Hotel proprio sotto la rocca del principato di Monaco ma anche vicinissimo al porto, con parcheggio (a pagamento ma da loro scontato) proprio di fronte alla struttura (chiedete informazioni sul piano dove andare per uscire direttamente all’hotel). Ottima la colazione, personale gentile, stanza perfetta. Ci ritornerei sicuramente.

Lovely staff, especially the ladies who looked after us during breakfast and the man on reception late at night. Breakfast was filling. Cleaners are friendly and did a great job. Bathroom is excellent, really good shower. Iron was available on request. Unfortunately the air con was incredibly loud, almost like a washing machine was in the room. It really ruined my sleep, we had to turn it off and then the room was very hot. However, for a hotel in Monaco, it’s a good price.

Clean, staff very nice and helpful, excellent location, the convenience of a small Italian restaurant downstairs.

Best bang for your buck and most convenient for location in the centre. Upon arrival the room that was assigned to us had an issue with the air conditioner leaking on to the floor, they were quick to rectify the issue and assign me to another room.

Room was tidy and location was good, no working air con so room was extremely hot unless balcony window was open. Staff checking in was lovely but unfortunately checking out was as polite. The beds weren’t overly comfy but done the job for 2 nights

Hotellet er svært at finde. Absolut uæstetisk hotel over alt. Dårlig stand og rengøring. Der var sort skimmelsvamp på badeværelse. Mit værelse lår i en anden del af bygningen i forhold til elevatoren, langt fra den, men jeg kunne høre larm fra den hele tiden. Anbefaler at have ørepropper med. Arrogant personale. Meget ringe værdi for pengene.

The photos of the property are misleading because the actual condition of the hotel is a lot worse. The AC in the lobby has a moldy smell. The floors in the room were stained, the shower was very dirty and the drain didn’t work properly. The mirror in the bathroom was not clean. The safe in our room was broken and didn’t work at all and there isn’t a proper lock on the door to lock inside of the room when you are sleeping which made us feel unsafe. The location is great and close to everything. The reception were not very friendly and misdirected us to the train. Overall, I wouldn’t come back.

The hotel is well positioned for local transport, shops and the marinas. I was on the 1st floor and there was a nasty smell of drains!!

STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL! I have no clue how it has any positive reviews. The only reason I booked in the first place is because it looks really nice online. The hotel is actually EXTREMELY dingy and smelly. After checking in and going to our room, we noticed the AC was not working so I went downstairs to complain and she said she’ll move us to a new room. After unpacking all of our stuff, we had to repack and move. In the new room, the carpet was full of stains but I didn’t complain. A few days later, a horrible poop smell starting coming from the shower drain. When I asked about this, they said there was a plumbing issue. We couldn’t use our bathroom or stay in our room because the smell was so bad. They offered us a new room again so we had to fully pack and unpack a second time. This room was nicer and bigger, however when I woke up the next morning I noticed blood stains in the sheets. I had also been bitten by bugs in multiple spots. After sending a formal complaint to the hotel manager she is refusing to give a refund! Even before the “plumbing” issue, the elevator smells SO bad that we had to hold our breath and nearly choke each time. Stay away at all costs!!!!!!

De airconditioning werkte niet, vanaf de kamer hoorde je de lift op en neer gaan. Dat was storend. Verder wel netjes en vriendelijk personeel.

The room was tiny and I almost could get into the shower because the door was so small. I get that Monaco real estate is massively expensive but I’m sure you can do better at any other place than this

Some nice staff and some who appear rude and don’t acknowledge you are there when you are standing in front of them. Wasn’t made aware there is building work going on next door. Ok for an overnight stay. Restaurant in the evening was good value and the food was of a good quality.

This was a nice hotel in Monaco and good value for the price- especially compared to most hotels nearby. The rooms were comfortable. The front desk staff was a bit harsh answering questions & asked me to pay for an extra guest to have a friend help me bring my luggage to the room. They were helpful with storing my bags after I checked out for a few hours. The areas was nice and close to many things

Affordable hotel within walking distance of city centre and train station. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is good for the location that it is in. Easy access to all the tourist spots. All the staff there very friendly and helpful. Outside the property they had workmen digging a large hole probably for new mains. But that did not bother me. Just made access to the front door to the hotel from the street inaccessible . but you could get there on the side and walk down to the main entrance. All in all we our enjoyed our trip. would go again and recommend the Hotel Ambassdor Monaco. Mr & Mrs A Smith

You're in Monaco, you don't want to spend €500 a night then this place is perfect. You're a 3min walk from the Rasscass bend, a 10min walk from the train station. Great for people who use the room for sleeping and not hanging out in it all day.

A great accommodation option in Monaco. Simple hotel, but with an excellent location in Monaco. A few meters from the train station. the room is quite small. Considering the average accommodation values ​​in Monaco, this hotel delivers what it promises. Affordable cost considering other accommodation options in the city!

Just next to the Train Station SNCF. Museum, stadium and le Jardin are close by. TV is hard to figure out though

The hotel was fine, especially considering the price point. There was a strange kind of sewage smell in the stairway leading up to the rooms that was unpleasant. The breakfast was your basic cold continental breakfast. The rooms were tidy but very basic, no separate conditioner or shampoo just the 2 in one body wash/Shampoo. Bed was comfy, great location also, very close to the Princes Palace.

Das Hotel liegt hervorragend in der Nähe des Hafens von Monaco und ist für den bezahlten Preis auch in Ordnung. Jedoch ist das Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen und es wurde seit Jahren nichts gemacht. Unser Zimmer war mit einem Teppichboden ausgestattet, auf welchem sich rote Anhaftungen befanden. Auch befanden sich diese Flecken an den Wänden. An der Badewanne befanden sich zwei scharfkantige Beschädigungen und das Badezimmer im gesamten war sehr abgewohnt. Das Essen im Hotel war ebenfalls eher unteres Mittelmaß. Es gab typisch französisches Gebäck und eine kleine Auswahl an Wurst, Käse und Aufstrich. Zudem gab es auch Müsli und Cornflakes mit Milch und Kaffee. Jedoch war an beiden Tagen in denen wir im Hotel waren die Auswahl äußerst gering, da die Bediensteten nicht richtig aufgefüllt haben. Auch wurden die Tische nicht abgeräumt. Für 1-2 Tage ist das Hotel annehmbar jedoch trotzdem keine Empfehlung.

Très bruyant et petit déjeuner avec des produits industriels

Eine tolle und empfehlenswerte Unterkunft im Zentrum von Monaco. Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Hotel könnte zwar eine Renovierung vertragen, doch generell ist es absolut zu empfehlen. Verbesserungswürdig wäre das Frühstück, dieses ist leider sehr karg, die Brötchen Aufbackbrötchen, der Kaffee ...einer reichte. Aber das lässt sich ja am schnellstem ändern. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Mention spéciale pour l'équipe de l'hôtel et du restaurant le matin. Les deux personnes sont très à l'écoute et attentives pour satisfaire les clients. Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment varié et copieux. Le buffet comprend plusieurs gâteaux faits maison et des produits salés (fromages et jambon). Les boissons chaudes sont servies à table par une personne souriante et efficace. La chambre est propre et la literie de qualité. De bons conseils pour visiter Monaco, merci à vous!

Excellent emplacement, literie assez confortable et propre. Point négatif : utiliser un sachet de thé dans votre chambre vous coutera 3€50. Sinon, le restaurant en bas de l'hotel est excellent et l'accueil chaleureux !
