW COSTになってからはじめて訪問しました。館内が改装中のため、カジノへのルートもわかりづらい、プール等が使えない、フロントも仮設。早く終わって欲しい。

The room looks really nice and the service and staffs are excellent that compliments my concerns. The only complaint I have was the mildew all over the shower and the smell of mildew inside the room was really strong as soon as you come in. I was really concerned because that is health hazard. I told the clean up guy about the molds but he didn’t do anything about it, i guess that’s not his concern and i just left it alone.

The New Coast Hotel is one of the nicest places I have stayed. The staff was friendly and the hotel was spotless. I hope I can stay here again someday!

The room smell like someone has been smoking although it’s supposed to be nonsmoking room. We have to ask to replace the beddings. It looked like the housekeeper did not change the linen after the guest left. They just made up the bed. The bathroom was not freshen. I understand that to keep the air on a card must be kept inserted however the room should be kept cool or fresh so the carpet smell will not dominate the room. In short the room should have been ready for occupancy rather than the guest waitng for for the staff to get done to make the room ready.

Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Room is clean except the first day found one small cockroach on the window curtain. Breakfast was normal. Location is near to Robinson mall.

The whole property needed maintenance. Pipes leaked above my closet. All my clothes were soiled. Had to pay for their laundry service because of their leaking pipes. Cockroaches everywhere. The staff were friendly except the manager at checkout wanted to argue about the laundry bill until my ride to the airport arrived. So I just paid it. Crooks and thieves. I WILL NOT BE STAYING HERE AGAIN!

There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so it's a convenient location. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.

The hotel is in very poor condition. Old not not well maintained. Far from a 5 star hotel as they claim. We stayed at floor 25 and it smelled horrible. In the hallway it smelled of super strong soap, and in the room it smelled like mold. The pool was closed as it was under maintenance. But I could see no signs of actual work being done there. Looked like it was just closed. My suggestion would be to spend your money elsewhere. Like the Sheraton a block away.

Hotel under renovation, facilities are closed which is fine. But the room sound proofing is poor, was woke up by people talking during midnight 2 plus am and 5 plus am for consecutive two days even they were back to room after they had closing of the door.

It took them 3 days to sortcoutvthat our wifi wasent working by that time they had checked it 4 times even when they fixed it our telephone stopped working so we had to make all calls from toilet.

I stayed in a Bay View Suite.Good view of Manila Bay and sunsets. The size of the room was exceptional at the pricepoint. Room was comfortable & quiet. Guest services were always responsive with any request. Housekeeping was excellent, thanks in particular to Arvin's attention to detail and thoroughness. The in-room dining was hit & miss, with about half of the items I tried to order not being available (but reasonable giving the recent typhoon flooding). Overall my stay was so good that when I returned to Manila the following week I cancelled my other hotel and returned to the New Coast Hotel. PS The hotel exterior photos are misleading. There is another tall hotel beside the New Coast that blocks a good portion of the bay view.

建物は老朽化しており、工事中でエントランス回りもコンパクトになっている。工事の音も夜まで続いている。 だがしかし、従業員の方々は良い人達であり、Wi-Fiも時より切断があるが、概ね安定している。トレード出来る位の速度環境が維持されている。コンビニ目の前、ロビンソンすぐ、KTV関係も近く、某カフェも近い。遊び環境としては良い。パンパシの後継の値上げの中値上げ無いので利用価値は最も高いホテルです。

The hotel has been undergoing renovations for some time, and will be for the foreseeable future. Some things are outdated or showing their age, I had 2 shower wall tiles fall off while I was there. The staff is very professional and polite, you couldn’t ask for more as far as they are concerned. Once the renovations are complete this will absolutely be a 5 star rating for most us that stay here.

No hot water in shower. I stayed on both the 10th and 25th floors in two different rooms. Neither one had hot water in the shower. There IS plenty of hot water in the very nice, deep bath tub. Also the beds are a bit firm. I told the front desk about the hot water problem and I suspect that they are actually aware of it. And one of the 4 elevators has been reportedly offline for a month. Check in is very slow. If you are ok with these defects, then this is otherwise a very nice hotel.

部屋が広くて清潔。バスタブがあるのも嬉しい。 眺めがよく海が見える。 スタバが近くにある。コンビニも近くにある。

Great hotel with brilliant bay view suites. Staff are friendly and helpful. The airport transfer was fantastic

Air Condition did not work well

水回りの設備が古いので、改善が必要だと思う。 トイレの排水が悪い。 お湯の温度設定ができない。 排水弁が悪いので、漏れる。

皆さん親切

it wasnt a pleasant stay. they didnt give a guest satisfaction kind of service. if we didnt demand to be transferred to a different room, they would just have let us stay in a room with a non working aircon. we had to call 3 times. first, they sent a mechanical staff to check what was wrong. then he came back with a ladder to check the ceiling. it took him more than 30 mins but no difference in the temp happened. on our last call, we asked for a manager because the staff seems not to know how to make thing right with the guests. Manager Erica, if i remember her name correct came in around 9pm to assist us to transfer to a differrent room. it would have been a ni e gesture until she made an unnecessary comment giving off a vibe that it was not an option for them. 🙄🙄🙄 also, the hair dryer didnt work in the washroom, but it worked in the bedroom. the outlet might be the issue. a garbage bin by the washroom sink would have been convenient too. breakfast options was so-so. there were a lot of staff in the breakfast buffet but only few were attentive. overall experience was not what was expected.

Nice staff very quick to meet our needs

ハイアットカジノ、ニューワールドマニラベイを経てニューコーストとなった訳だが、非常に残念なホテルだ。 兎に角、客を待たせる。 レセプション、レストラン、荷物、ルームサービス、すべてにおいて待たされる。 レセプションにおいては談笑して仕事をしていないスタッフが6名、仕事をしている人間1名。最悪である。 施設は古く汚い。 水廻りもそのまま歯を磨けるかミネラルウォーターでするか悩むレベル。 マラテ周辺で安めに宿泊して遊ぶ人には良いかもしれないが私は2度と泊まりたくないです。

A great location close to amenities. The hotel is of a high standard and the staff are all welcoming and helpful. We have no issues recommending this hotel to family and friends.

The hotel is nice but going through renovations and the pool and poolside cafe was closed. The restaurant was a bit overpriced but nice. The 2 block walk to Robinsons mall was an adventure with torn up sidewalks. Starbucks close by was good. I walked to my appointment at the the US embassy. Bathroom was spacious and nice.

買物や遊びに大変便利です。 ただ夜遊びは安全ですけどホテルを出ると たくさんの通称ビラまきというKTVの勧誘がいて 少し迷惑です。 カジノも併設されていて便利なホテルです。

The hotel was wonderful. The staff is the best part. The dining onsite is good. The area outside is very crowded and not safe to just walk around and site see. You will get robbed or rundown if you are not careful. Take taxi’s and watch out. But the hotel was lovely. Easy to get tours etc.

We very much enjoyed New Coast Hotel in Manila. The location was very good and easy to reach from the airport. We especially appreciated the great service offered by so many staff members and esp. Cedrick and Arnold who helped to find a great dinner place on heavily booked Christmas eve - much appreciated. Recommended !!!

I like the hotel but I don’t like the surrounding area

Quite an experience to stay in this hotel. Everyone is so nice and helpful and are always with a smile. Breakfast is good although it was not as many variations as last year but I still totally enjoy the breakfast being served. The new breakfast place is just fabulous.The chef even made a requested pandesal with corned beef which is such a nice gesture that he remembers. Love the place and will stay again for sure.

The hotel and staff are excellent and we love staying there. The only reason for the below excellent rating is becathey are renovating so the pool area is not open and the gym facility is very small compared to previous stays. The breakfast dinind area has been changed and is much smaller and tight to walk around and fewer choices to choose from, however still very good food! We will definitely stay there again and hope to see the full renovation done soon!

工事中でレストランはありません。カジノで軽食。ただし近辺に和食レストランやロビンソンの中にたくさんレストランがあります。ホテル内で全て完結したい方は不満かもです

Convenient location and very helpful and friendly staff. My room was very spacious and the breakfast selection was excellent. Just a shame that the room upgrade was not available. Expedia needs to look into this, as rarely have I been able to take advantage of this supposed 'perk'. Hotels should provide an alternative should a room upgrade not be available.
