We stayed at Novotel for couple of nights and were 4 guests. At time of booking, we were not informed that there will be additional parking fees per night. We paid $438.00 for 2 nights and when checking in a rude staff told us that there will be about $56.00 parking fee as additional fees. The key cards were not working for our room and had to wait for a staff to bring us new key cards. No apologies from this absolutely rude staff, namely sanjay. Only one lift was working, plus the main door was not functioning at all. Water kept collecting in the bath tub during shower. Only 2 cups for 4 guests. We ordered food at this hotel and extra charges for service to the room because they do not do takeaways. Nothing special about the food, just below average at a significant price. Total rip offs and will never take my business there again. Will not recommend to my family and friends!

The pool was amazing!! I love that it was actually very warm unlike many other hotel pools that tend to feel cold. Food menu variety was wonderful! Will definitely be coming back many times. Great undercover parking process

Hotel is pretty dated, everything looks at least 20-30 years old. Pool/Sauna area is in the basement, poorly lit and very uninviting. TV in our room didn’t work, we advised the front desk without a response, pretty low standard for a room and they still couldn’t meet it. Buffet was pretty basic also.

This was the second time in a matter of weeks we have stayed at Novotel Glen Waverley. It was nothing short of fantastic. The rooms were very clean with comfortable beds and pillows. Customer service was excellent and the parking was easy and convenient.

The bathroom facilities in the room were pretty bad, small shower with pretty low fixed head. Water pressure was non existent and the water out of the tap wasn't the greatest. The tv was also pretty outdated and the room on the smaller side in general.

The stay at Novotel was average just good enough for a night cap. Good thing going for this hotel is that it's attached to the century City , walkable distance to the Glen mall and a string of restaurants right behind it. My only concern with the facility was that the water pressure in the shower was really low, making it a little disappointing coming from an established hotel chain like Novotel.

Modern amenities and close to endless restaurants, shopping and entertainment. We stayed in a standard room with 2 doubles and we were happy with the comfort and cleanliness. The bathroom could do with a lick of paint and bit of a modernisation but it did the job. Definitely stay again now we know how well located the hotel is and the staff are very friendly.

We had children banging on the door at night and running. This was terrifying as they were very loud, we notified reception, nothing was done. Ended up booking somewhere else for the night. Rebooked and it happened again.
