Construction in the building made communication with the reception difficult (No phone service) but this is a temporary condition. Overall, a very friendly and clean hotel very close to the train station. The hotel restaurant was good and there were good restaurants in the area. Convenient to many kinds of transportation and tours.

Great hotel! Adjoining restaurant was fabulous! We could walk everywhere we needed to go and the train station is just across the street! We didn't get to use the sauna but it was a nice addition! Very pleasant hotel with a great staff. I would definitely stay here again!

Umbebung im Süden des Hbfs ..ist nicht so top..aber halt sehr gute Verbindung zu Ubahn und Zug!!Wellness im Untergeschoß klein aber fein.Check in Problemlos.Betten etwas weich, aber schönes ruhiges großes Zimmer!

The hotel is in an excellent position just a few minutes walk from the station, check in was quick and easy with the help of the very efficient and friendly staff on duty at the time. The rooms and the whole hotel was exceptionally clean this includes the fitness room and the sauna which is not normally available until 5pm but the hotel staff opened up the sauna on request from 7am so we could use it before breakfast. The cold buffet style breakfast was varied and of a very high standard which included hot eggs and bacon cooked to order. The check out was simple and we were able to use the free bag storage facility and spend the rest of our last day in Munich without carrying our bags with us. The quirky nature of the rooms with the clear glass shower cubicles next to the beds provides an interesting talking point but this was not an issue for us.

Very convenient for travelers using trains and buses. Walking distance to the center with many shops and restaurants. Staff are nice and very flexible for our needs. Great sauna was a bonus! It’s a bit sketchy neighborhood since it’s near the central station but I felt safe enough.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel as it was clean, comfortable and in a great location. The train station is on the door step and the centre is a 10 min walk. Modern room design with a fantastic bathroom. I would really recommend staying here.

Hôtel situé à côté de la gare, qui est en travaux actuellement, mais la chambre est très bien isolée. Nous n’avons rien entendu. Hôtel confortable et très propre. J’ai cependant enlevé une étoile, je ne sais pas qui a conçu l’idée, somme toute originale, mais pas pratique, de faire une vitre de douche transparente, donnant sur le lit de la chambre. Ce n’est pas parce que nous sommes en couple, que notre conjoint a envie de nous voir en train de nous laver dans une douche. En dehors de ça, service impeccable, personnel très sympathique, je recommande.

Overall is good to access to Munhen central train station, shopping & dining in Karlsplat. But some construction behind the hotel from early morning to late afternoon was very to take a good rest in hotel. There is no noise in night. Also the speed of free internet would be too slow to do something for work with the notebook.

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel direkt am Hauptbahnhof. Zumindest in unserem Zimmer hat man davon aber nichts mitbekommen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und in gutem Zustand. Negativ anzumerken ist nur, dass die Vorhänge zur verdunkelung lediglich 2/3 der Fenster abdecken und es dadurch relativ hell bleibt. Außerdem ist die dusche nur durch eine Glaswand vom restlichen Zimmer getrennt.

Excellent location right next to the main train station. Breakfast was OK. Rooms are quiet and curtains good at darkening. My room had the space for a fridge that was missing, and the Samsung TV purported to allow casting but did not want to work. The towels were threadbare, however, which I thought odd for such a hotel.

Om the positive side: Super location. Nice spacious room. Comfortable bed. Friendly receptionists. On the negative side: My room was vert cold, and it was not possible to adjunkt the temperature. Poor pillows. All in all: Very good value for money.

I have never stayed in a hotel without a fridge before so that was surprising (I should have checked the amenities as it did not state this but I believe this should be provided as standard these days or at least have ice available). Bed was comfy and air con was good. Good hotel if catching the train for a short stay.

Nice hotel near train station. Through Expedia VIP, we received a room upgrade and were supposed to get a free breakfast each day. However when we went to the restaurant the first two mornings, we were told we could not have breakfast. It wasn’t until the third day that they worked it out. Overall a nice hotel.

Check-in ist extrem umständlich und beim weitem zu lange! Von der Straße gibt es unheimlich viel Lärm die ganze Zeit, und es macht es sehr schwer zu schlafen!! Eine Mitarbeiterin hatte Samstag versprochen, jemanden für die Zimmerreinigung vorbei zu schicken. Dies geschah aber nicht. Das ist echt zu schlecht!! Dieses Hotel würde ich niemandem empfehlen!!

An der Rezeption war eine Junge Dame aus Kroatien, ich glaube Sie hieß Janina. Sie war unglaublich bemüht und wir haben uns sehr gut mit ihr unterhalten. Als wir in der Lobby auf unsere Abreise warteten, konnte ich sie beobachten wie toll sie mit den ankommenden Gästen umgegangen ist. Unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit, hat Koffer geholfen zu tragen. Gratulation, solche Mitarbeiter sollte es mehr geben. Sie ist wirklich sehr herausgestochen!

The Hotel is good, clean, has very nice staff and is convenient for Munich city centre and the main train station. The only issue was the fact that there is a big building site behind the hotel which is very loud from 7am.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Hauptbahnhof was zur folge hat, man muß in der Nacht die Fenster geschlossen halten wegen sehr lauter Lärmbelästigung. Das Personal ist höflich und hilfsbereit. Standartmässig nur alle 2 Tage Zimmerreinigung.

Lovely spot, very handy for the trains. Easy walking to the Old City and a chance to get an experience of Munich. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Nice to sit outside with a coffee in the morning and watch the city go by. 5 minutes to the train station and a nice walk to the Rathaus. Would not hesitate to choose this hotel again when visiting the city.

Zimmer geräumig. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück ok, aber Service schlecht. Eierspeisen werden auf Bestellung geliefert, aber das Personal rennt nur auf und ab, ohne die Bestellung aufzunehmen. Gym dunkel und etwas klein und alt.
