Positive Feedback: Great service from the staff. Good location for bars with live band Close to mall (Robinson Place Manila) lots of restaurant around Walking distance to Luneta Park and other tourist attraction. Negative feedback: Old Building and old photos online Only 5 available parking spot and that's infront of the hotel. If your room is close to the street. Prepare to hear all type of noise coming from the street. As always. Do some research before booking. This hotel was rated 4 star in some website and i believe this fall around 3 star.

Staff is excellent, the breakfast buffet is good, and the rooms are okay but the Wi-Fi is slow and the gym is very small.

The place is good just needs to be better. It should have a laundry service like most 3 star hotels. Im surprised that there were no laundry services available. Usually people on vacation don't have time to do laundry. Also cable TV wasn't available for 3 days.

Close to Embassy, easy to get a ride but no private parking

Good breakfast, friendly and competent staff, warm showers, refrigerator, good location. The gym could have one good multipurpose machine instead of the one you have.

I ordered food from the restaurant downstairs and I left after 35 minutes when I didn't even get my salad. The funny thing was that there was no one there. So I went to TGIF FRIDAYS at Robinson Mall and got my entire order in 10 minutes. And the place was crowded. Don't count on the gym. Image will show a nice picture, but in reality I was afraid to use because I thought I would break it. However I must say the staff at the front desk and the guards at the entrance were nice and professional. Breakfast was decent. However hotel needs a facelift

Elevator was not working. I was on the fourth floor that’s the sixth time this year that I’ve stayed there that the elevator has not been working so obviously a problem that is not recognised by the hotel. No soap in room. Toilet didn’t Flash and TV not working

Close to city center, shopping and attractions. Room was clean and staff was service minded, although sometimes they were not attentive enough when asking for service and making requests. Disadvantage in the room was very bad sound isolation from outside traffic and room only had a single charging outlet for additional thing like recharging device. Breakfast was very limited and was mostly fatty food and not much light bread and cereal alternatives. The gym had only 2 machines so not well suited for all round exercises.

They dont clean the rooms. They didnt change towels and we asked for clean ones and then they got confused and though we stole the previous ones and didnt want to give us back the deposit. It was clarified in the end, but lots of stress over nothing. Also lots of obvious prostitution, very sad situation. The staff is nice overall, but they need better communication and organization. And I dont know if this is a cultural thing, but in all other countries they clean the rooms every day, here they dont.

During our second stay at the hotel, we experienced significant differences compared to our first visit. We had difficulty sleeping due to the loud noise outside and the constant sound of vehicles throughout the night. The sheets were itchy, and we ended up with bug bites. When we asked the staff to change the sheets, they made us feel uncomfortable by their response. However, we do appreciate the quality of the food and the hotel's location.

Absolute dive, just a complete and utter junk yard of a hotel, there is nothing good at all, other than the staff, i have no complaints about the staff, we stayed here for 4 nights, room 401, check in was ok, we had a big room, clean enough, so we thought, one pillow per person, two more in the wardrobe, neither had a pillow case, both were burnt and had holes from what looked like cigarettes, so i wrapped them in the towels, both towels were badly stained and looked as though they had been used! Now the bed, one sheet to cover the mattress and mattress protector, no other sheet, just a brown thin blanket that had also looked as if it had been used, stained and smelt like old feet, window in the corner looked out over all if the aircon units, all blaring away! The noise from other guests slamming doors and talking loudly can be heard from as early as 5am, ants in the shower cubicle, pink grout used to cover old mouldy black grout on shower tiles, no bags in the bins, room was not cleaned the time we was there, only saving grace was the TV worked fine and the aircon was also fine, but leaked a brown substance down the walls. Breakfast was very limited and had little or no choice, so toast and omelette every morning! Its a basic hotel that needs a full refurb, pictures shown are WAY outdated so therefore mis sold. Steer clear folks, ive seen cleaner one star hotels.. UK based travellers. Not fussy people, but be realistic...

The staff are amazing. Very efficient, polite and amicable. The room was simple, but absolutely spotless - very clean indeed. Breakfast is ok. I'll definitely stay again when I'm next in Manila.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times. I call it home away from home. The buffet is good. The staff is absolutely amazing. The hotel is clean, linen and towels are clean. Never had a problem. But I've noticed that there has been a regular turn over of staff; which is a shame. It's the very foremost reason as to why I keep coming back. For the last two years, the hotel has new employees virtually every four to six months. Just wondering. I would like to keep coming back but I don't know if I should venture elsewhere.

I didn't stay at this hotel, I moved out 2 hours after arriving. The room was dirty and ugly, the bathroom was moldy and insects were running around. In addition, all the plugs in the wall were broken and it was not possible to install the charger in it because it fell out of all the plugs, the holes were so big and worn. The pillows and sheets looked like they had not been washed, they had an unpleasant smell. When I came to the room, I wanted to wash my hands, but the soap dispenser was empty. I would give 0 points if I could.

I like that it's a stone's throw away Robinson's Malate. The air conditioning was not cool enough. The windows snd walls are thin, I could not sleep from the noise of cars outside.

Room did not look like the picture. It’s an outdated hotel. No windows or light in the room. Good location though.

Can hear people walking and talking outside at night time

The only complaint I have is about the WiFi. It is spotty at best. It was terrible in the room so I went to the lobby. The WiFi in the lobby was slightly better but still not good.

Stayed here on two separate occasions. Superior room was ok. Rooms are not sound proofed so you hear a lot of noise from staff and other guests in the hallway and from their rooms. Also no view from the window.Was upgraded to a deluxe room on the second occasion and this was much better. Nice modern room, quiet and a street view. The breakfast is also very good, which is different every day. Within walking distance to the main sites of interest.

Wifi needs improvement.

Book at Agoda. What you pay is what you get Cleanliness is just OK no big deal. Quite old specially the aircon....bit noisy. Walking distance to Robinsons shopping centre. Would i comeback?..for the price yes

Restaurant breakfast crew are rude

when checking in, nobody brought my baggage fo my room. i did it.

Breakfast is good considering the price. Service is excellent. Staff are very warm and accommodating. I feel home when I stay here and that's why O always stay here whenever im in Manila.

The doormen were fantastic, extremely friendly and helpful. Late arrival meant a missed dinner but the doormen advised on where to get something to eat. Been going to this hotel for decades, always come back.

We stayed for 1 x night and were due to travel to Manila International airport the following morning. Tropical storm "Carina" made transport in and around Manila very difficult. No offer or assistance from hotel staff. Several other guests checking out blocked reception area. By sheer luck we persuaded a private taxi to take ourselves and other guests to the airport.

Great location in central to downtown Manila, staff are very helpful, the customer service made my stay a memorable one.

Good hotel if you have to do a K1 Medical visit or go to the US Embassy.

Centralized location within walking distance of Robinson’s Ermita shopping center, Luneta, Malate, and Intramuros. It is a comfortable stay for a reasonable price.

There are a lot of homeless people around the area, but it’s conveniently located just a few minutes from Robinsons Mall in Ermita.

Area surrounding the hotel seemed unsafe to walk to nearby mall. Was bitten by insects so did not stay the whole reservation. No parking for your own vehicle in the vicinity. Personnel not very receptive to requests.

About the breakfast, if you go down by 8am onwards, youll be having a limited choice from their buffet. To the management, shortage on breakfast is not the guests fault. You offered a buffet! So deal with it. They told me that another set of food is coming and I waited for about 45 mins because they assured it to me but no food was refilled.

The place is nice and we have a good time with my gf, the dining staff should minimize their voice so the guest doesn't know thier comments or joking about their guest, especially the mens dining staff, the security guard are very friendly and fun to talk i give them 5 star for that and the little female dinning attendant 5 star also very friendly
