Check in was convenient, so was driving into the parking area and finding a spot to park the car. The rooms looked tidy and clean, but there were some spider webs at the entrance door of the room, on the ceilings, around bed and corners of the room, although it wasn't a major issue. It was nicely quite and we liked the peaceful atmosphere of it.

We originally were staying in the two bedroom apartment. The walls, floors, and cupboards were filthy. The whole place felt dirty. The tv and remote didn’t work, the phone didn’t work, we were staying with four people and only had one fork and one bowl in our full kitchen. The taps in the bathroom didn’t work and we had no hot water. Honestly nothing good to say about it. We were then changed to a family suite. This was better and cleaner. The curtains and blinds were still filthy with and had what looked like blood. The toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall and none of the lamps in the bedroom had globes in them. Reports of junkies in the Carpark and rooms that can be rented by the hour. Won’t be staying here again.

The room was larger than normal and the king size bed was very comfortable. It was quiet and having onsite parking was comforting but the airconditioner was noisy and the bathroom, newly renovated was not ery clean, mold in corner of shower etc.

Was ok for the price, found an ear plug on the floor next to bed which was a bit yuck. Also the so called tarot card reader in room 20 at the end seemed to have way to many 2 minute visitors at all hours of the night which wasn’t great to be near and hear at all hours especially with kids in our room as well.

Around the bottom of the shower was mouldy The people 2 doors down were up all night talking then at approximately 7am they was outside my room talking very loud Share some consideration towards others who are trying to sleep Only 1 coffee cup in the room

King size bed had a foam mattress, I sunk in matress like a beach hamack, could not sleep for more than one hour per night, I obviously exceeded weight for matress, nothing on website king bed is foam and weight limit of ...kilos?

While the staff was friendly and tried to help as much as they could, the Wi-Fi system was significantly deficient. The only place you could get a reliable signal was in the reception office. This made the whole experience less than enjoyable

We stayed at the hotel for a week. The family room was very comfy, super clean and spacious, with personalised/great service provided by the hotel staff. Jenny made a beautiful bouquet and left it in our room for my wife’s birthday - I was extremely impressed by the excellent customer service provided by Jenny, Chris and the house keeping staff. I will no doubt stay in the hotel when we visit Melbourne next time.

Hotel is very close to the freeway and surprisingly quiet. Most comfortable bed!!! Room furnishings and layout vary nice. New owners are lovely people and they are in the process of upgrading bathrooms which are fine but a little dated. Breakfast was included. Excellent value for money.

Overnight stay while visiting from regional Victoria. Received an upgrade on checkin which was nice. Room was very good and pretty quiet even though it was a Saturday night and quite busy. Also very clean and comfortable. Included continental breakfast is a bonus. Our motel of choice in the future.

Close to food outlets & takeaway. Restaurants on premises was closed so had to go out to get breakfast etc. Rooms were clean, lacking power points. Newly renovated bathroom. Comfy beds.

The room only had two bath towels, two hand towels and no face towels. One tiny bar of soap. We asked for adjoining rooms and were given two rooms on opposite sides of the entrance. It met the needs of a close place to stay for a coupe of days. We wanted to check out early, but they don’t offer refunds unless you know more than 24 hours in advance. No exceptions. I was disappointed in that.

Other than being convenient to where I needed to be the hotel itself was lacking. Poorly repaired dings all over the walls, mould all through the bathroom, fixings falling off walls and cleaning staff left the toilet seat half off the toilet and felt this was acceptable. Poor WiFi, no on site restaurant/room service. Only stayed one night but would suggest paying the same price would get you a lot more elsewhere

First the good stuff. Parking was easy and right outside my room- good during the rainy season. The desk clerks were nice and pleasant. The bed was clean and the room itself was clean. I used the fridge, kettle and the hair dryer, and these were fine. The not so good stuff: the carpet was torn, the shower plumbing leaked and sprayed from a connection point down low, the locks on the door were non-functional (door chain with both parts screwed into the door frame instead of one part on the actual door, and a turn lock that did nothing). The worst was my room was apparently double booked so strangers were trying to get in late at night. I told them through the door that it was occupied but they came back with a clerk that proceeded to open the door until I spoke up again. The clerk quickly apologized and left but I ended up moving a chair to block the door just for some mental comfort while I slept. It was expensive for how outdated and rundown the interior was but maybe I'm just not used to Aussie prices yet. The walls are thin enough I could hear neighbors watching tv and chatting. I brought my white noise machine just in case, so I could sleep undisturbed and was glad I did. It looks much nicer in the picture.
