Wonderful buffet breakfast. About 15 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Comfortable beds. Nice to have the pool table and ping pong table. 200 meters to train station. Wonderful helpful staff: Cloe and Florence were super helpful and friendly.

This hotel was ideal for us - very easy walking distance to anything in Monaco - about half way up the hill. A 5-minute walk to both the Casino and the train station, plus easy walk to marina and also Prince's Palace / le Rocher area. Rooms are clean, comfortable and modern. We ate dinner in the restaurant, which was delicious. Staff was friendly, efficient, and helpful. Parking is conveniently underground on a floor reserved for Novotel. Lovely common areas. We would definitely return to Novotel Monte Carlo.

The reception area and the restaurant are very nice and well taken care of. The room we were in was okay but the floor looked dirty. The bathroom looked new. The pool needs some updating and one of tye blinds around the pool had just been cut off at the top rather than being taken down. The towels at the pool were worn and the loungers covered in marks. The terrace could be lovely but instead the rain covers had been taken off and thrown on the floor.

The property is very bright and modern and nicely furnished. Only ate once at the hotel as service was poor although the waiter was friendly. Very efficient and welcoming check in, check out very quick. Pool was closed for a day and a half for undisclosed reasons

We had a suite with a terrace. The view was amazing, room was clean and large. There was stuff in the room that seemed complimentary, but they never said it was so we just didn’t touch it. Staff was nice and generally helpful. Only a few but major complaints. The shower head is very low and not adjustable with terrible water pressure. It’s also weirdly positioned behind the bathroom door, so it always felt like we would break the shower door. There aren’t very many outlets/they’re oddly placed. THE POOL CLOSES AT 7PM. I was most annoyed about the pool because after a long, hot day of walking around and sightseeing, all I wanted to do was get into the pool. It’s also weird because the pool bar didn’t close until almost 10pm. Make it make sense.

Normally a quiet and relaxing hotel we know there is always building work going on in monaco however having a new tower being built within close proximity nothing on the website mentioned this otherwise we would had selected an alternative also a large crane blocking the sun didn’t help the pool area.

Great position but room was dirty lots of dust and fluff in corners and under the bed. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Our taxi took a long time anc preferential treatment was given to others. I guess thats what Monaco is all about !

The hotel is well situated near the train station and walkable to casino area and marina. The room was average — fridge/minibar didn’t work, the door had to be slammed to catch the locking mechanism otherwise could push open the door, not sure if the air con worked (opened the door to regulate room temperature), hair dryer was weak, and lots of dust bunnies under the sofa bed! The water pressure and temperature was good. The included breakfast was good — lots of variety and good taste. Overall, liked the hotel but felt like the room I received was a back up room that doesn’t get used much.

Beds were uncomfortable. no fitted sheets nor a sheet large enough to tuck it under the mattress properly. Loud and hot mattress cover also. Lots of stains/fingerprints/hand prints on walls and other surfaces. Pool was nice but Wouldn’t return.

Wish I could stay longer! Wonderful hotel in Monaco. Always try to stay there when available for the Grand Prix. The room I was given was absolutely fabulous. I was so spacious. I was very, very pleased! I think it was an upgrade.

La stanza non aveva il minibar acceso, l'aria condizionata non raffreddava quasi per niente, l'asciugacapelli non funzionava, il materasso aveva una fodera di plastica che non ha smesso di vibrare per tutta la notte e, infine, la mia tariffa era di quasi 600 dollari più il parcheggio e 4 ore dopo era di 320 dollari. Si sono rifiutati di rimborsarmi la differenza. Non userei più quella catena, bisogna stare attenti alle loro condizioni di prenotazione.

This was a very nice property for a quick stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and pretty. The main downfall for us was the pillows on the bed. The mattress was memory foam and top notch but I guess all the budget went to that because the pillows were probably the worst we’ve ever slept on in a hotel. Almost like a sofa throw pillow put on a bed. Also the rooms AC was lackluster with no airflow so we felt hot and stuffy. I would recommend this hotel for a quick stay as it’s perfectly located and walkable to everything. Just bring your own pillow.

Very bad. Shower was tiny,(I’m 6’2 and didn’t fit under it, but it’s about 5’11.) there was also no shower door so everything got wet, and it is very slippery. The toilet is in a different room than the sink, there are no king beds like their page suggests, It is not is a good location at all, very far away from everything and hilly, and the whole place smells like body odor. Do not stay here PLEASE.

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Monte Carlo, we were offered an upgraded room before arriving and took up this offer and we were so glad we did, the room was amazing, very spacious and the views over the harbour and the sea were spectacular. The bathroom was small and the shower quite low but manageable for a short stay. The staff were good, helpful and we enjoyed our stay very much.

I booked my room prepaid months in advance, that was listed as accommodating 3-4 people. When we got there, the manager insisted we purchase a second room since we wouldn’t be “comfortable” in the room we had booked with 4. I had already pre-paid and arrived in Monaco so my hands were tied and those (insert expletive*) knew… another $500 down the drain for a room we didn’t even use. Thanks Novotel. Horrific customer service and accommodations. Will never be returning.

We found the hotel easily, and from the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. Isabel at the front desk greeted us warmly and took the time to explain all the hotel facilities, which made us feel at home right away. The room was excellent—spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay. We would gladly return in the future!

Management were fantastic, went above and beyond to make our stay special due to it being a 21st and 60th birthday celebration. Exceptional customer service and we will most definitely return. The view from the terrace was amazing, overlooking Port Hercule and out to sea, we didn’t spend too much time in the room unfortunately but everything was great, complimentary mini bar restocked daily (soft drinks and few snacks), that was a nice touch. Casino square was a short 6/7 minute walk, so the location was ideal. To sum it up, we will definitely return and would highly recommend to anyone thinking about visiting Monte Carlo. Special thanks to Mr Rapin for his impeccable customer service.

This is a large chain with many hotels in the area, the main area is quite clean and the hotel has good security. The issue is in the details, it feels like staff tolerate that you exist but don’t want to bother with you, few smiles or greetings. So you feel like an unwanted guest. (Except for the breakfast staff). Our hotel room had mold in the bathroom, but bed was clean. We had an issue with the older male bartender as he was extremely rude. We had arrived with an ice bucket in our room with complementary champagne. We had arrived close to midnight so could not enjoy it. During our stay we went to the bar and requested ice to refill it, the bartender grabbed the ice bucket from me abruptly. He would not look at me directly and not speak English, so another bartender had to interpret for him. After pleading, he simply ignored me and the girl that was interpreting said sorry there’s nothing we can do except for giving a different cold bottle.They said they only have 3 ice buckets for the whole hotel (which is crazy for a hotel chain this big). I called the front desk and they told me the same story, that they provide the bottle (for VIP Expedia members) but no ice unless you drink first day. This is absolutely absurd. The man who grabbed the bucket did not apologize and looked angry. Needless to say, we will not recommend and ever go to this chain again.

Great location for the station and 8 minute walk to the casino. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only minor thing is the hotel is situated on a sometimes busy road and we could hear loud cars and motorcycles from our room but it didn’t spoil our stay.

Novotel Monte Carlo is about 5 mins walk to the train station which makes it easy to travel to places like Nice or Cannes There is a supermarket nearby where you can pick up water or soda Breakfast selection is great and start at 6:30am. Hotel provides hand soap, shower gel and shampoo. But I suggest to bring your own hair conditioner. Good experience at Novotel Monte Carlo

We stayed 3 nights for a conference Upon check in we were told breakfast was included However upon checking out at 7am we were asked to pay for the 3rd day breakfast We only had a coffee and a croissant and it was 25.00 euros We balked and said but we were TOLD at check in the breakfast was included As the cab to the airport was coming we paid The key to the room failed twice and we had to get it recharged . The room had no carpet but cold tiles. Only cheap paper tiny cups for cold or hot drinks which didn’t work so well . No dressing gown Sink in bathroom is designed with no plug so you couldn’t hand wash a thing . I suggest you go to the holiday inn instead

Lovely stay. Great location but a bit out of town so needed taxis. But staff were all lovely. We were half-board. Breakfasts excellent and the seafood dinner on Friday was exceptional. The dinner on Saturday night was very disappointing. However, we would definitely stay again but probably on a B&B basis.

Sejour super, avec parking qui arrive juste a côté de l'hotel. Personnel accueuillant, sympatique et disponible. La chambre etait confortable avec une tres belle vue. La literie était exceptionnelle.
