Avevamo bisogno di una struttura vicina alla stazione che facesse check-in anche sul tardi. Questo ostello si raggiunge a piedi dalla stazione ed è vicino a metro e fermata di bus e tram. Ci hanno dato una camera molto ampia, con ingresso e bagno privato, ma ancora mi chiedo perché non fosse presente un piccolo armadio (è un ostello, ma aveva appendiabiti e poggiascarpe nell'ingresso e tavolo con 2 sedie, quindi lo spazio l'avrebbe consentito). Ovviamente niente cassaforte in camera, ma si può chiedere di usare quella della reception in caso di necessità.

I booked a long weekend stay at the A&O München Hauptbahnhof as part of a leisure trip through Germany. It was NFL Football weekend and so when this showed up at just over £60 a night I was pleased. The pictures on the website looked lovely, and I made my booking. The positive side of the hotel is its location. It’s super central and literally 3 mins walk from the Hauptbahnhof Exit. That’s pretty much it sadly. I’ve not stayed in such an uncomfortable hotel for quite some time and I’ve never been so keen for check out time to arrive. I looked at taking it on the chin and booking another hotel, but with the football everything was full and the few rooms left were very very expensive. I had a private single room with a private bathroom. Room 605. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere so soulless and lacking in everything. The beds were as near to being in a prison cell as I can imagine, beyond uncomfortable with cheap foam mattresses that have plastic wrapping. I hardly slept throughout my trip and dreaded going back there each evening. The room was incredibly depressing and the tv reception was awful. It did have a decent bathroom, though the shower needed to be run for a good 5 minutes before the water was warm enough to shower with. Cleanliness standards were good, so good that my room absolutely stank of bleach on arrival, which lingered. I guess you can’t fault them for that, given that we’ve just come out of a pandemic. The communal areas are scruffy and real

This hotel is so bad in terms of hall cleaning. No Kitchen, the Heating was not working. Used shampoo and hand wash gel. You feel like you are living in 1880s, with its price you can get a really better hotel, so disappointed.

The hotel was ok, the staff was professional and kind and the internet worked fine all the time. We booked a double room so we didn’t have as much as a hostel experience (most of the reviews here), but we find it comfortable enough to rest and explore the city. The heating worked fine. However It’s a place you wouldn’t return if you can. The place does not offer a shared kitchen or even electric kettle. It is hell for coffee or tea drinkers in that aspect. When one does not get such basic hospitality, why would you return?

Small room, but ok for a few days. No tea or coffee making facilities. Being a hostel I expected a communal kitchen where we could make our own coffee or prepare food.

Meget behjælpsomt personale. Fint, rent og god beliggenhed Udfordrende parkeringskælder hvor man skal ned med lift, men personalet er gode til at hjælpe.

Tiene buena ubicación ya que esta cerca de la estación de tren y el centro queda muy cerca. El lugar muy comodo, el baño estaba sucio. La cama matrimonial eran dos colchones chicos unidos.

Das Personal war sehr bemüht, aber trotz Reklamation war kein einziges sauberes Handtuch aufzutreiben. Das Hotel ist sehr abgewohnt und wirkt auch lieblos. LEider keine gute Erfahrung

Lage okay, da nah am Bahnhof, trotzdem stimmt Preis-Leistung nicht, Sauberkeit sehr schlecht, Heizung im Badezimmer funktionierte nicht, Toilette hatte Probleme mit Spülung, Matratze sehr unbequem (aber wahrscheinlich Geschmacksache), Personal war freundlich, konnte aber teilweise kein Deutsch und bei manchen Problemen nicht wirklich helfen

Great location and a good budget option. The family room was very small, even compared to another A&O in Cologne. It git very warm and uncomfortable in the room in July.

Für eine Nacht völlig in Ordnung. Alles sehr einfach, aber nichts schlecht. Sehr dünne Wände, aber zum Glück waren die Nachbarn meistens ruhig.

This is the hotel - everything is just about being average! Room is small, limited everything. Just close to train station.

Sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Beim Check-in minutenlang ohne jegliche Hinweise kein Personal vor Ort, anschließend weder eine Entschuldigung, noch ein Wort des Bedauerns. Zimmer sehr klein und karg eingerichtet, sehr harte Matratze im Bett. Im Zimmer fehlten jegliche Handtücher, auf Nachfrage ein einziges Handtuch erhalten. Dafür, dass man für die Einzelzimmer Hotelpreise verlangt, deutlich zu wenig.

Das Hotel an sich war recht gut. Das Zimmer räumlich und sauber und auch überraschend still. Nur das Check-in war beschwerlich. Dieses Check-in über das Handy mit u.a. dem unhandlichen Einscannen des Reisepasses macht das Leben vielleicht für das Hotel einfachere aber nicht für den müden Gast.

Comfortable, a no frills accommodation for a short stay. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Check in war durch genervten Mitarbeiter der nur englisch konnte und nebenbei mit seiner Freundin telefoniert hat, sehr undankbar

Merkezi lokasyonda temiz kalınabilir bir otel.tek eksik kağıt terlik olmayışı. Mini buzdolabı su yok ama resepsiyondan satın alabilirsiniz.
