Das Hotel liegt sehr schön am Englischen Garten. Das Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen. Der Pool ist sehr klein und zu flach (95 cm) und das Schwimmbad dürftig beheizt. Der Fitness-Bereich ist top.

Pros - The staff were very attentive and the hotel was very clean. Cons - The lifts need to be recalibrated. They seem to have a mind of their own and you could go up and down several times before arriving on the correct floor. At least one lift was out of order for the entirety of our 4 night stay and a second lift was out of order for at least the third day, causing some long delays in waiting for a lift. The mattress on our bed was very stiff and uncomfortable. I found food and drink at the hotel to be very expensive - €4 for a bottle of water, €29 for breakfast! - It feels as though they were taking advantage of there not being many places to get food and drink in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

The hotel was pleasant with large, well furnished rooms. We had adjoining rooms and the air conditioning didn’t function in one of them. It wasn’t repaired during our stay, but they did provide a fan. The hotel is right next to the Englisher Garden and about a 30 minute walk from the U-Bahn through the garden. Breakfast was good with a wide range of options. My main gripe was that when we checked it we were told we’d need to book the pool in advance - and basically we might not be able to use it as it’s small and there’s high demand. That was disappointing as we didn’t want to be tied to a fixed time slot, but it would have been nice to be able to use it as and when we desired.

Booket et cærelse med 2 enkeltsenge, men fik et med dobbeltseng. Værelset er lidt out-dated, men hvis du stadig har COM-port (RS232) så er det perfekt. Basis netpakke var fin til vores behov, da ci alligevel ikke kunne connecte til TV. Hotel valgt pga morgenmaden, som var god og pool, som dog var lukket pga. renovering (uden annoncering)

Bra hotell med mange fasiliteter. Bygningsmassen generelt litt preget av alderen, men alt fungerte bra. Et lite minus da det var gammelt blodsøl på dørkarmen til badet som gjør at jeg gir 4 og ikke 5 stjerner. Bra garasjekjeller gjorde det enkelt å bruke hotellet for oss som hadde med bil sentralt i byen.

Gebäude und Zimmer sind älter und der Teppich im Zimmer hatte viele Flecken. Wirkte dadurch dreckiger, als es ggf. war. Außerdem gab es recht viel Staub im Zimmer. Pool und Sauna-„Landschaft“ dreckig, veraltet und viele laufen mit Straßenschuhen durch. Enttäuschend. Personal war jedoch nett und teilweise sehr zuvorkommend.

Das zimmer war komplett desolat, laut schmutzig, alt. DienOrganisation beim Frühstück war absolute Katastrophe. Immer mehr Menschen wurden in den Saal gelassen, der schon mehr als ünerfüllt war. Dieser war äuserst dreckig, laut und das Servicepersonal war äußerst überfordert. Die Speisenauswahl war nur mäßig. In den Fahrstühlen und Wc in der Lobby schlechte Hygiene. Dieses anspravh bei weitem nicht den Erwartungen eines Hilton Hotels.

Been honest this hotel has well trained 4 star staff, they are friendly and make you feel happy but on the other hand the hotel is old and don’t deserve the 4 star status. The biggest problem is the bathroom it has mold in several places inside the shower and rooms are not well maintained. They compensated it by providing free breakfast and parking. However this is not enough considering the price you pay. You can get newer hotels for same money value.

Renhold på rom og i restauranten er overfladisk. Enkelte vegger i restauranten hadde flekker etter søl. Fikk rom i 9'ende etasje, som skulle være litt oppgradert. Men rommet lå inntil heisen, og man kunne høre heisdørene gå opp og igjen til alle døgnets tider. Svært dårlig støyisolering på rommet, gjorde at det ble minimalt med nattesøvn. Ta med eget drikkevann, 6€ for 1 liten flaske vann er ekstremt mye. Svært kostbar mat i restauranten Tivoli, og den lever ikke opp til prisen. Carpaccioen var spekt... Stort pluss for hotellet er betjeningen, som er svært imøtekommende og service innstilt. Skal du bo her, sørg for å få rom langt unna heisen, ta med egen drikke til rommet. Bruk Wolt for å få middag bringt, eller dra ut av hotellet for å spise. Kort gangavstand til nærmeste dagligvarebutikk, og evt pizza restaurant. Hotellet ligger fint plassert om man vil gå en tur i parken, og man bruker ca 30-40min på å gå til sentrum. Det er taxi holdeplass rett utenfor hotellet, så for den som skal til messeområdet, behøver man ikke å gå langt for å finne drosje

Die Fenster waren nur ein kleiner Teil sauber,der Rest war so verdreckt, unglaublich für ein Hilton ! Der Wasserkocher hatte im Deckel Schimmel, die Schubladen waren mässig sauber. Das Bett uralt und abgelutscht, danke Hilton für diese schreckliche Erfahrung ! Das Honor W-Lan unbrauchbar ,wegen Überlastung, Hotel war fully bookt!!!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und das mitreisende Kleinkind hatte viel Platz zum Spielen. Auch ein großer Schreibtisch ist vorhanden und bietet genug Platz zum Arbeiten. Die Zimmer sind in einem guten Zustand und das Badezimmer war sauber. Der Parkplatz in der Garage bietet ausreichend Parkplätze. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und bietet für jeden eine große Auswahl an verschiedenen Leckereien. Die Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Check In und Check out hat problemlos funktioniert. Die Lage des Hotels ist direkt am Englischen Garten und besonders bei schönem Wetter ideal für einen Spaziergang. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und werden bestimmt mal wieder dort übernachten.

Godt hotel og virkelig god service. Desværre var der ingen stole og borde på balkonen så man kunne side der. Dårlig WiFi og meget langsommere og ældre tver på værelset.

My main gripe was that when we checked it we were told we’d need to book the pool in advance - and basically we might not be able to use it as it’s small and there’s high demand. That was disappointing as we didn’t want to be tied to a fixed time slot, but it would have been nice to be able to use it as and when we desired.
The hotel was pleasant with large, well furnished rooms. We had adjoining rooms and the air conditioning didn’t function in one of them. It wasn’t repaired during our stay, but they did provide a fan. The hotel is right next to the Englisher Garden and about a 30 minute walk from the U-Bahn through the garden. The property is in desperate need of a refurbishment. I was given a room that was in between two staff entrances which was very noisy and where the trash, cleaning carts and roll out beds would be placed everyday which was very unpleasant.

Renhold på rom og i restauranten er overfladisk. Enkelte vegger i restauranten hadde flekker etter søl. Fikk rom i 9'ende etasje, som skulle være litt oppgradert. Men rommet lå inntil heisen, og man kunne høre heisdørene gå opp og igjen til alle døgnets tider. Svært dårlig støyisolering på rommet, gjorde at det ble minimalt med nattesøvn. Ta med eget drikkevann, 6€ for 1 liten flaske vann er ekstremt mye. Svært kostbar mat i restauranten Tivoli, og den lever ikke opp til prisen. Carpaccioen var spekt... Stort pluss for hotellet er betjeningen, som er svært imøtekommende og service innstilt. Skal du bo her, sørg for å få rom langt unna heisen, ta med egen drikke til rommet. Bruk Wolt for å få middag bringt, eller dra ut av hotellet for å spise. Kort gangavstand til nærmeste dagligvarebutikk, og evt pizza restaurant. Hotellet ligger fint plassert om man vil gå en tur i parken, og man bruker ca 30-40min på å gå til sentrum. Det er taxi holdeplass rett utenfor hotellet, så for den som skal til messeområdet, behøver man ikke å gå langt for å finne drosje

Probably the worst customer service Ive ever recieved. Checking in we recieved absolutely no information about the hotel facilities. Nothing was organized for us, for example parking. The first morning there was not enough spaces for breakfast, so we were sat in the lobby with FAR less choice for the same price. The hostess checking people in to breakfast on the second day was immensely rude. Booked a room with a balcony to see the fireworks. Was put on a lower floor so couldn't actually see them. I booked this months ago. I should've been given a better room. Extremely disappointing. The bed was rock hard. The pillows were comfortable though. Any engagement with reception took a ridiculously long time. They even served other people who just arrived and pushed in line, before people who had been waiting. I doubt I'll bother with staying at any Hilton again.

A little rundown, but apparently they will soon be renovating all of the hotel. Check in was slow. Dining room closed for lunch (don't know if we had bad luck but we weren't able to get lunch on the day we arrived). Air conditioning did not work at first but they were able to fix it before we went to sleep the first night.

Our room was not ready when we arrived as we were hoping for early check in. Our room still wasn’t ready at 4 and they made It right by upgrading our room to an executive suite which included the executive lounge with free breakfast which was extensive and wonderful! We were able to rent bikes for 3 full days at a greatly reduced rate and had an absolute wonderful time! Hotel is located close to English Garden and fun to ride bikes through. Bike lanes on streets made transporting wonderful! Beautiful hotel and excellent staff! Highly recommend and would stay again.

Also das Personal ist derart inkompetent, so was habe ich noch nie gesehen. Man bucht 2x die Übernachtung von der Kreditkarte und dann kommen die Helden und können nicht nachvollziehen was bereits bezahlt ist. Dann gibt es ein Zimmer, das gar nicht gemacht wurde, die Bettdecke vom Vorgänger war noch aufgeschlagen und es war auch nicht das was bestellt wurde. Also 1xumziehen. Dort ist es die absolute Katastrophe aber spricht auch keiner mehr richtig deutsch, Beschwerden muss man im eigenen Land in ENGLISCH vorbringen.

The staff at this property were inconsistent and may need additional training. At check-in, I requested to merge two reservations. I was told my options were to 1) check out and check back in again during my stay or 2) I could merge my reservations for a fee. I opted for option #2, to avoid disrupting my trip. I was still locked out of my room the day my original reservation ended, so I did not save any time in the long run. The night before my flight out of Munich, house keeping kept calling me to check on me? I had just spoken with the front desk a few hours prior, and I feel that it\'s inappropriate to repeatedly call a quest at night time. If the "do not disturb" sign is up, how is that an invitation to call someone repeatedly after dark? Finally, I prepaid for my room reservations, and they still tried to charge me again. I don\'t trust that this is worked out, so I will need to monitor the situation closely. All in all, I felt this hotel was quite disorganized. There are nicer hotels in better locations in Munich.

The staff at the Hilton Park Munich were fantastic, everyone from the manager to the cleaner was friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the cleanliness of our room on arrival, but this was rectified by the manager (Gokmen) who gave us complimentary room service as compensation for the inconvenience. The breakfasts were fantastic, the food was excellent and the staff super friendly, especially Barbara who looked after us on 3 mornings, she was always bright and friendly and remembered our drinks from the previous day, which made us feel very welcome. The hotel itself was built in 1972 and is tired in places, I understand that it is due for a refurbishment in the next year or so. The location is great for the English Garden and is walkable to the centre of Munich in about 25 minutes. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay, David and Tyler.

Away from the city and quiet. But a quick walk through the English Garden to the city center to get ready for the day! Staff was excellent! The biggest downside is that when booking through Expedia a cancellable reservation really isn’t. So be solid of your plans before you book and don’t pay extra for a cancellable reservation since it really can’t be.

Hotel rooms are nice and spacious. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Location is not the best if you are looking for a quick access to transportation. There is a buss that stops right in front of the hotel and after 5 stops you can access the U trains. 6 euro for a bottle of water is crazy, but tap water in Munich is drinkable, so don’t waste your money.

Die Nähe zum Englischen Garten, direkt am Eisbach gelegen war voll toll. Das Essen war einfach nur lecker, eine wahnsinnige Auswahl zum Frühstück. Unheimlich nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal. Sohn war begeistert von der Auswahl der Fitnessgeräte. Schade ist es, dass das Hotel ab 2025 für Sanierung für 4 Jahre geschlossen wird. Das Ambiente, sowohl das Zimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Came to Munich for Oktoberfest, this hotel was perfect for us. Right next to the English Gardens, we walked there every day and thoroughly enjoyed the beer gardens. It was about 3 miles to the frstival grounds and just over a mile to the old town. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant was delicious. We will definitely stay here again!

Pros - The staff were very attentive and the hotel was very clean. Cons - The lifts need to be recalibrated. They seem to have a mind of their own and you could go up and down several times before arriving on the correct floor. At least one lift was out of order for the entirety of our 4 night stay and a second lift was out of order for at least the third day, causing some long delays in waiting for a lift. The mattress on our bed was very stiff and uncomfortable. I found food and drink at the hotel to be very expensive - €4 for a bottle of water, €29 for breakfast! - It feels as though they were taking advantage of there not being many places to get food and drink in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

Location not ideal for tourists. There is a bus stop, if you know how to navigate the bus system. Nice lobby, breakfast buffet was expensive. We are not big breakfast eaters. We decided to order off the breakfast menu - yogurt with fruit, oatmeal and one of our family wanted 2 eggs with bacon. Took several "asks" to get a menu and more than 40 minutes later got our food. We would have been satisfied if they had simply gone to the buffet and brought us the food from there!
