Hotel muito bom, shopping ao lado, estação na frente, atendente Carlos do bar muito educado e simpático, quarto espaçoso. Unico ponto negativo é o horário da limpeza, um dia um rapaz bateu na porta as 08:30 e de imediato já abriu a porta, quando levantei de pijama ele já ia entrar,eu disse que não dava pra limpar aquele horario pois ainda estava dormindo ele ficou insistentemente perguntando um horário para ele ir, eu disse as 14:00 e ele disse que nao podia, eu disse ok. No outro dia uma moça já veio as 09:30, estava dormindo, mas ela não entrou, quando eu disse que não dava pra limprar aquele horário também resmungou e saiu. Fora isso recomendo muito esse hotel.

O hotel mantém a qualidade da marca. Excelente serviço. Não utilizei café da manhã. Na frente de um shopping com excelentes opções de refeição, inclusive café da manhã. Na frente da estação de metrô, há menos de 100mts. Estacionamento custa 25 euros a diária, mas nas redondezas há onde estacionar sem custo. Recomendo. Voltaria.

First the hotel only has a shopping mall near it. Nothing else in walking distance. Had a room service knock on my 2 days in a row with a Do Not Disturb sign on my door. The 2nd day I actually had maid open my door with a DND sign on my door. Spoke to front desk and the 3rd day we were not bothered. Parking was great there and plenty of it. Easy in and out.

Gute Lage mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt nebenan und Anbindung in die Stadt. Es gab auch direkt am Hotel einen Parkplatz der jedoch mit 25€ am Tag doch etwas teuer war.

고급 호텔임에도 불구하고 세면대와 샤워부스의 설계가 완전히 잘못되어 사용 후에 물이 넘쳐서 계속 닦느라 힘들었습니다. 전기 주전자 안은 언제 썼는지 모를 정도로 더러워서 여러 번 닦고 썼는데도 계속 이물질이 떠있는걸 먹은 후 알아서 기분이 안 좋았습니다. 이후 바꿔달라고 했더니 세제를 들고 와서 씻어 보라고 넣어줘서 세척은 했지만 다시 사용하지는 못하겠더군요. 데스크도 별로 친절하지도 않고 항상 무표정한 얼굴로 사무적으로만 응대합니다

Check-in and check-out unfriendly. Glass shards in the room AFTER room service was done. Limited number of towels, coffee was not refilled and just one per person. Bathroom not clean. Location is good with easy parking and easy public transportation into city center.

Sehr bequeme Betten, ausreichendes Frühstücksbuffet, aber: die Dusche war absolut unbrauchbar. Nahezu kein Wasserdruck und die Temperaturregelung unzumutbar. Entweder kalt, oder sofort brennheiß. Armatur am Handwaschbecken verkehrt angeschlossen, bei kalt kam warm und umgekehrt. Viele TV-Sender waren nur mit Bildstörung zu empfangen.

Schönes Hotel direkt an der U-Bahnstation und am Einkaufszentrum Riem Arcaden. Zimmer für drei Personen ausreichend groß, leider steht eine Säule/Pfosten im Zimmer, die mit Zustellbett den Durchgang im Zimmer fast komplett versperrt.

While the staff was quite helpful and professional they dropped the ball on the Air Conditioning. Apparently the owner has decided that the air-con can only be set to 22C or 72F, no cooler. So for those of you who like to sleep cool, you will be out of luck unless it is cool enough outside that an open window will cool the room, but then you have to deal with street noise. We found it hard to sleep with the big duvets on the bed and were constantly kicking it off and pulling it on. No way to sleep. I must applaud Germany for their conservation of energy. We saw many ways that they have used thoughtful ingenuity to conserve energy, but this was the only hotel that sacrificed guest comfort. The location was perfect for us. Maybe 50 steps to the underground, and a massive shopping mall. Lots of restaurant choices nearby too.

Really disappointed in the hotel. I called them before arrival to say that I will not be able to stay the whole 3 days that I am there, to which they refused to change my booking. I was told they will speak to reservations to make a change and get back to me- they never did. They took 3 nights payment for 1 night stay when I was there 10:30pm check in and 7am check out. Unfriendly staff, won’t be staying there again.

The check in was quick although initially i was informed my room wasn’t ready (this was at 5pm) but the receptionist was very nice and also when she found it is my birthday, she arranged for a fruit platter as a birthday gift. I was disappointed when i requested a bottle opener as it I wasn’t available in the room, and even with many calls to the reception and going down to the reception, I didn’t get the opener. The place is next to a shopping mall and many restaurants around. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Would definitely go back in the future.

Schönes Hotel direkt an der U-Bahnstation und am Einkaufszentrum Riem Arcaden. Zimmer für drei Personen ausreichend groß, leider steht eine Säule/Pfosten im Zimmer, die mit Zustellbett den Durchgang im Zimmer fast komplett versperrt.

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times. The rooms and staff are excellent... it is beside the UBahn. Which is every 10 mins. It is also beside Riem Arcaden... which has nice places to eat and shop. Whilst the location is outside the city, you can be in Mariensplaz in less than 30mins

Das Hotel ist in jeder Hinsicht empfehlenswert. Das gesamte Personal ist äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und lecker, für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei. In etwa 20 Minuten Fahrt mit der U2 erreicht man das Zentrum. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ansprechend, eine Safe ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

Das Hotel ist in jeder Hinsicht empfehlenswert. Das gesamte Personal ist äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und lecker, für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei. The noise isolation is not very good. If someone is chi-chatting in the hall way, you can hear it very clearly. The door slamming is also very heavy. The air conditioner takes time to really cool down the room. Fortunately it is convenient and the internet is fast.
