everything was great! Service of overall staff was excellent. I stayed for about 2 weeks and i got the same service. Hotel is old but it was well kept so some structures can be a bit outdated but cleanliness is really all that matters to me and their cleanliness is five star. THank you for making my stay wonderful =)

Although Richmonde hotel has been operating for a while now, the place is well maintained and clean. The price of the accomodations is really value for money, considering also the great location (walking distance to the nearby malls). We had a great stay here with my family and will definitely book again.

Building fixtures were very old esp. the bathroom. Shower curtains was nasty old and dirty (change them), shower handle bar had grimes and nasty, the shower head was so old with limes and unsanitary. The only good thing was the service staff and the breakfast.

The property was the same during our stay 19 years ago .The building getting older, most of the fixtures, were not working that well, like the shower faucets.The tub were so deep,it’s hard to get in the shower. The towel rack were so high, I need a stick to get the towels to use. Cleaning the room is not everyday, that why it consumed a lot of dirt. No vacuuming everyday. Housekeeping was very poor, probably short of staff.

This hotel looks and feels old. When I got inside my room. There was this either old room smell or maybe it used to be a smoking room. Caulking around the tub were coming off. You can tell it was not installed by a professional. The tub was showing it’s age and begging to be replaced. Some electrical outlets are broken and some don’t even have power. The carpet was really old. Staff during checkin and checkout were very professional and friendly. Breakfast buffet was not the Best but there were a lot of choices and they were delicious. The location of the hotel was not the best due it being a busy street. Be ready to leave an hour earlier than planned. It took me an hour by car to travel 3 miles. If possible use a motorcycle taxi. It’ll get you to your destination sooner. I’m not going back to this hotel. There are better hotels in the area. At least I tried it. Thanks Richmonde Hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Only thing, we regret, is that we only stayed for one night, as we were going to the airport the next afternoon. We stayed at several hotels in Manila and elsewhere during our stay in the Philippines, but this is our favorite. In general, we were only met by nice staffs at the hotels - but here they were above and beyond. We had a Junior Suite with a nice view, and it was excellent. There is a fridge and a kettle. The area felt nice and safe, and there are shopping and eating options just nearby. We can also recommend this hotel.

The room I requested wasn’t ready when I checked in but was all sorted in the end. Always nice to stay at Richmonde Ortigas considering value for money at a prime location. Staff are all very helpful. Always ready to assist. It would be nice though if the rooms were a bit updated and bathrooms thoroughly cleaned.

We had such a wonderful stay! The staff were all so respectful, kind, and accommodating. They were quick to respond to our requests and even replied to my email the night before our flight when I needed to schedule an airport shuttle last minute, I really appreciated how fast and helpful they were! The breakfast buffet was amazing, so delicious and with different selections every day, which made mornings something to look forward to. Big thanks to Miss Jannet, Mr. Jeff, and the Richmonde Café team for making our stay extra special. Everyone was so warm and welcoming, and it truly made a difference. Can’t wait to come back! 💛

They only allow 1 face, hand and body towel. Requested more but was told just one per room. I like to have a towel to wipe down the counter after washing my face. Hotel smelled like sewer the entire time. Door to room would t close properly. Had to keep pushing to close. Ate at the restaurant, took 2 hours of I get food. Has to ask for my tea 3 times! Finally after almost 2 hours, they bought a cup. Was told after that because of the typhoon warning, many staff didn’t show up for work. Completely understandable but that something you should tell people when they sit down. We keep asking when our food is coming, was told 15 more minutes numerous times. Finally when we got angry, they said they are short staff. Still, 2 hours to bring tea is a bit ridiculous.

We moved rooms 3x. First, the air-conditioning was broken. Second, the room was quite dark and not at par with first room considering the hassle we experienced (the crew did not seem bothered by our inconvenience), Third, even if we were upgraded to the next room category, the toilet bowl was clogged. They offered a room change again but we opted not to due to the hassle of packing and unpacking again. We were stressed ( and not relaxed) in using the toilet. The hotel is not really a 4 star hotel as it claimed to be. Also, the room description and photo details are not the same as the actual room (misleading). Other 3 star hotels offer better amenities and service.

Very nice hotel in a good area walking distance to SM Mall. Rooms were nice, great view on the 16th floor. Downside was the bed options for a family of 4 were not very convenient. 2 twins or 1 queen made it for a difficult Time sleeping.

Spent a couple of nights there in a junior suite. In the 21st floor well out of the way of city traffic noise. Place was clean, tidy and comfortable. The bathroom could do with a refresh though and the TV a bit basic. Would stay again as it was reasonably priced, very close to major shopping and restaurants and the staff very nice and helpful.

I like the location it was very nice and convenient for everyone because it surrounded by different stores like 7/11,Starbucks,Jollibee and 10 minutes walking you can go to SM Megamall,etc. The breakfast was also delicious and they served various of foods for the taste of their customers.I really like also the kind and service of the security staff and crew of the Hotel their are so generous.

Rooms are a little dated, need more power outlets or usb ports. Staff are very courteous and breakfasts is excellent. I would also suggest trying the ensaymada at the lobby coffee shop. Great location, close to everything we needed.

No Netflix or cable channels Nickel and dime attitude, zero trust for any charges: can’t charge room service to the room. The buffet was mediocre not worth it.
