Great hotel! Stayed with children and room was spacious. Pool was lovely. Gym was great. Breakfast was delicious. Accessibility was spot on, we had a function at Rod Laver and also Fed Sq so was perfect!

This was a very nice stay. It was quite spotless and everything was of very high quality. The breakfast service had a wide range of good food. Check-in was smooth and very pleasant, even in the early hours of the morning. Parking was a a little difficult with some narrow carparks and at times very full. The ticket machine was also broken so this required some discussion via the intercom to get out and collecting some tickets from the front desk. The room was immaculate and had an amazing view, and all the furnishings were high quality. Unfortunately I couldn't figure out if there was a way to turn off individual lights in the room. It seems like the new upgrades include a high tech lighting system where they all come on or go off together, unless I just couldn't figure it out. This didn't work well when I got up early while others were still asleep. The executive lounge was very nice with excellent service, a great view, and facilities perfect for either unwinding in the evening, or getting some work done away from the room at times. The pool looked amazing, but being an outdoor pool it was just a bit too cold to enjoy this time of year. The park right across the road is great for a nice stroll, and there are some excellent dining options very close as well. We had a very good stay and would be very happy to stay here again.

Stayed at the hotel before. This time I had a really nice 'Executive' room on the 20th Floor. Very nice. Nice bar with a good selection of drinks and food. Made use of the Gym several times on the 2nd floor. Very helpful staff especially Don Caroll who printed off a document for me. Definitely stay here again. Ideally situated for the MCG and the number 75 tram into the City.

Great location. Probably one of the best hotel bar areas we have been in for some time - great atmosphere. Bar food very good, as was breakfast. Location to a choice of public transport was fabulous and next to Fitzroy Gardens, or easy walk to city or Richmond also. Rooms are lovely. Pool for morning laps. Well worth a visit.

For the price of an apparently 5 star hotel, this was a poor experience, room amenities weren’t great the executive lounge wasn’t topped up, no late check out, even emailed months a head. And had to pay for parking after spending $600 plus for 1 night. Which was $40. Spa wasn’t open either. Would not recommend this place to anyone

Nice room. Was a bit dissapointed in the wait times from concierge. There was no hand wash or shampoo, requested this at 9am, at 5pm when showering realise it was never refilled..very frustrating. Fan in bathroom didnt work. Also had to wait for 7pm for our room to be ready (arrived at 5.30pm)

We stayed at the Pullman to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary and attend the Teddy Swims concert. It took over an hour for our luggage to be delivered to our room, when it was it was not our bags. No one answered at the front desk when we called. Bathroom shampoo/conditioner ammenities were empty. Our in room breakfast service arrived and it was incorrect.

Check-in took forever as it was a busy time and they only had 2 staff available. We had a 3 night stay byt our room was only cleaned on one of those days. To be fair we could have had a clean at 5pm on one of those days but we had been out all day and arrived back just when the cleaner was about to get to us. I asked her for new towels but said not to bother with the tidy, as we wanted to relax in our room. Room service was good and hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location for concerts and sporting events.

Unfortunately the king bed was very uncomfortable as it was two single beds pushed together and you could feel the join in the middle. Food and drink prices were outrageous, but being a visitor we didn’t know where to go that would have been cheaper

Room, even on executive floor was very small. View of MCG is more impressive in pictures than in real life! Amenities are basic... Reception staff are very confused and had no idea, what is included and what is not, in your booking.

They charged an additional $100 as a deposit on arrival. I did not read that anywhere. It was unnecessary. As I still haven’t received that $100 back yet. Also they don’t give me a king bed, they gave me 2 separate beds. Front desk staff came across cold

Was told room was not ready which was ok as we arrived a little earlier than expected , but got told it would be ready in 30 minutes over 90 mins later and running late for an event we finally got a room , ordered room service that never showed up Location wise hotel was fantastic but the service left a lot to be desired for the higher priced rooms

The rooms are beautiful, beds comfortable and breakfast was delicious. It is a short but lovely walk from the CBD however, if you’re not up for a walk there is a tram stop directly out the front door. Will definitely stay there again.

The hotel was nice and clean with moden features. Staff were always helpfull and polite. Room was well layed out and had everything I needed. Restaurant was terrible for dinner. We waited 10min for a table then it took 20min for the waitress to come to get our drink order, only to tell us it was going to be another 40 min until foor would be ready. We left and went somewhere else. Breakfast was great. Bit over priced though.

Perfect location if attending MCG Areas to improve on - extremely annoyed to discover no food coverage/lids were provided on our room service meal. Hence meal was not only exposed but also arrived cold. Room had a bath but disappointing no bath salts or soap were provided.

Pullman on the Park is amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It’s in a great location with a tram station right outside the door. The friendly staff were always on hand to help out. The breakfast alone was worth the stay. We will definitely be back!!!
