Hotel is great, underground Carpark is in same building which is good but is extremely tight to move around in. Staff were very amenable and willing to help. Room everything we wanted.

Adina on queen street was nice accomodation. The room we booked was the premier 2 bedroom with city views on the top floor. The room was clean and comfortable. Customer service was great, the whole time those working at the desk were very kind and helpful. Made check in very easy. My only qualm about this apartment is the amenities. Pool area in fine very basic. The sauna is in an odd spot away from pool but that may not be a problem for others but it was for. Also the pool was under maintenance when we wanted to swim, right at what I would think is peak time for swimming. That was a little disappointing. Other than that the property has a nice lobby, service was great and rooms were also nice and was safe. I would rate this property a 3.8 stars.

The car park was a nightmare to navigate being so small with a bigger car. The room was basic but fine for our stay. We went for a swim but got out after a few minutes because it was so cold. It was good being after to walk into the city.

Check in staff are excellent, unfortunately that’s where it ends. 2 lifts to get to penthouse. Rooms are so dark, no decent mirrors. Shocking lighting. Mould in the bathroom, grime on skirtings behind doors. Coffee machine, no capsules, til you ask. No latch on bathroom door No loungers at the pool. Very nice spacious rooms that are comfortable just like home. Also as I work out every single day, the gym and the pool came in handy, and I could relax in the sauna after my work out which was perfect. The staff members were very friendly just like family. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when in Melbourne. Adina sure is my home and my ‘other address’! I can’t wait to return, and am planning my next trip already! Ruby

Feel very ripped off by services offered vs. daily rates paid - no cleaning received during our stay even though this was advertised and confirmed at check in. We feel that Adina are very underhanded and unethical charging higher rates for public holidays and then reducing services to avoid paying their staff to work a public holiday. For our 5 night stay, the public holiday of Tuesday 4th November we were charged an absolute premium, we knew this was because of the public holiday but NOWHERE during booking or checkin was it stated Adina would be offering reduced services due to the public holiday. Even at check in the receptionist stated we would receive a FULL CLEAN after the 3rd night of our stay (Tuesday). On Monday evening a letter was posted under our door saying only the bare minimum of housekeeping would be offered “due to the public holiday”. I rang reception and expressed our frustration at this and it’s short notice and was told “ok I’ll get them to do a full clean” - this did not happen. We only had our towels swapped. Our rubbish was not even cleared from all the bins. On Wednesday, still no clean or even rubbish cleared. So for our entire stay we did not receive any fresh linen on the beds, floors were not cleaned, no kitchen or bathroom cleaning either. Absolute rip off and disgusting that we paid a premium on that particular day. Will not be staying again, will not be recommending.

Quiet rooms and pretty comfortable. The only downsides were quite slow wifi and probably the cheapest tv I’ve seen in a hotel yet (small, bad picture, free to air only and didn’t support HD channels). Except for these couple of things, can highly recommend.

I used to stay at different properties but now I always stay at the Adina for my weekly trips to Melbourne, its good value, the rooms are clean and spacious, the internet is fast and the staff are really lovely and check in is quick. Plus you cannot get a better location.

Air con was not working in one of our rooms. We ended up moving floors around midnight after providing a portable air con unit without an extraction hose. The room was hotter than before we went out. We also realised that we left a small bag in the first room and when we went back to retrieve it in the morning, it had already “disappeared”. Staff were polite, but not helpful in finding out where our bag went.

I brought a group of 16 US uni students to Melbourne. This hotel is located centrally with easy access to public transport and the CBD. Very nicely appointed apartment with full kitchen and laundry. Very convenient. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We try to stay here every time we visit Melbourne. We are returning in May with another group and will be staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, we were there to see the Christmas lights and everything was walking distance from the hotel. The apartment was clean and has everything we needed. Only frustrating thing, we couldn’t check in at 3pm. We had to wait around 20 minutes. Would not put me off trying the hotel again though. The pool was great and the kids enjoyed having a quick dip on a hot day. Thanks for having us.

The aircon was noisy. Why do builders or architects put in a bath in the room when most people shower. Older people would have difficulty in climbing over the bath to have a shower. The pool gym, breakfast and staff were great. Found 2 great restaurants but was quite a walk from the apartment.

Brilliant, like all the Adina Apartments across the world. Good services and great apartments. Very good for people who want to do their own thing. Ruby’s, the cafe restaurant attached the hotel is very good. It is only open for dinner from Wednesday to Saturdays. The other days it is only open for Brekky and lunch. Great location so you can either walk the one block to the mall or catch a tram. Everything near by you will need. Couldn’t recommended it enough.
