quarto impecável! Sempre limpo, passamos o ano novo neste hotel, foram gentis em colocar uma caixa de bombons e uma champanhe no quarto pra gente. A localização é perfeita. Café da manhã excelente. O único ponto negativo era academia que estava fechada e não fomos informados anteriormente, mas como a localização do hotel é simplesmente em frente à orla, pode fazer corridas com um visual incrível. No final valeu muito a pena porque os dias estavam lindos!

Amazing location. Travelled with my husvand and our 8 year old daughter. We had a great room with a view. The la moma restaurant at the 6th floor had breathtaking views. Walkimg distance to the Casino, shops and restaurants. The only negative, the gym was not up to standards. However we were able to use Hercules Fitness thats 5 min walk. Only $25 fee for a day.

For being such an expensive High end Hotel there was MOLD IN THE SHOWER and NO BODY WASH, nor in the shower nor sink, we called the front desk and they were trying to help but nothing, all it takes is VINIGER to wash the heavy mold of the shower floor and walls, the breakfast buffet was COLD AND STALE, no variety for the KIND OF HOTEL IT IS VERY DISAPOINTED SAD AND ANGRY ALL AT ONCE, $833.00, is a lot of Money for one night for this conditions MEVER THE LESS THE BREAKFAST, please take this hotel off Your list, this has been my first bad comment, not letting me add pictures

We have been coming to the hotel now for thirteen years, however felt quite disappointed on this occasion. On arrival we went to our room on the 5th floor. Little did we know how utterly noisy this one. As we were directly under the restaurant. All through dinner service till approx 3am we had to endure tables scraping and consistent noise, then for breakfast service from approx 5:30am. This happened on both Friday and Saturday. Sunday we managed to savage a little sleep but our short stay was over. The cleanliness and amenities in the room were very disappointing under the dressing table area by the bin it looked as though someone had thrown a drink up the wall but this had not been cleaned, we had to ask for toilet paper, and on this occasion we actually did require the seeing kit and this was empty. The breakfast has always been small and delicious, however every morning the hot items were freezing cold and very rarely replenished. It’s like the standards have slipped sadly. And they me be very minor things but this isn’t the standard other guests would expect when maybe visiting for the first time. We always favoured the Port Palace over any of the other hotels due to the location. However I do feel there are now far better hotels for sometimes a lot less money. Very dissatisfied on this occasion.

This was an excellent hotel. Views were spectacular and location couldn’t have been better. Rooms were very spacious and very comfortable. Very clean and quiet. Slept like a baby after the whole day excursion of the city! Would absolutely recommend!

We stayed 4 nights at the Hotel Port Palace in a junior suite. The room and view were wonderful and the staff were friendly. The first 2 nights we had very broken sleep due to the noise (loud music after 11.45pm - then cleaning, and banging noises after that) from the restaurant, 1 floor above. We were told the restaurant was a separate entity when we called to complain. The next morning we asked to be moved and wasted 4 hours while the hotel staff tried to make this happen. We were eventually moved 2 levels below the original room. The new unit had the same loud music and banging noises! We would NOT stay here again.

Budget wouldn’t run to the MCB or Fairmont on this occasion but my junior suite at the Port Palace was large and very well appointed. My only complaint would be the rather slow and temperamental WiFi

Nous avons réservé pour 1 nuit dans l'hotel tout aller pour le mieux, un très bon accueil , une très belle chambre propre rien à redire sur cette aspect là. Aucune indication précise que les produits dans la chambre mis à notre disposition étaient payants. Au moment ou nous sommes venus récupérer nos bagages à la bagagerie, c'est à dire trois heures après avoir rendu la chambre, nous avons du payer 187 euros. Ils nous ont informé à cet instant qu'il était obligatoire de tout rembourser. Mis sur le fait nous n'avons rien osé dire. En tout cas nous ne reviendrons plus dans cet hotel.

Staff were warm friendly and helpful. Loved the spectacular location, luxurious and spacious room, a stay convenient to restaurants cafes and attractions but also a real sense of place with the super yachts literally at the tips of your toes. The breakfast is well worth adding on and set up at the 6th floor overlooking the marina, wonderful offerings and healthy choices.

The front desk personnel were wonderful. Extremely helpful in booking local taxis as well as taxi to airport. The location couldn’t be better. Stunning views right into the harbor. Spacious suite on 3rd floor. Within walking distance to everything. Can’t wait to go back!

We had a beautiful view of the water with our large, spacious room. Timothy was unbelievably helpful and recommended/secured 2 amazing restaurants for us. The location was perfect and easy to get to all of the shopping/casinos. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel Port Palace is centrally located! Easy walk to the port across the street, Cafe Milano Italian restaurant and a few minutes up the street the casino! The hotel is well kept with wonderful aesthetic! I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay there again 😍
