Rooms and showers were clean. The gym is terrible, very run down, sauna is warm not hot. Treadmill is dangerously jarring when in use, cross trainer sounds like it's going to break. If you're after good facilities, don't come here. If you just want a simple clean room, this is fine.

The room was good. The staff were friendly when we arrived and when we checked out. There isnt a public lift from the car park so we were told when we arrived to unload your luggage before parking which was fine you just have to walk up a few steps. Just wanted to mention this incase people have mobility needs.

We chose Seasons for location. Tram stop out the front was great, pity about Metro works, not the hotels fault. The pool was freezing, pool heater was broken which was a shame....looked like it may have been broken for some time. Bathrooms were very dated and in need of a refurb.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Perfect location for botanic gardens. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were spotless. Comfortable beds. It was great to have a fridge freezer, washing machine & dryer in my space. Will definitely book this again next time I am in Melbourne. Thank you for looking after me so well.

Great location for Aussie Open, The Tan track and the city if you like walking (which we do). It was quiet and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is a lttle tired but the bigger rooms make up for this. The only issue we really had was house keeping was less than ideal for example the toilet wasnt cleaned and we stayed for 8 days! We would definitely stay again, but take some cleaning products with us!

Our two-room apartment was a bit outdated but overall it was spacious with a kitchen, so we were mostly satisfied. I docked off stars for cleanliness because housekeeping didn’t properly remove our trash, they left pieces of trash on our kitchen floor and didn’t clean it up. We also requested cleaning service on a Sunday, but housekeeping never came.

Extremely disappointed my room wash very dirty - dirty tissues throughout the lounge my bedding was all dirty in side and on the out side even blood and bodily fluids stains it was un sleep able I brought it to there attention they asked me to send photos so I did that was on the Saturday morning and I checked out today Monday 17th and they still never came to the room to rectify the filth that we paid good money to stay in extremely disappointing would not recommend anyone to stay there. Our key pass had to constantly be reprogrammed we was locked out multiple times a day. I had to email my photos again today when I checked out and still have not heard anything from them !!

I have stayed at this property for many years. The location is great, out of the main part of the city but close enough to walk, or catch a tram. I like that the rooms come with a washer and dryer, as well as small kitchen where you can make your own meals. Unfortunately, it is showing its age and is in need of some work. My room had a large hole in the carpet when you first walked in and stains on the kitchen countertops. The shower had both a hand held nozzle and one attached to the wall, but the water pressure was not strong enough to activate the wall mounted nozzle. I had to change rooms half way through my stay as A/C broke was was not able to be quickly fixed. The dryer in the second room did not work. There were lots of other things missing in the first room (eg only 1 wineglass but 2 of everything else, drawers in bedroom were stuck shut, 2 TVs but only 1 remote and battery cover was missing, so batteries would fall out all the time). I hate finding long hairs around the bathroom, either from the maid or previous guests. Either way, it’s sloppy from the cleaning point of view

A very nice spot with a lovely view of the park. Just unfortunate that when we arrived we had noticed that most of the dishes had been packed away dirty. I.e crumbs in the bowls, coffee rings in the mugs and lip marks on some glasses.

Back of the bathroom door was filthy. Floor grout is black when you can see that the rest of the grout is trying to be white as it gruaduates up the wall. Small hole in the wall behind the front door need to be repaired. Kitchen was fine. Whats the use of having a large balcony when there are no chairs or table on the balcony. Balcony seem, to need some TLC and cleaning. Room for that price.. need some work to bring to standard of others around. I would use this again but would take something else in the price bracket if offered near it. Parking to get out at the end took a long time to answer to let us out.

Good value with Expedia special offer. Large room, well appointed but is showing age a little. Comfortable, lighting all very dim, not much of an issue in living or bedroom areas but bathroom could have done with a vanity light. Internet was painfully slow, used phones instead.

We stayed here for 3 nights. It is comfortable spacious and well furnished. It was also centrally located. Our initial impression at night was that the place was “old but good”. It had an 80s aesthetic, old carpet and yellowish lights. However in the morning it was a bright spacious warm and comfortable. After 3 nights we felt that this was excellent value. We had to pay $25 a night for the car park and it was easy to access from a side lane. When we went to the city we took advantage of early bird parking at the NGV. (Even though it was close we didn’t have MYKI cards)

I found it difficult getting into the bath for the shower, and definitely needs a non slip mat in both the bath and the floor when getting out. Also the curtains in the bedroom need attention as light came in all night.

The property is outdated. We had no views from our apartment. One bedroom had no natural light. You can’t open any windows for fresh air. The tvs aren’t smart tvs, just have free to air when the signal doesn’t drop out. The tv in the room with the king bed is so so small. We only had one shower gel and shampoo/conditioner to share between 5 people. The beds are hard and there’s no furniture on the balcony. The spa doesn’t work and sauna area is a major slip hazard. The indoor pool is cold and isnt suited for kids under 120cm as it’s all one depth. You don’t even have enough milk for more than one person to have one cup of coffee. Its was ok for the one night but it’s not a luxury hotel and I wouldn’t stay here again. Not worth the money. Probably shouldn’t pay the same for a room that actually has a view.

I had problems with my apartment. 1. A toilet that didn't flush and would make a trickling sound all night (the maintenance man came to fix it the day after I communicated with staff about this problem as they don't come in everyday apparently and it did work for a while until a few hours later it didn't flush again. 2. The door didn't always lock unless you took a moment to jiggle it and what not. I communicated this too as I was worried about my valuables in the room. Staff said they would mention it to other staff. However the next day my room was cleaned and the door was unlocked - this happened twice even when I told staff it kept happening. 3. When the cleaners came in they accidentally took my pajamas along with the bedding. This is not normally something I would be annoyed about but I was only here for 5 days I only brought one pair. When I finally got them back days later they came to me a scrunched up ball. I was not impressed. But other than that, the staff were all very nice but I think because so many people working here were chopping and changing with their shifts, the communication between all staff could have helped with many of the issues I came across.

Needs updating. Picture on the website doesn’t show worn out carpets. Old smell. Car parking ally was dodged and a little scary. Our fridge wasn’t working and the hair dryer zapped me and fizzed. Told staff about it when leaving and also in follow phone call. But they didn’t seem to care. No offer of anything. And l needed to follow up. When they should be the ones to contact me. For the price never again.

We stayed a week & the property was always clean & tidy, the staff were friendly & helpful. The room we stayed in was a small one-room appartment, which had all the thing uou would need & was well onsulated as rhere was very little noise. The onsite parking was secure & although $25 a day for unlimited entry/exits m, so was reasonable with the only isseu being the stair access, however when leaving the staff assisted by giving us lift access (housekeeping lift) which was great. It is a short walk to trams that take you into the city & St Kilda, so a car is not needed if you are not going out to suburbs. I would stay again.

We only stayed one night but it was a smooth check in process, clean and comfortable accommodation, nice quiet room, easy self parking and the staff were very friendly and happy to answer our questions. Would definitely stay again.

The ladies on at reception are lovely and so helpful. After having my birthday trip upset by cancelled flights, a family death, lost baggage and changed accomodation plans plus so many upsets, they really helped with their kindness and efficiency. The hotel is in a convenient location.

Loved our stay here! Located in a central, scenic, quiet position, it is close enough to the city, transport, & all the site seeing & eating places we wanted to visit, but far enough away that it was peaceful & pretty. The facilities were great, the rooms were lovely, and the staff were friendly & helpful. An overall fantastic experience- we will definitely be staying here again in the future!

I have stayed here many times. I like the location, just outside of the CBD on St Kilda road, it is still easy to get into the city either by tram or walking. The walk is nice as there are several historic buildings as well as the botanical gardens along the way. I love that there is a small kitchen with basic tools for cooking meals, as well as the washer and dryer which is one of the main reason I stay here when traveling. The property could do with some updating, especially things like the elevators and common areas but overall not an issue that would stop me from staying. Only other negative was that the restaurant that is attached to the hotel is closed now so you have to go out for breakfast, dinner etc, but if you buy groceries for a longer stay this is also not a major problem.

Fast checkin. Room was large with a balcony looking towards the gardens. Comfortable bed and large couch as well as a desk. Good kitchen area and microwave. Washing machine and dryer as well.

Very spacious hotel and rooms - old style, quiet. Great access to Botanic Gardens events. Unfortunately one of the main attractions for me in hot weather is the pool, but this was out of action for my stay. No cafe on site as advertised on Hotels, but close by, open during business hours. Great low key restaurants in Wells/Coventry streets behind hotel. A favourite.

They need to lift their game Gym and pool towels are not provided you use your room towels, then when you want to shower and order new towels you have to wait 1/2 hour for house keeping to arrive. There is no restaurant on or near by café around the corner but closed on the weekends We stayed more than one night tea coffee and milk wasn’t supplied each day Find somewhere else to stay

This hotel is small apartments. There is a small full kitchen in room if you want to cook. Hotel restaurant is not open but they will deliver uber eats to your room. There are cafes around the corner for breakfast. There is an iga and a woolworths a few minutes walk. The tram to the city is put the front and the botanical gardens are across the road. Close enough to the city without being in the chaos.

This hotel was close to the Shrine of Remembrance tram stop, so it was easy to get around without a car. Its an easy walk to the Royal Botanic Gardens and the Shrine of Remembrance. It was handy having a kitchenette and there's a grocery store right around the corner. It's an older place but secure and safe.

Some good cheap eats nearby, open on a Sunday evening which was nice. Apartment style room that was fully appointed. Could do with a couple more glasses perhaps.

The location is perfect and just a 25 min walk into the centre of the city, the staff were lovely and the apartment was spacious but just lacked some kitchen implements etc. it does need a refresh but was fine for us - tram stop a couple of mins walk and the Shrine of Remembrance just across the road and well worth a visit.
