Sauna wasn’t heated which was a let down and went to use it at 10am. Cleaned my room but didn’t change the towels as I had to use them from the flooding shower. Room 129 is above the outside door to the terrace. So your room smells of smoke from the smokers if the windows open. Plus you can hear all the chats from the terrace place.

We stayed at the property for two nights. The first night we did not have Wi-Fi. Plus we were disappointed with the parking situation due to construction. After complaining the next morning, We got moved to a different room which did have Wi-Fi, but the air conditioning was malfunctioning. What a horrible two nights!!!

The location is fine with llaces to eat and drink. As a tourist it was about 10 mins from the stuff we wanted to see. The parking was great and a nice feature. I would stay again

Excellent hotel & good location as it's near the train station. Great breakfast buffet & restaurant. Gym & sauna are very nice. However! Many near-by storefronts are vacant & streets are a bit rough-take a cab back at night. Hopefully the area will be soon revitalized.

Wir bestellten ein 3 Bett Zimmer und erhielten ein 2 Bett Zimmer mit einer Liege. Das Zimmer entsprach nicht der Beschreibung des gebuchten Zimmers. Wir machten das Personal darauf aufmerksam, anscheinend war eine Änderung nicht möglich. Die Abfallkübel im Bad waren noch voll. Auch das Zimmer war nicht gründlich gereinigt worden.

I am really struggling with the current rating of this hotel? 8.3 if this was a two star maybe? Where to start. The corridors and room stank of smoke. Non smoking floor btw. Toilet stank. Linen wasn’t clean. Had to use deodorants and perfume multiple times a day. Sink didn’t drain properly. Zero amenities in the room one kettle and coffee. A combi shampoo and conditioner? The door has the structural integrity of a paper cup. No additional locking mechanism. Corridors look akin to a 80’s leisure centre. Breakfast had flies everywhere. Check in was V basic. I travel a lot and this has probably been the worst 4 star I have ever stayed in. I invite someone to come re-grade this hotel.

Das Zimmer war total alt, und nur oberflächlich sauber. Außerdem total hellhörig. Sobald sich jemand am Gang bewegt hat, hörten wir jeden Schritt und jedes Wort sehr deutlich. Wir haben das Deluxe Zimmer gebucht . Total überteuert und die Einrichtung niemals 4 Sterne .Bei der Ankunft war das Zimmer kalt . Das Zimmerfenster zur Strasse raus, Somit hatten wir die ganze Nacht nicht wirklich Ruhe. Das Bild bei der Buchung stimmte überhaupt nicht mit dem Zimmer überein.

Great location, clean and good service. A few dealbreakers for me. We asked for a queen bed and we received two single bed attached together . Mattress definitely needed a change, super soft pillows too.

Die Lobby/ Bar, Frühstücksbereich und die Zimmer wurden umgestaltet und modernisiert. Dies ist sehr gelungen. Die Fenster in den Zimmern sind älter und lassen Kälte und Umgebungsgeräusche hinein. Dies ist besonders Nachts störend. Gute Verdunkelungsvorhänge, gute Erreichbarkeit, freundliches Personal, reichhaltiges Frühstück.

My check-in was unprofessional. The lady looked at me like I am coming from another planet. She could hardly speak German or English. She didn’t say hi welcome can I check you in ..? Wow I thought OMG what kind hotel have I booked.The guest, who was checking in the same time and was standing next to me felt obviously the same way. We ended up to be in the elevator together and he said to me this was the most bizarre check-in I have ever experienced.

Stayed here for two nights to visit Oktoberfest. Arrived to a party and it was an amazing experience. The staff were super helpful, the room was clean and incredible, and the vibes were great. The bar was a great place to meet other travelers and the convenience to the festival ground was top notch. Would highly recommended and can only imagine it’s a great hotel to stay any other time of the year too.

The service was poor. Room service could not speak a single word english! Room was missing basic amenities such as water, tea bags or coffees. We booked this hotel for convenience to the main train station. Other than that, nothing is good about this hotel and deffo not worth £200 per night. Room was too small and stuffy. The surrounding of the hotel was dodgy and dark. Saw few drug addicts. Will not stay here again.

Perfect stay for Oktoberfest. Easy 10 minute walk to the grounds. Easy 10 min walk to central train station (Munchen HBF). A taxi driver warned us that the area was sketch at night, but we didn’t notice any issues.

Desayuno buffet completo y variado (aunque la sala, a veces, se queda un poco pequeña y toca esperar). También sirven cenas (estuvo bien). Atención del personal correcta. The staff were professional and pleasant. The area around the hotel wasn't very nice. The bar was often left unateended and the receptionist had to call the barman. The rooms were fine. I never had breakfast but the evening meal menu only contain three options, one of which was vegetarian. I had a decent stay, nothing more.
