The Junior Suite we stayed is huge with a comfortable sitting room, a cozy bedroom, a big bathroom and a walk-in closet. The car rental company, Sixt, is just located next to the reception of the hotel, making it very convenient for us to pick up our rental car after a few days of traveling in the town centre.

Probably one of the cleanest hotels we've ever stayed in. So glad there was a little shop in the lobby to purchase drinks and snacks and a lounge on the 5th floor where we stayed that had a wonderful breakfast spread and a happy hour for free drinks. TOP 3: 1. Very quiet. 2. Grocery stores across the street. 3. Public transit (S-bahn) directly outside the hotel.

Very nice hotel , modern , very nice room etc. however lost points for not having complementary coffee in reception , basic low cost compliments like coffee and water. There is a fridge self service area with some basic essentials but no coffee, hot water tea etc. which is a shame.

Had a 3 night stay to watch Adele and also take in Munich. Hotel seemed good location for access to concert venue and also access to the city centre and transport network. It is right next to a station, so excellent. Really nice hotel. Impressive reception area, friendly staff, easy check in. City maps on desk. We were in an executive room which was great, had a seperate lounge area, 2 fridges, table and chairs etc. lots of room. Huge bed, very comfortable. Bathroom with seperate shower and bath and twin sinks. We did not book breakfast as the executive room gave us access to the executive lounge with gave you access to a basic continental style limited buffet. We thought that it was alright, we ate what there was and were content. You could access the lounge during the day for free coffee and soft drinks and some biscuits etc. At 5-7 there was a happy hour where the lounge served limitedsnacks and drinks with white wine, red wine and a few beers. So all in all a decent enough if you book exec rooms for the extra comfort etc. Would recommend this hotel from our experience and our room.

We came in on the train from Salzburg after nearly three weeks of traveling, starting in Berlin. The weather had cooled a bit so we kept the windows open and didn’t use the AC. Being an American chain, they provided washcloths… all other hotels we stayed at did not. The rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds. Loud conversations were going on outside our rooms which faced an S-bahn station, but it was quiet by 10pm.

The location was perfect — the metro is just downstairs with great connections, and you can easily walk to the main attractions. The staff were very helpful and the room was spotlessly clean. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay, and if we come back to Munich, we would definitely stay here again.

Our room was very hot when we got there so we turned off the heat and tried to open the widow. Turns out the window was broken so it got stuck in a weird slanted position while we were level with the courtyard. Called the front desk to help get it fixed, they were unable to fix it and did not offer us a new room. Overnight the room remained unbearably hot, probably around 72 degrees or so even though we had turned the heat off on the thermostat. Breakfast was expensive and not good, bread was stale, food was cold and coffee was from a cheep machine. Everything in the hotel was being sold at a MUCH higher price than any other store in Munich.

We had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Munich City. The breakfast was outstanding, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was very quiet. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to visit. However, there was public transit very close to the hotel as well. No complaints at all. We would stay here again if visiting Munich and would recommend this hotel to friends visiting this area.

The Hilton was a fabulous choice and we are so happy we stayed there. We had two rooms and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Every staff member we encountered was professional, helpful and friendly. The gentleman at the concierge counter was so helpful and is a true asset to the hotel. His knowledge of the city and information on traveling to Salzberg via train was incredibly helpful. The manager at the front desk was so helpful and extended herself and staff when dealing with us. My daughter was having an allergic reaction, and the manager (sorry I don’t remember her name) went above and beyond to make us feel safe and feel as if we were not alone in a foreign city. It was around 9 pm and she gave me her direct number, and if symptoms worsened, I would be able to reach her and they would arrange someone to go to the pharmacy. The hotel was immaculate and nicely appointed. The restaurant in the hotel, the Mona, was a nice place to eat and relax. The shrimp, monkfish, and risotto dishes were delicious and our waiter was wonderful. The hotel bar was a fun and great place to end the day with drinks! This hotel is perfectly situated above a train station which made getting around Munich so easy, and a quick walk a few blocks away were wonderful restaurants. The Hilton was an easy 25 min walk to the Old City Center or 2 stops via train. We highly recommend the Hilton.

We check in late and receptionists is not very welcoming. Her customers service skill is very poorly. She didn’t even offer us a map, when she knows we are only staying one night. The room is so small for 3 people, and what they should us online was completely different room. I have stayed at Hilton all over the world and this by far the worst Hilton I stayed.

Within minute walking distance of the historic area. There are several nice dining options close to the hotel. Subway station right outside hotel. Best way to get to hotel from airport is via subway. You'll save $100+.

Tolles Hotel, in der Nähe zur Altstadt, tolle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und direkt im Haus Zugang zur S Bahn und Metro. Straßenbahn 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Garage im Haus zu normalen Preisen. Besser geht’s nicht.

Everyone was really nice and its within walking distance to Karzplatz and Marienplatz. Hop on hop off ks about 15 min away. Note you can take the S8 train directly into the underground exit that leads to the Hilton elevator for convenience. No one told us this and we spent $114 on taxi fair getting there :( other than that the restaurant breakfast option is worth it! Pricey for lunch and dinner but there are many eating places nearby and they all take tap credit card. Loved it here! will definitely stay again.

Ein privates Wochenende zu Weihnachten. Mit Auto angereist: grosse Tiefgarage mit Zugang zum Hotel sehr praktisch - direkter Zugang zur S-Bahn-Station auch. Zum Hotel brauche ich nichts sagen - ok… aber das Restaurant mit Auszeichnung überraschend sehr sehr gut!!!

All good in overall terms! :) Location is very convenient. Service is good (some interactions with staff were amazing and some were just ok). Breakfast very good, although very crowded and out of 3 coffee machines, 2 were out of order, so, lines to get an espresso, cappuccino, etc., were huge.
