Pretty good. Some annoying things like not enough places/hooks to hang clothes/toilet bag/towels etc in the bathroom. The microwave shelf was sticking out and had a very pointy corner that I was worried about when leaning over the sink and using kettle. The pool was out of order and that had been one of the main novelties I was hoping to utilise. The cafe/room service was expensive and not enough dietary options. The view of the river was beautiful, but the layout of the room could have been better set-up to watch the fire streams from the couch (which was actually facing in the opposite direction). The location was great though, the late checkout was awesome, most of the staff were friendly enough.

Great location in CBD, lots of transport options nearby in addition to secured paid parking. Rooms were clean, comfortable & spacious (had a 1 bedroom suite) - great for our family (2 adults, 2 young kids). The staff were friendly. Only downsides - facilities are a bit old/dated feeling, dining facilities were closed at time of our visit, & no gym on site.

Reception was friendly and professional. patient and organised. I was disappointed the pool was non operational. This was communicated after the booking was made. I was offered a complimentary bottle of wine but then had to ask for it. The room was clean and spacious however the bed was very hard.

Onsite parking made it alot easier with deciding on choosing to stay here, might of been $30 a night but it was secure so i was happy to pay it, room was clean and the pool on level 5 was slightly heated which was great, just wish it was deeper in some parts of it, overall if i end up back in melbourne again i reckon i'll stay here again

Overall Good hotel Swimming pool was out of use at the time of our trip. Slippers aren’t available in the room, No mini bar A few things here and there weren’t available but nothing major. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

The price value is very good here The staff is kind and helpful. The one BR they upgraded me to was very large. The bed is excellent. And the room was super quiet. Good spot for jet lag recovery. I also like the location. Trams are close. Southbank is close. Downside is the entire hotel and the rooms badly need an upgrade from its 1980s decor and shabby feel. It doesnt feel clean and modern. But i guess thats why the prices are reasonable too.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. It was spacious and a great setup for our family. The floor however appeared to be dirty and same with the shower and the vent above the bath. I raised my concerns and the front desk advised they would rectify. The other concern was we left a bag of shoes in the room and only realised when we arrived home. We raised this with the front office manager whom investigated however it appears they couldn’t be found. We Are referring to over $400 with of shoes. We have gone over and over where the shoes could be and how we packed our car and they could have only been left in our room so this has left us very disappointed. We have been looking for a place to stay frequently as we need to be in Melbourne quite a bit but now unsure if we will return.

I stayed in a 1 bedroom suite with a fantastic river view. The size of the suite was great and the location was superb. The staff at reception were genuinely helpful throughout my stay. The rooms aren't completely soundproof and even with the secondary glazing in the bedroom you can still hear some train noise outside. But overall it was a really great place to stay and I'd definitely stay again.

Fantastic stay at the hotel, staff were welcoming and attentive. The restaurant is great value. Appreciate the easy connection to public transport. The only negative was the extremely poor wifi connection in the room very slow and constantly dropping out. I was only using it for emails and socials. Eventually they replaced the modem and then another. Slight improvement but definitely not what one expects. I ended up having to hotspot my phone to get work done. This needs to be addressed and while staff were sympathetic I really don’t think they understood the frustration thus caused (one person suggested I must be steaming videos).

We had a one bedroom apartment which had full kitchen facilities, dining table for 3, a good sized lounge area, ample sized bedroom with a comfortable bed and pillows and a good sized wardrobe. Bathroom size was sufficient with a big shower and excellent water pressure and temperature. Whilst we didn’t have a river view room, I noticed during the day we had a great reflection of it in the building next door. If next door had switched off office lights at night, the reflection would have been great then too. The staff were positively engaged and went out of their way to go above and beyond. The price was also excellent. We will definitely return.

Great location, walkable to most things, easy access to trams. Rooms were large and airy. Very comfortable. Loved the little balcony great to get some fresh air. It was made very safe travelling with a toddler with a high chain on the door. Kitchen had everything you needed. Only thing that could be improved is that the bathroom is getting a bit dates and due a refurb.

Staff and service were excellent, good central location. If you have a room looking over the Yarra you are also looking over 6 railway lines which are very busy and annoyingly noisy. Even with the claimed double glazed windows the rail noise was still noticeable

Excellent stay which included these 2 nights and the 6 nights previous that have already been evaluated. A special mention for the restaurant, the service and the food were outstanding. We ate there 6 out of the 8 nights. Pretty good in a city renowned for its restaurants.

Great experience at check in. Room was spacious, clean and modern. Bed was comfy. Only downfall is that the restaurant/ cafe is currently closed so couldn’t really order room service and had to go out for breakfast. 11am check out was great though. It is also really close to so many great things, excellent location.

The staff were very nice and accommodating..the room was awesome very big perfect for my large family. The breakfast buffet was super good..lots of different variety. The pool was very nice..and very warm my kids enjoyed it very much. The only downside is my key card denied me enrty after hours into the building 3 times and we wernt given enough towels..also netflix or something would also be a plus for the wind down times at night.
