Gutes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Frühstücksbuffet war lecker mit frischem Salat und Müsli. Ein Wasserspender stand den ganzen Tag zur Verfügung! Leider gibt es keine Ablagemöglichkeiten für die Kleidung, lediglich Bügel sind vorhanden, kein Schrank im Standardzimmer! Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt!

A localização é excelente, bem proximo da estação central de trem e ônibus. O hotel é moderno com uma decoração diferente mas interessante. O quarto é bem pequeno, vc tem dificuldade para abrir as malad. Não tem frugibar nem limpeza fiarua.O atendimento da recepção é horricel! Todos falam ingles pirem te tratam mal, sao grissriris e te atendem sempre como se vc estivesse incomidando.

This hotel is what you’re looking for if you’re going to spend all day long exploring Munich. Rooms are a bit small but everything is well designed to accommodate yourself. It has AC, there’s no minibar but if I’m not mistaken, you can purchase cold drinks at the reception and they’re open 24 hours. Shower has a great pressure and hot water never ever failed. The only problem and it has nothing to do with the hotel, is the zone. There are a lot of homeless people walking around at night, and if you add that there are constructions undergoing around the property, you may feel unsafe. Yet, I never had any issue and I checked out at 6 am when it was a bit dark and nothing happened. I’d definitely consider in’s staying there again.

We had a great 2-night stay at this hotel. The staff were polite, attentive and very friendly. The room could do with better lighting but it’s just a small point. Although the website states parking is available, it’s only public car parking in the local vicinity. Overall, a great little hotel close to the old city.

It was hard to find walking from the train station because of the construction. When we finally found our way, the front staff were very friendly and helpful. Let us check in early! Room was small but innovative? The bathroom is sort of part of the whole room? Also, I unfortunately bumped my head on the angled low ceiling. My fault, but still a bit of a negative for the room. We opened the window, but it was open right to a scaffolding…didn’t feel that was safe so we closed and locked the window. The elevator was broken when we were leaving so had to carry our huge luggage down 6 flights. It wasn’t the best stay unfortunately, but the staff and lobby really were great and still had a lovely time in Munich. If there was no construction and the elevator didn’t break, it would have been a much more pleasant stay.

Rooms are functional but tiny - two would be a squeeze! And no privacy in bathroom - all glass. No tea or coffee facilities. Small but pleasant bar area on ground floor for morning coffees and evening wine(s). Good breakfast available as optional. Easy walk to Old Town.

We had a good stay at Hotel Cocoon. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Beds were neat, had a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was good. Hotel location was near the Central Main Station and Christmas markets.

The room itself was nice it just had not been cleaned very well. The location is right next to the central station which is good but the surrounding area of the hotel was not very nice and felt a bit unsafe.

El hotel esta bien estan realizando remodelaciones, pero las zonas de alrededor estan en reparacion y su acceso se complica, igualmente la habitacion contiene dentro un tronco de madera y durante mi estacia sufri de severos piquetes de chinches a los cuales a la fecha nos e me quitan ni a la persona hospedada conmigo. Eso sin duda convirtio nuestro hospedaje en una mala experiencia mas el costo de medicamentos no se si esto tambien se deba al aceptar animales, perotras hablar con recepcion nos hicieron el cambio de sabanas. Aun asi la nolestia ardor picazon y mala experiencia se nos queda

Room was a ok but underwhelming compared to the pictures. We had a room next to the door to the stairs which did bang whenever someone went through. The room was clean and we had a room with a lovely big bathroom. The scaffolding directly outside the balcony was frustrating as it felt like a worker would be able to see directly into the room. AC worked well, bed was comfy, nice entrance and staff

The hotel is an average hotel for this part of Munich. The room was a bit dated. The hanging chair was not practical to use. There is almost no space to store bags and belongings. The water in the shower can go from cold to scalding hot with the slightest adjustment. I'll pick somewhere else to stay the next time I am in Munich.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5) The main issue with this hotel is the extremely small room. It was very uncomfortable for two people, with no space to open suitcases or even sit down. The bathroom had excellent hot water, but the drainage was very poor, flooding the entire bathroom with no proper wet/dry separation, and water even leaked onto the carpet outside. The bathroom door was also very difficult to open, sometimes requiring help from someone outside. Breakfast was very good, with warm, freshly baked bread. If not included, it costs €19.90. On the first night, the staff were extremely friendly, and self-service hot water, coffee, and hot chocolate were available in the common area, which we really appreciated. On the second night, because the room was so small, my sister stayed in the common area while I went upstairs to shower. At that time, the staff told us we were not allowed to use the coffee machine, saying it was only for breakfast, even though other guests had just used it freely without being stopped. This inconsistency made us feel uncomfortable. Overall, acceptable only for a very short stay with minimal luggage, but not suitable if you value space, comfort, and consistent service.

The location was great. The room looked nice but it wasn't very functional. I think they had an artist design it to make it seem artsy but artists don't know how to make a hotel room functional. There were no lights in the bed area so when it was dark out, it was hard to see. The motion sensor lights in the toilet closet went out every 5 seconds so you have to constantly make some kind of motion to get the light to stay on. There were no hooks for the shower towels. The outlets were mid-level on the wall so there was no easy way to set something down that needed to be plugged in - like a phone. Most importantly, I booked 3 rooms, one of which was supposed to have 2 twin beds but they messed up and put my friends in a room with a double bed and there were no other rooms for them to move to. So two single, straight guys had to share a double bed for 4 nights because the hotel messed up. AND I've tried to contact them about some kind of reimbursement for the inconvenience and they haven't responded yet. I wouldn't stay here again and caution anyone else considering it.

The shower glass seal is not the greatest, so it leaks and it dampens the carpet right next to the bed. The partially open bathroom would be really awkward even for a couple. Front lobby person (male) not very nice, not sure if it was a language thing, but asking customers “What?” rather than something like “how may I help?” sounds very impolite.

Ikke hvad vi havde forventet. Havde bestilt værelse mod gaden og til højere pris end da vi boede der ud til gården. Men vores værelse var langt dårligere. Håndvask i værelset og ind mod gården og i øvrigt med håndværker stillads umiddelbart udenfor vores vindue. Øv.

Smallest room we’ve ever stayed in, no wall that separate’s the shower area to the bedroom barely any space to even get changed. On the 6th floor you have to deal with the ceiling height to make sure you don’t bang your head if you walk around the bed. The door they give you for the toilet shares as a shower door it’s extremely hard to open. Also one evening we tried to buy a bottle of water from the hotel at say 12 o’clock the lady on the desk said she couldn’t sell us a bottle and we had to go to the shop up the road.

One of the rooms I booked was supposed to have 2 twin beds. They put my friends in a room with one double bed. Then said the hotel was full so there was nothing they could do about that. The manager apologized but said there was nothing he could do so I have to email the hotel directly about it. I did so. They have yet to respond. But then I complained to hotels dot com. They called the hotel and whoever answered said that my friends had gotten a room with 2 beds. They outright lied. My friends did not get a room with 2 beds. I'm so outraged at this poor business conduct.

We had a nice stay at the Cocoon. The location was great for Oktoberfest as we could walk. There are a few strip clubs around so it’s it brings all sorts, if that’s your thing, great. The gentleman who checked us in was wonderful and we felt welcome immediately! Thank you!

Stayed here for our visit to Munich for Oktoberfest. Walking distance to Oktoberfest, shopping, dinning and convinient stores. Hotel is clean, beds pillows and blankets are great, and staff is friendly. Walking distance to bus and train as well. Hotel is aesthetic and cute. Free water always available in the lobby which is great. Snack for purchase as well. Would recommend this hotel for your stay in Munich. Although the hotel was great, I would like to give a special acknowledgement and thanks to Rustam at the front desk. He was friendly, professional and made our stay great. Thank you Rustam for making the experience unforgettable!
Stayed here for our visit to Munich for Oktoberfest. Walking distance to Oktoberfest, shopping, dinning and convinient stores. Hotel is clean, beds pillows and blankets are great, and staff is friendly. Walking distance to bus and train as well. Hotel is aesthetic and cute. Free water always available in the lobby which is great. Snack for purchase as well. Would recommend this hotel for your stay in Munich. Although the hotel was great, I would like to give a special acknowledgement and thanks to Rustam at the front desk. He was friendly, professional and made our stay great. Thank you Rustam for making the experience unforgettable!

The hotel was clean and well staffed. There were a few items in the room that I could not figure out how to operate (the thermostat, lights, and rain showerhead) and the hotel staff didn’t know either which surprised me. The area was not high traffic so it felt less safe than other parts of town later at night.

The room was nice and the staff was great. The location was great. I would defiantly book again. I did put the tag on the door for the room to be restocked, they never came for two day. I had to go to the desk to get stuff.

Booked last minute and arrived very late, midnight. Great hotel and they even emailed me to notify me that there would be someone at the front desk for my arrival. I arrived and they had everything waiting for me. Was up in my room within 2 minutes after a long day of traveling. Staff were amazing, room was very clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfy with plenty of pillows and sheets. Bathroom was clean and had several amenities. Overall amazing staycation wish I could have stayed longer.

It's a nice hotel conveniently close to the central train station. The area around the central station can feel a bit sketchy (as with almost anywhere in the world) and the area immediately surrounding the hotel is home to many sports betting and gambling venues, so there is quite a bit of noise and yelling through the night, but nothing outrageous. The room and facilities were nice and comforting.

The property itself is fine and updated. Clean, nice shower and pressure. The front desk staff is nice and accommodating; it is not staffed 24 hours though. This area of Munich is a bit gritty with strip clubs around the corner. Old Town is close, but if it was a circle, we found ourselves walking to the opposite end usually.

The hotel itself was great. The room was comfortable and kind of quirky. It had personality. The room was quiet and we slept well. The staff was not overly friendly but they did their job. The location was close to the subway, bus, train and laundry. The downside is that there were always men hanging outside the hotel on the sidewalks smoking and talking. I did not always feel comfortable walking in the area. The hotel was fine, just not the location.

This hotel is what you’re looking for if you’re going to spend all day long exploring Munich. Rooms are a bit small but everything is well designed to accommodate yourself. It has AC, there’s no minibar but if I’m not mistaken, you can purchase cold drinks at the reception and they’re open 24 hours. Shower has a great pressure and hot water never ever failed. The only problem and it has nothing to do with the hotel, is the zone. There are a lot of homeless people walking around at night, and if you add that there are constructions undergoing around the property, you may feel unsafe. Yet, I never had any issue and I checked out at 6 am when it was a bit dark and nothing happened. I’d definitely consider in’s staying there again.

The hotel amenities and staff are really nice. The breakfast offered is also very good. The only bad thing about it is the area. While it is close to the main station, it is dirty and noisy. I can't say I felt safe walking around at night.

Excellent option for downtown Munich. Short walk from old city and Marienplatz. Close to railway station. Very clean, neat in appearance. Rooms a little 'cosy' but great value for money.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5) The main issue with this hotel is the extremely small room. It was very uncomfortable for two people, with no space to open suitcases or even sit down. The bathroom had excellent hot water, but the drainage was very poor, flooding the entire bathroom with no proper wet/dry separation, and water even leaked onto the carpet outside. The bathroom door was also very difficult to open, sometimes requiring help from someone outside. Breakfast was very good, with warm, freshly baked bread. If not included, it costs €19.90. On the first night, the staff were extremely friendly, and self-service hot water, coffee, and hot chocolate were available in the common area, which we really appreciated. On the second night, because the room was so small, my sister stayed in the common area while I went upstairs to shower. At that time, the staff told us we were not allowed to use the coffee machine, saying it was only for breakfast, even though other guests had just used it freely without being stopped. This inconsistency made us feel uncomfortable. Overall, acceptable only for a very short stay with minimal luggage, but not suitable if you value space, comfort, and consistent service.

Gute Lage , vom Hauptbahnhof gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Kleines Frühstücksbuffet ( preislich etwas teuer 19.99€/ pro Person ). Nettes Zimmer mit schöner großer Regendusche (Deluxe -Doppelzimmer) . Das Licht über der Couch ging allerdings nur aus wenn man die Zimmerkarte aus der Halterung nimmt, somit hatte das ganze Zimmer über Nacht keinen Strom .

Visited during heatwave and had issue with air conditioning not working properly. Problem rectified quickly after reporting to reception staff, who also offered another room - also in an alternative hotel - as initially thought maintenance staff may not be available straight away. Was also advised to that I could write to hotel management if not satisfied and ask for a refund. That qualifies as good service for me.
