Camino Real Pedregal Mexico

Pesimo servicio respecto a politicas de estacionamiento, pregunte al respecto sobre pagar a la salida a pesar de tardar unas horas mas, en el lobby comentaron que respetarian tarifa de huespedes, al terminar la estancia y regresar unas horas despues, me cobraron 2000 pesos solo por estacionamiento. No vuelvo

Todo bien excepto que te cobran el estacionamiento y el buffet está demasiado caro

The elevator didn’t work correctly, it was terrifying. The key stopped working 30 minutos befire our check out. Nobody answered the phone on room service or front desk

This is my 4 time staying at the hotel. All the times it was very good this time the quality and cleanliness of the hotel has dropped drastically. My room smelled horrible. My comforter had a stained it was never changed during my stay. The gym has no wipes thus it is disgusting the gym women’s bathroom had no soap. I do not know what happened if managers had been changed. But it is sad to see a place i used to enjoy staying decay at this point. I am planning to stay one more time to see if this was just a fluke. If it does not improve this time. I won’t be using them again.

Stay was just ok. Room was clean but if you are used to the one in Polanco you will get a very different experience. Restaurant is good and the service is very acceptable. Service from the front desk is good too, just according with what you expect. the main issue that we had was getting the car upon checking out because we had a Coat in the back of the seat that never appeared, but we are very sure that it was there, so we estimate that was basically stolen from someone in the valet parking. It was a shame but unfortunately, it's something kind of common in Mexico. I visit Mexico very often and usually stay by the Reforma area. I just went this time to the south because the Reforma hotels were full. I look forward to coming back again to Mexico but to a different place.

Elevators have been out of service for a while. 2 out of 3 work the other ones has been on repair since June.

There’s no airport shuttle as adviertised. Also the restaurant prices are way out of average for the hotel type.

I didnt like to pay extra for parking

The general maintenance conditions of the hotel are very poor for a hotel in this category. I had to request changing my room 2 times. The first time because when we arrived in the room there was a smell of moisture. When trying to contact reception, the room telephone did not work. I tried to go down to the lobby, but the elevator did not work properly. So I changed room. When we arrived at night, we realized that in the new room, the air conditioning was not working. At 5.30am as we couldn't sleep because the enclosed space and no air conditioning, we request maintenance to check the issue. They never went up until I had to go downstaris again to complain. Maintenance personnel went then up and tried to repair it for more than 40 minutes, we were obviously upset and without sleep. Finally, the air could not be repaired because the pipes were obstructed according to the diagnosis of the hotel personnel itself. So we were changed to a Master Suite, in this last room I finally met the minimum conditions of a hotel in that category. We booked 2 bedrooms, because we traveled with another family, they suffered something similar, the air conditioning did not work properly, and the drain in the shower was obstructed too. It should be noted that the staff was always kind and willing to try to solve the problem. However, I understand that it is not in their possibilities, because it is an issue outside of their hands beyond their will.

Clean room

En el baño de la habitación había pelos en la regadera y la tarja. Se ve que ni siquiera la limpiaron antes de entregarla. También las alfombras se ven y se sienten sucias. No hay limpieza en los cuartos.

Very Clean, Very Friendly Staff

This is my 4 time staying at the hotel. All the times it was very good this time the quality and cleanliness of the hotel has dropped drastically. My room smelled horrible. En general todo limpio y con mucho orden

La limpieza fatal, no dejaron toallas limpias para manos , el espejo del baño asqueroso, no limpiaron bien el baño, el servicio mal pedí el desayuno les faltaron cosas! Pésimo el edredón de la cama demasiado pesado

Lamentablemente la habitación que nos ofrecieron en un principio, estaba llena de cabellos, el area de trabajo estaba sucia, no se limpió y peor aún, una sabana tenia sangre, gotas de sangre!! T E R R I B L E

The rooms a very clean. The staff was always friendly, helpful, efficient and anticipate my needs. I have a very positive experience that I decided to stay longer at the hotel.

Overall, the hotel staff is very friendly and attentive. Some of the staff at the main restaurant could use some improvement in their guest service. The hotel is situated directly on a highway, which results in considerable outside noise. The rooms, as do the hallways, are in desperate need of an upgrade.

Me gusto la ubicacion del hotel, todos los servicios son excelentes. Los cuartos me parecen anticuados

El hotel ya se ve algo pasado de moda. El mobiliario es antiguo. El elevador deprimente. El estacionamiento con esos tubos fluorescentes que se ven tan antiguos.... la entrada es muy fea. complicado llegar desde el Sur. Lo mejor las camas, muy cómodas, y el jabón y champú de marca que es muy bueno. El desayuno es aceptable El baño olía a tubería. Si tu habitación da al periférico se escuchan mucho los ruidos, no está las habitaciones aisladas acústicamente. Diría que no es recomendable y que deja mucho que desear. Nivel medio / medio-bajo. Le hace falta una buena remodelación.

Front desk service, terrible, lack of service. Only one person long line waiting . By phone never answer and when they do so, put you on hold forever

El personal es súper amable

El check in estuvo tremendo me dieron una habitación y estaba ocupada y después me dieron otra habitación y para colmo estaba también ocupada es el colmo que dos veces tuvieron el mismo error que no se vale ! La verdad no volveré a llegar se me hizo muy mal ese tipo de errores en el registro No volveré a llegar a este hotel ! Aparte tardaron casi dos horas en resolver el problema

No localizaban la reservación En espera casi 3 horas después de la hora en que informaron que asignarían la habitación 40 minutos para que entregaran las maletas

Me he hospedado muchas veces en esta propiedad sin problema, pero esta vez el trato recibido por parte de la persona encargada de recepción fue terrible. Me dio unas llaves que no eran de mi habitación y me nego los beneficios que me correspondian. Fue extremadamente grosera y 0 actitud de servicio al cliente.

The hotel was ok because it was close to my family but I think is kind of dated and next to a very congested area in terms of cars, but that’s Mexico City everywhere

Convenient and safe location

Very convenient if you need access to the hospital. Traffic was a little crazy to drive in the surrounding area so being able to walk from hotel to hospital was perfect

Me encantan las instalaciones del hotel, el trato del personal y la ubicación.

Me gusta el hotel esta muy bien. No hay manera de moverse a menos de que sea en taxi o uber y no hay restaurantes cerca del lugar solo los del hotel que tampoco ofrecen mucha variedad. Si el transporte es taxi o uber esta bien de otro modo no hay opciones

Todo muy bonito, se descansa muy bien. Y tiene la plaza Artz enfrente, la cual es muy bonita en estructura, restaurantes muy ricos y demás.

La comida y el servicio son muy amables. La comida en tomo service es rápida y buena

El hotel me pareció excelente. La comida en los dos restaurantes (el de abajo y el bar de arriba), bastante mala y demasiado cara por lo que se ofrece. Muy pobre la presentación y preparación así como la decoración de las mesas.

There was just always a little something wrong. No hot water …no coffee, only one cup. No sugar or cream in the room, room never got just cold enough. That sort of thing. Good, I’d stay here again. Didn’t care for the restaurants at all. Nothing was really good. Kinda expensive for sandwiches for one evening I thought. And they were just ok. The room was clean . Nice comforter and pillows.

Desayuno bufete caro para lo limitado que está, camino Real Santa fe tiene mismo precio y es diez veces mejor

Un lugar acogedor, la atención es muy buena los restaurantes, en especial el Maria Bonita con un muy buen menú.

Buena propiedad físicamente pero su restaurante fatal, precios muy altos y deficiente calidad en los mismos

En general todo estuvo bien, solamente los alimentos no estuvieron ricos en el restaurante y eran algo elevados los precios.
