O hotel é perto do centro. Perto da estação do flexibus e do trem. Metrô perto, mas ia andando para todo canto, no máximo retornava de bonde. Oponto negativo é não ter ar condicionado, mesmo com dois ventiladores. Água gelada no restaurante de graça, só levar o vasilhame.

The employees were friendly, the room was clean. There is parking for a few cars inside the building, we parked outside and we did not have any problems. We only used the room to sleep, we were all day long visiting the city, which made it a perfect stay.

Great for a short stay, but wouldn’t recommend for a longer trip. The room was spacious and clean, but was stifling without air conditioning. They provided fans, but the window faced a courtyard so there was not much of a breeze at night. Parking was offsite and they gave us a voucher to cover about half of the cost. Neighborhood was very walkable and just to the left of the hotel is an amazing place for breakfast called Cafe and Backerie Maurer. The food was delicious (pancakes, eggs, bagels etc.) and more economical than breakfast at the hotel. Staff was friendly.

Fabulous! Great location - train station, Marienplatz and Fruhlingsfest all just a short walk away. Great rooms - big beds, comfortable, hot fast showers, Free water available all day and night to refill your bottles. Staff all polite and helpful, couldnt find fault and will stay again on our next visit.

The staff were very helpful. The rooms very clean. We specifically were looking for someplace with parking. There was NO parking. The only option was public street parking and naturally being in busy Munich there was none available. We had to park several blocks away in a very seedy area. The hotel does have contracts with the local parking garages for decreased rates however it was extremely inconvenienant.

This is a lovely hotel and quite walkable to the main train station, where you can catch trains, buses, and trams to get anywhere in the city or to/from the airport. There are plenty of places to eat very nearby as well. Felt very safe, very clean, and a nice family place to stay while in Munich.

Good size rooms for the city center. Parking is several minutes walk away in a below ground parking garage. Good selection of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was decent. Staff very friendly. Weird shower room layout - no shower pan so the floor got soaked.

The check-in associate was very rude. He seemed irritated with me asking to repeat one thing that he said. Our room had 6 beds for our family, but one was a hospital bed. I found that weird. A room that big should have two fans. Clean and plenty of towels. Breakfast looked delicious, but we did not partake.

Staff are friendly, location good, room was clean and looked like the advertised room/photos. However, beds were absolutely terrible. I’ve slept in a lot of bad beds in my life but NONE were as bad as this. One of us mentioned it to staff after first night and were told they have no other mattresses, they are all the same. I had a look at mattress under sheets and it’s just a hard dense foam mattress. No support at all. We can’t even move or walk properly. It completely ruined our stay in Munich and the remainder of our holiday due to the significant pain we are in. If the beds had of been comfortable, I’d stay again and recommend this place. But nope! Sleep is so important for health and functioning, but this hotel really skimmed and went for cheap foam mattresses with no consideration of their guests. Very disappointing. Avoid.

If you want to accually sleep, this was not the place. We had people outside of the hotel yelling and hollering until 2 in the morning pretty much every night. As far as the hotel itself. It was clean and staff was very friendly.

Dark room with no lights or AC, fans were not enough tp cool the room. Outside temp was 70s but inside the hotel room was very hot. Neighborhood not great mostly Arab/middle Eastern. Room was spacious for my fsmily of 4 but would not stay here again.

Hotel has everything you need. Clean. Good wifi. Great location to train station and short walk into central Munich. Staff was excellent. Reception open 24 hours a day. I had a minor issue at 5 am waiting for an airport transfer and the guy that was at reception was so helpful and accomodating.

Great location at an affordable price. The front desk staff was pushy about showing all of the passports for a group of 8 before giving us the keys when only half of our party had arrived. They said it was a law and we could all get fined but it was quite an annoying initial experience when the group that arrived first was tired and ready to get settled in. It’s a good option for larger families. Great showers. It’s a good option for the price.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room cleaned daily which was great. Happy to store all our bags prior to arrival/departure. Close to the main station, but the walk to the station feels a bit unsafe in the later hours. Lots of construction around the station so roads can be restricted/closed without much warning.

We had a great stay at this hotel. We are a family of 6 and our room was big enough for all of us and our bags. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk to Munich main train station and about 15 minutes walk to MarienPlatz. Lots of eating options around the hotel. I would stay there again!

Exactly what we needed for a weekend at Oktoberfest! I stayed here with my wife and a pair of friends. We needed beds and a bathroom. We got that along with great service from the front desk, where there is a fridge full of reasonably priced beer. Fruhstuck was great, as well. I would definitely stay here again. Also, it's within a ten minute walk from the Theresenwiesen.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Es ist auch alles sehr sauber. Positiv fanden wir auch den Wassersprudler, das Wasser darf mit aufs Zimmer genommen werden. Das Frühstück ist von guter Qualität, auch vieles selber gemacht. Es könnte vielleicht einen Tick umfangreicher sein. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der Umgebung des Hotels fühlt man sich nicht unbedingt wohl, ist auch sehr laut. Gut an der Lage ist, dass man die Innenstadt und v.a. den Bahnhof in wenigen Minuten erreicht.

The photos of the room online do not look the same at the real rooms. The surrounding area feels unsafe and dirty. A 20 minute walk east and all the hotels and areas are clean, feel safe and close to the Christmas markets. Would not recommend to any of our friends.

This is an older hotel. Parking isn't great, lots of construction was going on in the neighborhood. The hotel was very quiet though. Breakfast was an additional expense of $14 which was worth it, a very nice buffet. We arrived later than expected but check-in was a breeze. The room was fair sized but bathroom was surprisingly large. Bonus: the hotel was within walking distance to central train station. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Comfortable beds, pleasant staff and extra amenities like a heated towel bar- perfect for drying wet Oktoberfest clothing. Breakfast had a wide variety of breads, pastries, fruits, cold cuts and cheeses, cereal, delicious overnight oats. Would definitely stay at Hotel Brunnenhof on my next trip to Munich!

Staff here was very friendly. They had a good breakfast in the morning. The room was adequate but a little hot with lack of air conditioning. The block the hotel is on is ok, but don’t stray in the wrong direction with the family. There are multiple strip clubs on one block and saw a drug deal going on.
