Gym only open during staffed hours, not very useful and not on weekends until late. Room was quite dirty with food in the carpet and mold throughout the bathroom. Staff were quite accommodating to a late check-in which was appreciated. Towels had holes in them. Overall poor condition of the building and the room for the price.

Check in was fabulous, very friendly staff, love the complimentary off street parking, & free upgrade, room was clean & comfy, just a bit tired, curtains need hook clips as they were hanging badly which is not a good look, I did report this to reception as I didn't want to be blamed for it. Also there is a timber corner skirting board between the kitchen and lounge area which needs repairing as it is split wide open. If these minor details were to be repaired as they are reported, the cost of repair would be much smaller than having to do a complete total refurb of the entire complex.

Property was very clean and staff were pleasant. Furniture and fittings dated but comfortable. Tram outside the door. We were very disappointed that the cafe/restaurant has not been open for years, despite being advertised on the website. The staff had no suggestions of where we could eat at breakfast as the two cafes nearby were not suitable for kids.

As a regular guest the staff are efficient and check in is speedy and welcoming Parking is easy even with a 4wd The location is ideal with hospitals near by and transport is very good with trans right outside the door

Pleasant stay close to St Vincent's hospital. Huge advantage is the secure parking contained underneath the hotel, with convenient lift to the room floor. Amenities in the room are rather noisy (bathroom fan, water amenities from other rooms) The room is well presented and overall clean. I was upgraded to a bigger room without requesting it, so much appreciated. FYI The pool is not heated

The staff were awesome and very welcoming. Property is very old and dated and very dark. The bathroom kept flooding. Tap leaking. Curtains didn’t close. Bedroom curtains let in a lot of light. Late check-in process was not easy, very frustrating after a long flight. Coffee, sugar, milk, toilet paper not replaced without asking staff to replenish supply. Also spotted some mould not cleaned properly in corners

I didn’t get the townhouse that I had paid for… there were ANTS in the kitchen… the shower was really mouldy and a magnetic strip fell down and hit me in the face … which was also mouldy..we took our shoes off as we entered and within a couple of hours my husband noticed my feet were black from being barefoot on the filthy carpet… I had to wipe the dinning room table down before we could eat as it was still dirty from the people who stayed before us.. and some of the curtains wouldn’t close properly… I will say that the bed was comfortable and clean… this isn’t a 4star hotel… very disappointing for the price!

Have used thus accomodation previously and great location with public transport very accessible into city. Walkable to hospital. Always feel safe and secure. However, let reception know on check out that room was not as clean as could have been. Cups and plates in cupboard not washed, one cup had lipstick on and another marks of coffee. Windows dirty on inside, look like milk spilled on it and sills were extremely gritty. There was also a used match on widow sill. Maybe cleaners need to pull curtains open to see the windows and sills. Really sorry about negative comments but it was disappointing. Like u said, have used this accomodation before and will return to hopefully better cleaned room

Well located, good price. Economical so you get what you pay for - but that at present means the Furnishings are pretty tired. Ground floor room can be noisy with passing guests, rolling suitcases etc and the sound of feet clomping down a metal staircase.

The location was important to us for a pre-hospital stay. Access from car parking was good via lift which negated the stairs when unwell. While we didnt use the trams during our short stay, we saw plenty of them providing access to the centre of the city. The room was spacy but dated with an air conditioner not working, sink tab not affixed and mould in shower. The bed itself was comfortable and the room location was quiet. Plenty of food options around.

Our stay was very easy, comfortable and simple for us to get to our appointments at the hospital. Staff were helpful. The whole complex was super quiet which was lovely and surprising as it was fully booked the time we stayed. The 2 bed apartment was over 2 levels which I hadn’t realised when booking. Overall a very comfortable stay and super easy parking which is so helpful in that area of Melbourne. Will stay again!

Disappointing overnight stay..apartment was dated, dark & not very clean. Booked the Junior suite but it was nothing resembling the photo! Only 2 pillows supplied in room..requested an extra 2 pillows by automated phone & also by staff member at reception but still not available when we returned later that evening. Sorry but would definitely not recommend!

If you missed the line saying to contact them 24h before for access information and arrive late you may stay stuck outside until the office open the next day. Tried to call the after hour assistance but no one picked up or the it didn’t even ring. Also WiFi was not always working in the room (had to go outside to have a signal). The room is also not very clean.

front check was nice and smooth aside from not being told of carpark note to put on dashboard, no biggie. room was ok, nice space but could hear noises from next room ALL night... king bed was 2 mattress and very uncomfortable, way to hard and could feel springs and gap. Not many dining choices nearby and own restaurant was not the nicest. Do not have the chocolate mouse.. Would not use agian

Good location, generally clean, but the apartment we stayed in could use some updating of furnishings and curtains etc. Limited dining options nearby, especially for a family with younger children. Would have been good to have the hotel cafe open. Cooking our own meals was tricky, we were a family of four with only 3 forks and knives provided… Housekeeping was very sporadic and never topped up toilet paper or soap etc. We had to keep asking when we ran out. Air conditioning in all bedrooms was good and the pool was nice, if not cleaned often enough… Needed a good vacuum for most of our stay.

The Hotel is a little older and dated, but the staff are amazing and so helpful. It was very clean well organised with everything you would need plus more. Breakfast was substantial a great start to the day. Easy walk down Gertrude St to Museum and Exhibition Centre then on to Lygon St, food was amazing in the area. Quick walk to loop into the free trams for the city. I will stay here again. Thank you
