No onsite parking as advertised. The lot they had was impossible to find without the assistance of the hotel staff actually getting in my car and driving me there. Additionally the main elevators did not work the entire stay. They had a back up set but they were very small. Only 1 set of towels provided even after housekeeping had come. I would not recommend.

Great location for a stay in Munich. We walked to the Marienplatz area and used public transportation options across the street from hotel too. Property is very nice. Clean, well-maintained, quiet (with windows closed, of course) and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet. We utilized their convenient valet parking for our vehicle.

Two night stay in Munich wanted a place which was walkable to the old city. Large property next to train station has very limited parking only for EV`s so you have to pay to park at a public car park behind the hotel the hotel does discount the cost of parking. Nice restaurant with attentive staff had a good breakfast every day and we dinned both nights in the restaurant as well. Room was small but fairly modern we were on the 6th floor so fairly quiet inside the hotel. however with windows open very noisy and the side we were on is a full time taxi rank so a lot of traffic all the time. Also a lot of noise at night. New for us in that the air conditioner only turns on when you close the window in the room its not noted by the control panel so i had to ask night staff on first night as it was too hot in the room and the person who came was very abrupt in telling us how it worked the control panel is very small and not very clear either. We used the spa it has a nice sauna and steam room you do have to let them know when you want to use these so they can turn them on. Small gym with some basic equipment is adequate for travelers. There are showers in the spa one was out of service and the other was ok but finding a balance between cold and burning hot was a challenge with the controls. Good location for travelers by train as its just across from the station and a easy walk to old town Munich to see the tourist areas.

Yastikları alcak buldum ama istesem ek yastik da verirlerdi eminim. Otelin genel atmosferi de oldukca hos ve bakimli. Kahvalti, bir Avrupa şehrine göre gercekten cok ceşitli ve kaliteliydi; beklentimizin üzerindeydi. Calısanlar ilgili, guler yuzlu ve yardimciydi. Kendimizi rahat hissettik. Otelin barinda oturduk, keyifli bir ortamı var. Genel olarak konumu, sessizliği, temizlik ve kahvaltısı ile gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel. Münih’e tekrar gelirsem yine tercih ederim.

It's close to HBF and walking distance to city centre. Staff is nice, breakfast decent. It definitely needs a deep cleaning, our room was very dusty especially under and around the bed and table. A bit pricey for the area.

The hotel describes the rooms as soundproof and that was entirely inaccurate. I could clearly hear conversations from neighboring rooms and the sound of the any nearby doors closing was extremely loud and disturbing. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Despite this, the location of the hotel was hard to beat. It is centrally located to everything and an easy 10-15 min walk. Also, the front desk staff was phenomenal. They were very pleasant and helpful.

Clean room, easy check-in, good amenities. Only downside was the shower was a little odd (faucet location and hinged wall gap) and it made it hard to not get water everywhere when showering. The built-in hair dryer also overheated SO quickly, making it nearly impossible to use.

Das Bad könnte eine Renovierung vertragen. Nach dem duschen steht das komplette Badezimmer unter Wasser, da die Duschtüre nicht ordentlich abtrennt Zimmer sonst sauber. Personal super freundlich und von der Lage perfekt.

This was an all around amazing hotel experience! The hotel is immaculately clean and modernized-yet has all of the historic components. Everything was in working order and the entire hotel as well as my guest room was extremely clean. wi-Fi works very well. Showers were amazing with great water pressure. Very comfortable bedding, linens, and towels. And even though it is not needed in the winter, it is a rare thing to have this in Europe,- air conditioning that works year-round! The location is perfect. It is across the street from the main central station, it is where the airport shuttle bus stops at, all of the tour companies are within a one block radius, there is a tram stop outside the front of the hotel, every tram and underground/subway depart from Central Station so they are also all within one block. There are always taxis waiting outside, there are 24 hour eateries in Central Station, as well as many other dining options within walking distance, including a full-service grocery store located across the street in the Central station. In reference to the staff - The staff go above and beyond and are always there with a smile ready to answer questions. Mrs. Katherine at the front desk and Domenico, concierge, truly go above and beyond to assist their guests. The level of service and warmth they provide is definitely five star all the way! These two individuals are very proud to work at this hotel and enjoy what they do which clearly shows to their guests.

Lobby, restaurant og bar nede er en liten reise tilbake til 1920-tallet. Flotte mørke tresorter i alt du ser. Klassik innredet. Betjeningen er utrolig hyggelige. Frokosten er ikke overdådig, men du får det du trenger; kokt egg, litt pålegg, diverse ost, syltetøy, diverse pølser og et utvalg brød og rundstykker. Rommet var moderne og fint.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a hotel. I travel 150+ nights a year. I was told that I could not possibly expect service or assistance in English and that everyone only spoke German. The receptionist was offended for me even asking for someone to speak English and acted entirely surprised for people in a hotel next to the train station to speak a language besides German. This hotel has now been placed on my company's blacklist.

Staff were wonderful, kind, and helpful. It is well situated, just steps from all major transport. Unfortunately, I could not rate it higher. Being close to transport is great… until you want to sleep. I had to wear noise canceling headphones in order to sleep as trams seemed to run every few minutes, stopping for only a few hours in the early morning. If you are a light sleeper, ask for a guarantee to be at the back of property or look elsewhere. If you are accustomed to noise, this property is excellent and you’ll not be disappointed. Walking distance to everything. Very clean.

Our primary criteria was to.find a nice hotel near the train station. We were doing a brief stay in Munich before we headed home from our holiday. This hotel couldn't have been at a more perfect location. It was literally on the same block as the train station, it was a few blocks from a day tour meeting place, and a few blocks from Marianplatz. And for such a central location, it was also very quiet.

The hotel is located next to the main train station, which makes it very convenient, but also a little noisy and gritty! Always felt safe though, and the hotel itself feels like an oasis once inside. We had a room facing the station, and the noise level was actually not bad, very good quality windows and insulation. The rooms are big and comfortable, only complaint, no coffee or tea making facilities in the room. Perfect hotel for a 2 day visit to Munich, with a beer garden within a 7 minute walk, and the centre around a 15 minute walk. The tram stop is also outside the hotel which is very convenient, and the airport bus stops practically outside the hotel.

Great location for proximity to centre and Oktoberfest - about 15m walk in either direction. Very close to main train station, so that in itself can bring its own issues, both positive and negative. Staff to a man/woman were great and would stay again.

I thought the location was great seeing as it was right across from the train station. The hotel bar was great. I found the service at the restaurant was not great. I went in at 9:50pm and read that hot meals served till 10:30pm, there were only 3 people in the place eating and I felt rushed to leave that I asked to take by half eaten food to my room. They looked at me and said sure but never brought anything for me to take it up. The room was a decent size, however the floor was very dirty. There were dust balls all over the floor. I tried to walk out of the shower to the bed and my feed were covered in dust and dirt. I like that it is not carpet but they need to do a better job of vacuuming.

We stayed years ago prior to renovation. Beautiful hotel, wonderful attention to detail preserving the old while totally updating. Staff was so accommodating that if asked a question they would provide not only directions but hours, etc. Best breakfast ever, eggs, sausages, various bread & rolls, sweets, cheeses, even English, and vegan offerings. Table service upscale with waiters for every whim. Room maintained spotless with complimentary bottles of water replaced everyday. Lovely bar area with roaring fire going and soft music in the background, available for both food & drinks.

The superior room was spacious and well-equipped, including a large bathroom. Conveniently located next to the airport bus terminal (departing every 15 minutes). The hotel is within walking distance of the 'old town' and various attractions. The only negative was the exceptionally surly and unhelpful service at the breakfast buffet.

Enjoyed our stay here. All staff were very friendly and helpful. A five min walk from the Munich train station. Very convenient location in terms of transport. Excellent breakfast, with wide choices. Enjoyed dinner here on our first night, which was very convenient after a very long flight. Appreciated an early checkin, as our room was available. Would stay here again on another trip.
