Fantastic family hotel right in the heart of Flaine. Everything was great - the room was a good size and lots of storage, the buffet was very good and lots of different options. The Spa and pool was very nice and never too crowded. The games area was brilliant for the kids. We really enjoyed our stay there.

The hotel is great with quirky styling and a down to earth atmosphere however, it's a trendy place to be and is open to non-residents who visit to enjoy the bar and free facilities. In the week we stayed it was a madhouse with young children, under 5's, running around out of control. It meant we couldn't enjoy the facilities as much as we would have liked. We booked the hotel because of all the amenities, somehow those amenities need to be reserved for those who have paid to stay there I guess?

Great spacious room (note was superior room) with impeccable cleanliness and living area. There was a small sofa, large TV, fridge, sink, kettle and coffee maker. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The bar was reasonably priced compared to local businesses. The buffet breakfast was excellent. I didn't use the on site ski hire as I found something cheaper on alpinresort.com but the skis did look in good condition and perhaps worth paying the extra for the convenience. Easy walk to the slopes. They were accommodating with late checkout - room check out is 11 am and they offered storage and shower facilities.

This turned out to be a great place to stay. Clean, modern inside. Has a great ski hire/boot room on-site which is super easy. Room was a good size, double bed for me which was comfy. Hot water all the time. Only ate once at the buffet which was good albeit mountain prices though I am told chips did not feature once all week! Staff are really friendly and there is a bar for the late evening lounging around with some good drinks. Hotel is a few minutes from the lifts so not a chore when coming back - no real ski back though. Worth noting as a resort it is quiet so don't expect to be heading back in the early hours to your room.

Stayed for a 3 night short stay, arriving at midday on a Friday. By 12:30 we were on the slopes, with equipment available in hotel to hire, and lift passes sorted ahead of time with hotel. Very short walk to slopes. Staff very helpful. Breakfast excellent. Spa, steam room, and sauna new and clean, and much appreciated when off slopes. We never fully utilised on site bar, but did enjoy sushi meal which also excellent. Rooms are not the largest, but well appointed, very clean and functional. Felt we got good value. Our pick up was at 13:45 on Monday and skied until 13:00, hotel has change room you can use with shower, staff helping us to maximise time on the slopes. Overall great weekend.

Nous avons passé une petite semaine dans ce magnifique hôtel. Le meilleur que nous avons pu faire de toutes nos vacances. Prestations multiples de qualités. C'est un budget mais totalement justifié. Chambre belle, moderne et propre. Buffet du matin et du soir très variés. Quantité et qualité. Le bar est super beau. Grande salle avec déco en vraie bibliothèque,cheminée, lustres très beau. On peut s'occuper avec le billard, fléchettes, jeux d'arcades, ping pong, baby foot etc... La boutique et la location de ski au sein même de l'hôtel montre le professionnalisme de l'hôtel. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est nickel car à l'entrée du village et à même pas 5 min du pied des pistes. Le personnel est au top. Et que dire du spa ! Sauna Hammam et piscine en illimité ! Les soins à rajouter sont super (massages). Le spa a son propre personnel. Le seul petit bémol, que la station n'y peut rien, c'est que le village et donc cet hôtel, est envahit d'anglais, qui n'hésitent pas à laisser leur respect chez eux. Sûrement pour alléger leur valise, j'imagine... Je recommande totalement cet hôtel et nous y retournerons le plus vite possible.

Fabulous hotel. Party of 8 friends. Super friendly service. Great food. Sauna, steam and pool excellent (albeit bit busy as we were there for French half term). Would definitely recommend and go again.

Myself and my partner stayed for 4 nights over NYE. The rooms were clean, modern and comfy. The drinks are cheap and there is so much to do at the hotel, the bar is welcoming with a big, warm, open fire which is perfect following a days skiing. The on-site ski shop provides really good quality equipment and has lockers to store it all afterwards. The buffet is absolutely rammed full of food, including Oysters...! Would recommend the cheese restaurant and the truffle cheese fondue! 10/10 hotel.

Fantastic family hotel right in the heart of Flaine. Everything was great - the room was a good size and lots of storage, the buffet was very good and lots of different options. The Spa and pool was very nice and never too crowded. The games area was brilliant for the kids. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Location was reasonable, but definitely not ski in ski out. The room we were allocated was very small and badly designed with exceptionally bad lighting. Only room for one chair in a room for two people.

The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The bar was reasonably priced compared to local businesses. The buffet breakfast was excellent. This turned out to be a great place to stay. Clean, modern inside. Has a great ski hire/boot room on-site which is super easy. Room was a good size, double bed for me which was comfy. Hot water all the time. Only ate once at the buffet which was good albeit mountain prices though I am told chips did not feature once all week! Staff are really friendly and there is a bar for the late evening lounging around with some good drinks. Hotel is a few minutes from the lifts so not a chore when coming back - no real ski back though. Worth noting as a resort it is quiet so don't expect to be heading back in the early hours to your room.

Stayed for a 3 night short stay, arriving at midday on a Friday. By 12:30 we were on the slopes, with equipment available in hotel to hire, and lift passes sorted ahead of time with hotel. Very short walk to slopes. Staff very helpful. Breakfast excellent. Spa, steam room, and sauna new and clean, and much appreciated when off slopes. We never fully utilised on site bar, but did enjoy sushi meal which also excellent. Rooms are not the largest, but well appointed, very clean and functional. Felt we got good value. Our pick up was at 13:45 on Monday and skied until 13:00, hotel has change room you can use with shower, staff helping us to maximise time on the slopes. Overall great weekend.

Fantastic family hotel right in the heart of Flaine. Everything was great - the room was a good size and lots of storage, the buffet was very good and lots of different options. The Spa and pool was very nice and never too crowded. The games area was brilliant for the kids. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Location was reasonable, but definitely not ski in ski out. The room we were allocated was very small and badly designed with exceptionally bad lighting. Only room for one chair in a room for two people.

Nous avons passé une petite semaine dans ce magnifique hôtel. Le meilleur que nous avons pu faire de toutes nos vacances. Prestations multiples de qualités. C'est un budget mais totalement justifié. Chambre belle, moderne et propre. Buffet du matin et du soir très variés. Quantité et qualité. Le bar est super beau. Grande salle avec déco en vraie bibliothèque,cheminée, lustres très beau. On peut s'occuper avec le billard, fléchettes, jeux d'arcades, ping pong, baby foot etc... La boutique et la location de ski au sein même de l'hôtel montre le professionnalisme de l'hôtel. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est nickel car à l'entrée du village et à même pas 5 min du pied des pistes. Le personnel est au top. Et que dire du spa ! Sauna Hammam et piscine en illimité ! Les soins à rajouter sont super (massages). Le spa a son propre personnel. Le seul petit bémol, que la station n'y peut rien, c'est que le village et donc cet hôtel, est envahit d'anglais, qui n'hésitent pas à laisser leur respect chez eux. Sûrement pour alléger leur valise, j'imagine... Je recommande totalement cet hôtel et nous y retournerons le plus vite possible.

Myself and my partner stayed for 4 nights over NYE. The rooms were clean, modern and comfy. The drinks are cheap and there is so much to do at the hotel, the bar is welcoming with a big, warm, open fire which is perfect following a days skiing. The on-site ski shop provides really good quality equipment and has lockers to store it all afterwards. The buffet is absolutely rammed full of food, including Oysters...! Would recommend the cheese restaurant and the truffle cheese fondue! 10/10 hotel.

Stayed one night. I would say the room was very small for the price. However , it was compact and had everything you needed. The Asian buffet was Fantastic and my children who are 7 years found plenty to eat and enjoy. I visited the spa/pool briefly , it was pleasant and there were added touches like goggles for the children to loan and fresh towels. Also, refreshments were available. I found all the staff to be exceptionally nice and very accommodating. I would say nothing was too much for them and they made me feel very welcome. I would definitely return to this hotel.
