Great location. Everything we wanted to see and do in Munich was within walking distance. We felt very safe in the neighbourhood around the hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent!! We were disappointed that there was no common area for our group to meet, have a drink and play cards, the common area at the hotel is part of their bar.

The area around the hotel was very busy and loud - but it easy walking distance to the festival grounds where Oktoberfest is held and to the main train station. It is a bit further out from the Marienplatz and main part of town. There is a decent bar in the lobby and they offer luggage storage. There are several dining options near the hotel with cuisines from many different countries.

The hotel was wonderful! Clean with really nice amenities and a lovely room layout. Modern and comfortable lobby. Really great garden courtyard we didn’t enjoy because it was pouring. Attentive staff. Would stay again and recommend, esp for the proximity to Oktoberfest.

Mein Einzelzimmer war zwar sehr klein aber da die Einrichtung super durchdacht ist fällt das absolut nicht ins Gewicht. Es gibt eine geräumige Dusche, einen Kühlschrank, ein kleines "Schrankabteil", Schreibtisch und sogar einen Platz direkt am Fenster von dem aus man auf die Straße schauen kann. Was ich allerdings nicht verstehe ist dass die Toilette nicht durch eine Tür vom Schlafzimmer getrennt ist. Das scheint aber wohl grad Mode in Hotels zu sein. Bei einem Einzelzimmer ist das aber nicht sooo das Problem. Auch wenn die Straße tagsüber belebt ist, ist es nachts auch bei geöffnetem Fenster sehr ruhig. Bei geschossenem dürfte Lärm noch weniger ein Problem sein, dieses wirkt sehr dicht. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und es ist gar kein Problem Taschen etc. abzustellen wenn man noch nicht einchecken kann. In der Gegend gibt es sehr viele "orientalische" Supermärkte und Restaurants. Ich habe dort mehrfach gegessen und war begeistert. Von mir eine klare Empfehlung, ich werde gern wiederkommen!

A central location with very quiet rooms and helpful staff. The rooms all face the inner courtyard and have double glazing so they are very quiet and comfortable. The Thereinweise station is only a block away which allows for quick access to the underground.

Breakfast service lady was very unprofessional , cold, almost racist attitude! Breakfast item’s super delicious, healthy and very well prepared!!! Major major parking issues in this hotel I would not go back to this hotel because of the terrible parking situation!

Alles in allem ist das Hotel vom Preis -Leistungsverhältnis okay. Leider waren die Dichtungen an der Duschwand schimmelig und verkalkt. An den Zimmerwänden waren viele Beschädigungen und Flecken. Große Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet. Freundliches Personal.

The hotel was very clean and provided all we needed for our stay. The area was a little sketchy at night time, but once on the property there was no reason to feel unsafe. Hotel staff and housekeeping were very friendly. Eco friendly hotel.

The hotel itself is really good. Room is new, clean and quiet. The bed is really convenient. The staff is very friendly. The room is small (which was not a problem for me at all), and there is no gym. The thing I did not like is the area, which is kind of market street, with noise and dirt all around. It did not feel very safe at times.

The AC in the room did not seem to blow fully, and it got hot at night. We had the windows open to help cool down; however, it became very noisy and woke us up constantly. Other than that, the room was clean and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good and filling as well. It is definitely the place to stay if you plan to go to Oktoberfest.

The property only runs the a/c after May, they advise you to open a window if the room is hot. The area around the hotel is extremely noisy, well into the night and early evening, which makes sleeping with the window open very difficult. The area around the hotel is not good. It's not quiet, there's lots of people just hanging outside the gambling rooms and strip club nearby, drinking, smoking, and yelling at each other. The hotel has 6 floors, but the elevator only goes to 5. If you're given a top floor room, there's an additional flight of stairs. The room itself had a huge pitch in the ceiling, which effectively renders half the room useless if you're taller than 4 foot. The room was clean and had modern amenities.

This property is in a very marginal location, but not far from the Old City (it is NOT, however, in the Old City). The front desk "man" had a horrible and unfriendly attitude - my guess is that he does not like Americans much). Nevertheless, the place is spotless and has virtually every possible amenity. I would NOT stay here again due to its edgy neighborhood.

Wellcome/check in was great. Very helpful reception desk. Comfortable room, enough space. Old but clean towels and bed covers. Delicious open buffet breakfast, especially cold buffet. (Hot part could be developed). Fresh filter cafee. Location could be tricky for young couples and families, street is a bit dark and away from main road. The only issue I faced was that my room was not ready despite the fact that I asked for room cleaning . There was a miscommunication between reception and housekeeping. They apologized and immediately made the room but I had to wait.. Anyway owerall good price/product/service equilibrium. I recommend this hotel, especially for short stays.

Lovely hotel. Very clean. Great breakfast. Polite and helpful staff. Easy walking distance from train terminal and tram links (even with a suitcase). Not too far from tourist attractions. Quiet on floors 2 & 3. Shame about the street it’s on. During our stay in Aug 2024, the street was full of strip clubs, shady phone shops and beggars.

The hotel was clean and quiet, the location was about a 10-minute walk to the train station. The hotel staff was helpful but not very approachable. While the location was not too far away from mass transit the dining options were limited to the many middle eastern restaurants in the area. While this was not a problem for me, my picky children did not enjoy those limitations.
